Can’t comment on your past or whatever but I can say this much.
I’ve not spoke to you much but the few interactions I’ve had with you as an EP,  IC and OOC have all been positive. I’ve never had any problems with you. You seem mature and competent, and so I believe you to have potential for Battalion 

I had good interactions with him both as EC and IC. He seems competent enough to be a staff.

With regards to his batt app, +1 for sure. Great guy and strikes me as one I can definitely see as future batt.

Razor is a reliable, trustworthy and confident sort of guy. There's not any question about that for me nor his leading ability. 
His ban is a thing though. Put bluntly, it doesn't look too great hence my neutral.

He's EXO now, he's been ARC COL for a long time, he's mature and got the right attitude. He is the one to pick.
He's a great guy, love him and he just has those perfect leading skills that you'd expect from Battalion. He is capable of managing people and is just that person. He doesn't collapse under stress and I believe he can handle leading the entirety of the clones.

Player pulling is one thing but to delete the whole spreadsheet is a spiteful act and shows no intention to want to re-join the server... Gone in to 0 effort to try and explain why you should be unbanned.

cool guy, all i've seen of him is a good person.
has put work into the application and i can definitely see him hosting and managing an event. his event sounds pretty interesting. i do believe he has enough experience to determine what aspects could make an event fun or unfun as i think turning an event into an unfun one (by not having enough weps for ec etc) is a fine line. can definitely see him working well in the ep position
 

I haven't been on SWRP for long and I'm only a 327th 2nd LT but I want to speak my observations of Victor. Whenever I've spoken to him or messaged him etc, always eager to help. He is active everyday and I see him everyday. He might've been banned before or warned but it's not the Victor I know. He's changed evidently, considering his past warns, and I genuinely do believe when he says none of that will happen again, it won't. I understand warnings and the like are an official log of what's happened in the past but that's that. In the past. He hasn't done anything disgustingly unforgiveable. Only things that were dealt with warns (accidental RDM and homophobia) and 1 ban which was revoked. What matters is him as a person now, his attitude and the like. Is it so inconceivable to think that perhaps he's capable of a position now? 
People speak of their bad experiences with him, that may be so, I don't know but I will only speak from my experience with him and everything has been good. I think he is a cool guy. I think he has potential of staff.
