Yes I have. having been on the server for quite some time and I understand all the rules and have learned from my previous mistakes and will ensure with certainty I would try my absolute best to avoid breaking any more in the future.

I believe I am a competent and trustworthy individual. I have continuously showed great leadership, great RP, a good amount of competence and knowledge and most importantly a great attitude. I believe in myself to make the right decisions in the most pressurising times and will be able to effectively communicate with the fellow council members when needed. I believe that I will also try to bring a new dynamic to the job while playing it which may improve RP to those who I encounter. Being able to really grasp the idea of what i am supposed to do on the job, using not only common sense but lateral thinking to solve problems where needed to be solved, I believe I would be fit for a position on the council.

An O5 is the brains and the bones rather than the muscles and force. Unlike Any other site administration, such as a site director or a HoEA agent, an O5 is not specifically known to the regular or even the highest of ranking members of the foundation, rather he is just known and as an anonymous individual who guides the path of the foundation and its interests. sitting in the shadowy backlines alongside the other council members where they discuss how to further advance their cause. An O5 member holds complete power and authority and is not bound by any sort of chain of command.

The O5 Council. A group run by 13 individuals who are considered to run the world, with some of which utilising anomalous abilities to keep themselves safe from harms way. The members within the council are highly secretive, with very little people knowing of not only their identity but existence, such as anyone below clearance 2 not even knowing of their existence.  Only the most Loyal, skilled and trusted individuals the foundation can provide, such as that from MTF-Alpha-01, may even get a hint at their identity. Throughout my times being part of Site-Administration, such as DoEAA, HoEA, even Site Adviser, I've seen the small little things that is special about Site-Administration, they are the important people who generally help with inside management, or are specialized in the outside management. There are certain Foundation Administrations who help with task forces, or Research Department, let's say Ehtics Committee, or The Site Director. Now that I've actually aquired the SD Whitelist, I had a whole new Point of View of a high ranking person on-site, I had to manage most stuff such as GenSec and order MTF's and make calls, good and professional O5 Council Member. Taking a more in-depth view of being a Site Director, being in a high position and being called on comms most of the time, I do know what it feels like to be of top priority to the foundation and help them.

Who works directly with the notoriously private and inaccessible O5 Council? Let's see. First the O5 Council's muscle, Mobile Task Force Alpha-01, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. If the Council decides it doesn't care for you, then the red laser dot that appears on your head an hour later is attached to a rifle of a Red Right Hand operative. Also seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be. Most of the time, you won't see an O5 in public, they are mostly attempting to be secretive, and not show themselves always.
What is the O5 Council?: Like a lot of secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13 people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch." . The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation. As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes.

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I believe I would be a good site director as I have proven on other jobs that I have great leadership capabilities and that I am a very competent individual. I trust in myself to constantly make the right decisions and not falter under pressure or stress. I will be able to effectively communicate with the heads of other departments and MTFs to ensure the safety, security, secrecy and flow of the site, ensuring everything is done the way it needs to be in order for the foundation to progress. I will always be active, making sure my attention is anywhere it needs to be at any given time and carefully delegate tasks if I need to. I am a logical thinker and can solve problems using not only common sense but lateral thinking ensuring the decisions I make are the best ones possible or real close to it. For these reasons, I believe I would make a good site director.

A bald, middle-aged man who has lived within bureaucracy all his life, by paper a true bureaucrat. During his early years didn’t speak his mind and focused on pleasing his countless bosses. Yet life had one more hurdle, colon cancer, his days are numbered. Finally after years of life manipulating him, he has decided to turn his life into what he wants, at least what remains of his life.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe I could bring a new perspective towards issues encountered, though, my decisions in character will be strictly done as my character. My experience as HoEA, ISD and CSB, A-1, E-11 CMDR and SD means that I have a excellent grasp about both internal and external affairs and I am decently experienced with leading both larger and smaller units. My view towards O5 is that it will be a story – the story of my character, not just making decision that are good for the foundation but that fit my character. Though I will make logical and critical decisions when needed and find a balance between my character and logical decisions.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: A O5 can be the overseeing body of any site/department and is always at the top of the CoC (excluding other O5 members) yet usually decisions are made by officials within the respective department/site. O5 members are able to overrule decisions made by them and also sets out goals for the departments if needed.  While other administration are stationed within a certain place, a councilor may move between sites and is more of a general administration due to their experience and their abilities and make sure administration is working in a correct manner.
What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is a secretive board of 13 members, these members are the highest-ranking members of the foundation. These members have been recognized as extraordinary members of the foundation of previous/current members of the O5 Council. They’re the ones with the final say of anything, be it external affairs, internal affairs. They have access to anything that the foundation has. Meaning they’re words have more weight then almost anyone in the world. They vote for issues within and outside of the foundation to further the strategic prowess of the foundation.

