Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I think I would be a good site director as all my past history within and out of the community even including IRL scenarios where i've had to take a leadership position. This includes me having to make quick thinking dicisions , actual strategized goals etc. This makes someone a good leader in general but my past experience was literally a Site Director so i know i did good to not get demoted before i left for NRP and got demoted for inactivity. 
What role does the Site Director have on the site? A Site Director is the main man on site, this includes having a leadership within the site while the O5 members are not there, all major decisions will be based of him and he mans the Foundation site of that area, he will order the administration and ensure peace within the foundation.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council are the leadership within the whole Foundation, they watch everything from the side and only interfering if need be. They come as anyone, even an engineer to ensure everything is going on like it should be. They are a observer but with a leadership position rather than a observer.

In NRP you were one of the biggest retards i ever met in the server and you couldn't stay due to you not getting promoted and thats the reason you left, you left finance as I actually let you in myself, you left because you didn't want to use Teamspeak for some issue when we have seen you on it previously

So in a IC situation, talking with you in ts. you have improved alot behaviour wise. you've reached the rank of Liueteant last time i checked so that shows dedcations. Your old behaviour has gone with your mingy past and luckily you are not mingy at all. You have reached a IC rank of URF, both needing to know Lore which helps alot with moderation and also shows you are willing to play the server not just to mod. You haven't lied within your application aswell which is of course good.
Having a read of the app, most of the answers are correct you go into detail why you should become staff aswel, you acknowledge your past and changed it. Also with the experience you say you have, you have a great understanding of ULX commands which helps alot. I would love to see you added to the staff team!

Should have been a verbal warning imo, as Banshee in no way negatively effected the roleplay as he whispered to the person. Sure /wlooc could have been used, but would it have made literally any difference? In my opinion, (assuming Banshee was brought into a sit to get warned) effected the roleplay more.

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail:
I was doing a BTT, simple. Some reason a person fucked up so they couldn't safety the weapon, a staff sit was called. This then led to grau coming, of course. He didn't fix it, apparently didn't try hard enough, so then i decided to knowing about , he then apparently "returned" himself for which I attempted to help out, it was still a staff sit still as he was watching me over, apparently he went away which is a lie, a staff member of HLRP can prove this. I may ask, how is helping out, a warning justified? The sit wasen't over, he was still there, actually breaking multiple staff conducts points. So...
