Omega-1 is a task force created for ECM's personal use in detainment and termination of unethically behaving personnel. Omega-1s has two main jobs while on site. 1st If an ethics committee member is on site they are to take orders from him/her. 2nd if there is no ethics committee on site or if he/she doesn't give any specialized orders, Omega-1s job is to find and detain law breakers, and then to punish them accordingly.
 
What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site?
If there is no ethics committee member on site, Omega-1s task is to mainly do as stated above. To detain law breakers and to punish them accordingly by the law, optionally Omega-1 could also task themselves with protecting Foundation administration members and protecting the site from attacks.
An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why?I would listen to the ECM as I am part of a task force directly created for them. My mission is to always listen to an ECM and only to take orders from then only working independently if there is no ECM on site.
 
Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1?
I am very interested in the work that Omega-1 units do and I am fully willing to abide by the rules set to Omega-1 units. I think I will be a good fit as I am loyal to the ethics committee and I have studied the law a lot, and I am ready to abide by it and sentence those who fail to abide by the law.
 
Alpha-1 units are preventing a lawful arrest of an O5 council member and are shooting upon you while ordering you to stand down. What do you do and why?
I would try to get the A-1 to stand down and try to reason with them. If they keep dangering me or my colleagues by shooting at us I would have to forcefully make my way to O5s office and detain him or shoot him depending on what the O5 Council Member does, so if he shoots at me I would have to terminate him in self-defense or in the defense of others, if the O5 comes in peace I would just detain him as orders.

Yes, I am not allowed to purposely look at people to get them killed, I can only use my CL5 when chasing a 096-1. I must stay facing one way and cannot just go walking around once I have killed a -1 and I must kill anyone who looks at my face regardless.
Are you able to play SCP-096 often when the job is not full, and give good RP to other players who encounter you?: 
As a player who is on daily, I would play SCP-096 every to every-other-day, like I did with SCP-1048 (Before Ian's purge). As someone who plays a lot of RP orientated jobs I believe I can pass on a good RP experience to those who venture to HCZ.
What is the Containment Procedure for SCP-096?*(Explain in full detail) 
SCP-096 is to be concealed in an air-tight box with no windows or gaps whatsoever, weekly checks for cracks or gaps are run so exposure to 096 is minimal, this includes no camera surveillance or moderation tools that have reflective or absorbing like properties as fear of SCP-096's face being seen outside of his cell. So to check his presence they use motion detectors in the form of lasers and movement. Any photos/videos/material linking to SCP-096 cannot be accessed without permission from the O5 council and Dr REDACTED . Anyone who views SCP-096's face automatically become SCP-096-1 and must be terminated imminently to avoid a breach of SCP-096, during this breach anyone who  views his face will also be killed by 096, or shot by the MTF units on-site. To prevent such, MTF E-11 must put the SCP in containment cuffs (grey) and have a bucket placed on his head (placed from behind to avoid looking at his face) so the event of another breach is shallow. Anyone who takes the bucket off his head is a KOS as SCP-096 is a killing machine and must be contained.
During research, a Class D looks at your face and manages to escape the Containment Chamber, he runs towards the Entrance Zone. What is your course of action while chasing 096-1, and what do you do once you have killed them?*: 
I will chase the ClassD, using my CL5 to open my CC and EZ CP. Once I have found and killed the ClassD I will sit facing the wall where I killed him, however. If someone looks at my face while im chasing the ClassD, I would later return (post ClassD's death), find him and kill him too.
While chasing 096-1, you pass a researcher, Class D and a MTF unit who all look at your face accidentally. Once you kill the current 096-1, you go back and find them, then proceeding to kill them also. Is this good RP and why?*: 
This is an excellent example of good-RP as I have done 096's job well, 096 kills ALL who look at his face, and 096 went to kill the original first case of SCP-096-1 first which is a good example of 096 RP. SCP-096 is a game of cat and mouse, where he hunts all the -1's and violently mutilates them until he can return to his sitting pose.
If SCP-096 bag had come off or if some Escapee Class d ran past and grabbed it, as E-11 or CS would you chase the class d or proceed on to recontain SCP-096?* 
As someone who played a lot of re-containment jobs I would re-contain SCP-096, once he has been in cuffs and the bucket is on his head I will advert on foundation comms that there is a Class-D in *so and so* area and get Nu-7 or TRO to deal with him. A mere Class-D can do no harm whereas SCP-096 could murder the whole facility.
A GOI has managed to enter the facility, and they open your Containment Chamber to cuff you and take you out of the facility, one of them looks at your face but tells you it was an accident, and you can just ignore it. What should you do? Why?*: 
As per rules, I must kill them regardless, no matter if they are a friend or if they brought me out of the facility. If he wishes to call a sit I will explain the rules to him.