I'll go with O5-1 as it's the only available designation as of right now, if possible I'll go with a custom character based on my in-game HR/ECM character "Dr. Nasuki Nell" or O5-1 "Compassion".
Nasuki Nell (Alias: Ahmad Al Baghdadi) was born on the 21st of September 1990 and was employed into the Foundation as an Engineer after graduating from the University of Houston and later on joined the research department, working on several assignments and passion projects before later being promoted to Head of Research & Development then shortly afterwards joining the Ethics Committee, more information regarding his skillsets & experiences can be found at the following link or by viewing the RDD to access project files & documents or upon request.

My work and experience as a researcher can bring the ability to look for the broader image and focus on the minute details when inspecting objects or circumstances, in addition to that, I also enjoy going out of my way to try new stuff such as leading field research and working alongside MTF's and POI"s on the surface.

An Overseer has virtually limitless power and access to the Foundation arsenals which gives them access to several unique items such as the Fountain of Youth, in addition to that, an Overseer ensures that his subject's are working effectively and efficiently when necessary, they also partake in several discussions and votes that require an open-minded approach yet conclusive due to their nature as the ethical or practical repercussions may be severe but necessary.

The O5 Council or The Overseer Council is a group of 12 entities or individuals that represent the leaders and decision-makers of the SCP Foundation, some specialize in different aspects such as combat or espionage whilst other are unique in their own ways whether be in physical in nature or mental.

C. When applying for any type of application based request. Fill out the template as required, failing to follow the template, the template guidelines or editing those guidelines will result in immediate denial.
 
D. Do not contact Hierarchy directly for unbans, unless you have been told to do so in the replies in the thread by staff. (Generally in issues with Family Sharing, VPN bans, Chargeback Bans, Special Cases)
 
E. We do NOT ALLOW leaving threads. This is because the majority of leaving threads are aimed at attention seeking, drama starting, targeting, a ban issued (so not leaving voluntary, your banned), Anti-Community Sentiment. Say goodbye to those you care most personally, not on a website where 100’s will view it with no association to you. Most Garry’s Mod Communities have the spam of leaving threads from denied application users much more wider than other games. If a user has 1 post of a denied application, making a leaving thread is pretty much spam/irrelevant/mis leading at that point. This is why such a repressive rule exists. Thank you.
 
F. Necroing threads is not allowed. We have a lockout time on threads, but this rule applies to threads which have been resolved months ago, yet you ask a question about an issue resolved, or post something irrelevant. These actions can lead to account bans.
 
G. Complaining, discussing, or requesting views for your application of ANY kind (unless we request you link it to us in the chatbox ect) is not allowed. Doing these will result in possible denial. This is also warned on the templates so it is not a hidden rule.
 
H. Breaking any of the rules stated in 1. H,I inside the posting forum will result in equal punishments as listed above. (bans)

Any previous or current staff experience: I have been staff twice, once in Summer 2020 where I was demoted for large inactivity and again recently this year when I resigned in the interests of my health.
Why should we pick you?: Creativity and roleplay situations that have been generated in the server have been one of the topics that interest me the most. Despite the unlucky fate I've suffered through most of them, they are some of the peak moments that I and probably many other players on the server would experience due to the level of intensity and stakes behind them. 
 
I know for a fact that I have my own creative mediums and have contributed to many of these situations in my own right, from my more combat orientated moments of command as CSB/A-1 during the site invasion events, or more subdued investigations and discussions with Foundation Administration. I understand the logistics of what creates interest and enjoyment from an RP scenario and I want to channel that as an Event Planner and run events for other players to enjoy. 
 
I can attest that I have thorough knowledge of most necessary ULX commands based on the fact I have been staff twice now and will trust myself with the usage of commands during my events and I therefore trust the creative element and the technical element required to properly be an Event Planner. The combination of these two things is necessary as being an Event Planner comes with great responsibility as every action you take can have a ripple impact on all currently active players, so I understand the need to be professional during this time as well and am fully confident I can be that.
