Explanation of why you should be unbanned?: I got banned like 3 years ago  for harassing john synergy which was just stupid. This entire thing could have been avoided if i had just made the report privately instead of sharing it to other people. But in reality thats not what i was banned for, my behavior leading up to it. I used to server as just a toy i could fuck around with and i deeply regret that because people gave me a chance and i used it to fuck around more
 
Although i did alot of stupid stuff leading up to that which i do regret. Im not gonna sit here and write a 30 paragraph unban appeal explaining why i deserve to be unbanned but i have changed and i hope people can see that. Im excited for the server and i genuinely do miss it even though i did fuck around alot.  I understand i have my moments and i know i can be a dick or go to far but in order for me to change i need people to give me a chance instead of screaming "puggo alt" or something in an attempt to aggravate me. Most of the people who ive properly spoken too have said i seem to be different and i want to prove to them that i have changed and want to use the server for what its for instead of some playground i can run around and cause shit in as i did when i used to play.

Explanation of why you should be unbanned?: 
  In the months prior and after my ban I was pretty much fed up with the server and began doing everything on the edge of getting permanently banned, trolling players and SMT, even attempting to crash the server, shitposting on the forums, making shitpost videos etc. 
  I could have siently quit the server like most players, but instead, at that time, I foolishly decided to "fuck around and find out" which warranted me a complete fair perma ban and equally a bad reputation in the community, and therefore this behaviour of the past rightfully tarnishes this appeal and my chances of forgiveness among all of you, but If I am given another chance I want to show that my attitude has beterren with the years. I want a full reset and to improve my reputation, I want to do everything I did back when I first started playing on the server years ago, act get involved in the various old and new rp groups and contribute to them, and most important, be more reasonable and less stupid this time around which is what got me banned in the first place.

CSI shot miss = 10 second cooldown so you cant mash it
 
5 minute cooldown timer it has is more than enough

i thought the hierarchy job (if that's what you are on idk cant see its just what it looks like) wasn't an RP job? nor is spawning in mines from the entity list and blowing people up? You then condoning mingery and allowing someone to place a free money sign outside that lures people in a building to then be blown up without telling them to remove it? You tested mines in the middle of an RP area? (no i wasn't on the server because obvious reasons and i don't really care to be honest, im just bored) but the staff room exists????, coming from the Vice Manager i can see why the server is going to shit to be completely honest with you.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: so uh, this is the second unban request i guess. So as you know i was banned for Causing drama specifically with John Synergy or Synergy as people call him. i was in a discord named GAT or Gamers Against Trolls (names ironic). Over the past 2 months or so ive realised where i was wrong, i looked back on what happened and i genuinely do regret it. now i know for sure there's about a 99% chance i wont get unbanned but i do wanna come back.
 
i want to finish what i started with jobs like ISD and GOC. ISD being a job that i was offered management 2 times. i mean i could have gone out loud considering i was in the Nu-7 discord for like 10m. i could have pinged @everyone or just pinged the roles i could, but i didn't. i could have destroyed multiple ISD documents but i didn't. even after speaking to synergy he said himself he didn't blame me for what happened but that's fine. my recent behaviour on the forums hasn't really reflected my change to well and I've realised. i should have stayed quiet instead i lashed out trying to get a kick from the responses but after that i felt like i was in the wrong.
now i don't wanna bore you with this because lets be honest my last unban request was long as fuck. i really want to change i miss the server as a whole and i made some good friends on the server, although i didn't get along with a few and my behaviour at times was unacceptable i just want another chance to thrive.

Id try and get the MTF units to stand down, id talk to the A-1 And discuss the situation. To start of I think that your incredibly low playtime of 4d (I presume the "d" is for days) 17h (I presume the "h" standards for hours) and 12minutes, this sort of playtime is deplorable for this sort of responsibility that you will hold. I really hope that this application is a joke, as I simply cannot believe that a man of your stature would be so ignorant to make such an abhorrant application. 
In addition to that, by simply looking at your profile picture and IGN (In-game name) I can tell that you are a person to not uphold any responsibility or maturity once a member of staff has stopped watching over you, your first (roleplay) name is "Kabasch", which is uncommon as a first thing, reminds me of a crued spelling of the word "cabbage" which saddens me, the fact that you compare yourself to such a crude and dirty soil-grown vegetable makes me have serious doubts about your maturity. Secondly, your surname (roleplay) "Cashew" hints towards a link to the meme term to SCP (Secure, Contain, Protect) - 173 (One-Seven-Three) as cashew as a form of nut and that can be promptly linked to said SCP (Secure, Contain, Protect) as a form of pathetic joke, hilarious!
 
You make such a bold statement about reading the rules, but you show no real evidence towards you knowing the rules. How frustrating!

Days ago Blake, Fixer, an O5 whose name I cannot remember and me had a discussion about overall SCPRP aswell as history of our countries (don't ask me how we came up with the topic lmao and also I am not a native speaker so I only understood half of it). During the talk in late-night I were able to make myself a good image of Blake and his personality. He is polite and humorous towards other people OOC and IC. I've also seen him roleplay a lot on the server mainly in EZ BIG as administrative personnel which in my opinion gives him an advantage in experience. To add - he also has a lot of playtime on the server, which is reasonable towards the fact that he is playing actively which is also a profiting his application as a Site director.

if foundation know who is CI, KOS should be allowed. since there are no types of unarmed CI there is no reason not to. same goes for the other way, but ci know who is armed and who isn't, and for people like head researcher (or whoever the fuck is armed secretly), we got to find out and that's ok.
the fact that someone warned you for killing your biggest threat and most hostile enemy seems silly to me. as long as you don't sit on surface spawn killing ci and camping disguise vendor for ez meta then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to kill CI for any reason 

Okay so first, anyone who just says "use common sense" clearly has no idea what they are talking about, if its not a listed reason, it would be RDM, even if Staff normally ignore it due to the ruleset being kinda stupid.
And if you read 1.14, you will notice that infact there is nothing allowing you to kill CI, armed or unarmed, unless they harm foundation personnel or are trepassing (aka if they raided bassiclly).
These Combat rules are from a long time ago, and they do not fit at all.
With these rules, you can in no situation ever, attack CI, unless they attacked you/foundation.
[Stop just claiming stuff like "common sense" just so you do not need to admit that the ruleset is just completely stupid]
There should be a entry added which allows you to kill players which are part of a group which is hostile to you if they are armed.

Just a general tip from a random senior (soon veteran let's hope) agent.
Make a plan for your character. Best examples for this are HRs. Each of them is a different character with different past and opinions. It is good to plan your shit first, so you can RP to the best of your ability.
