Oh man, I do remember you.

To keep things simple, I believe people should deserve a second chance, but I'm not so sure about you. I remember you being quite a minge, mic-spamming, not trying to roleplay, and rather being an annoyance to those who surround you. I remember being there when you were going to be banned and demanded to 'speak to the manager,' that was something, however, I would not know how you are/behave right now since its been so long. Your app certainly could be better, half of it is just Maya's comment on your last unban app.

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?:  I have some reasons why I should come back. The first one is it has been a year (roughly)  since I got banned. I have learned and have really taking my consequence. I have been board in Garry Mod and, I have just been playing Dark RP. To add to all of that I know know more about scp's and every thing. I have read the rules thoroughly. And to be honest I just want to get back to being a researcher.

Do I have to remind you that spending money on the server doesn't give you a "unban free ticket" ...... there's rules for a reason after all ...

You left a pretty bad image of yourself during the last interaction with me which ended in a "2 weeks ban" as Nook said in your last "unban request" and I Quote  "You are lucky the ban is not permanent, all things considered. "  . I strongly believe that the Community and even SMT aren't ready for you to return on the server.

There's my opinion: You may sound apologizing but Commuynity and even SMT aren't dumb they won't believe you...., you might after returning to the server procced with your previous behavior... and "We" don't want that, there's little to no way to believe that you changed etc as you said so....

Of course I'm against your return on the server, you sound pretty young you should be able to began to question yourself about your previous behavior, interactions, DO's & Don'ts on the server

Management has discussed your character and we've come to the consensus that it is not suitable enough for ???; the character itself, while decently written at the start, has too many plot holes and isn't lore-friendly, and from what we can see, it becomes a jack-of-all-trades, which while is not always a bad thing, wouldn't fit your written character.
Overall, the character concept is OK, it just needs a lot more tweaking.
You're free to reapply whenever.

Hmm story sounds unrealistic for my experience on this server... Anomaly POI man somehow finds/walks into/appears in a foundation site and doesn't immediately get shot by the nearest of 7 O5 Council members on that site...
Jokes aside, honestly all I can say about this app is that I read it. That's it really. Neither the app nor the character really stirred any emotions in me (in a good or bad way) or drew me in, it's just kind of there. Generally for me, that's a good indication of how I'll feel about it on the server too unfortunately, another character that's just there so take that how you will. I wish you luck and am willing to be proven wrong though.
As other people above have mentioned, he has made mistakes. It has been a long time since then, but I don't necessarily think these things should be forgotten either. As I have not seen anything of him since the server, he might have changed but if it were my decision I'd want to wait and see what he's like in v7 before choosing to allow him into a job like ???.

Mortem & The Foundation
In the year of █̵̛͚̖̼̒̓̀̓̉̕█̴̧̮͖͍͇̺̞͔̼̘̰̹̀̋̌͑̿̕͝͝█̵̢̡͙̼͍̙̬̹͙̥͖͖͑͂͗͛̏̀̀͆̋̑͜͜█̷̧̢̛̩̟̜̹͐́́͗̈́̿̕͘͘͜, Mortem came across a few large buildings/compounds near Ṅ̶̮͚̽̑?̵̼̌͐m̸̻̝͂?̶̮͖̀̅̑͜,Ã̵̮̪l̴͇̓?̷̢͌s̵̆̈́k̷̭̗͝?̵̳̿. The location appeared off-limits, having fences and large metal gates for protection. Mortem's curiosity grew as he approached the strange location. As he came closer to the buildings, there appeared to be slightly faded out logo on the building. It looked strange to him, there appeared to be a few words below it: "Secure Contain Protect." Mortem wondered what this meant, deciding to get closer to the gates. Afterwards it seemed that there was an MTF Operative who had spotted Mortem, and ordered him inside at gunpoint. Mortem was interrogated once more. The foundation questioned him of his capabilities, and Mortem started to tell his strange stories and demonstrated his unique capabilities.

The personnel seemed intrigued by Mortem. He came off as generally nice, and seemingly non-hostile. Mortem, having the experience that he has, spotted a few errors on how the site operates and handles their business, so Mortem offered to help in the 'site' that he was in. He believes to have heard that the personnel call it: Ś̶̩i̴͕͛t̵̨̄e̴̯̽-̶̮͆█̴̫̆3̴̰̈. Mortem was 'recruited' and assisted the personnel on site. After a while, Mortem grew quite intrigued by the people working there, he could somehow relate to them. They didn't speak too much, were generally quiet and were hard workers. Mortem was impressed by the sheer work they could pull off in one day.

A few months had passed, and everything seemed to be going well. Although, later on that day everything seemed to suddenly go south. The foundation intercom went off, announcing a catastrophe of which was about to occur. Site personnel had found out SCP cells had breached due to electrical hazards. The site was exposed to cognito-hazards, as well as reality hazards. The acting site director had triggered a strange device on-site named: the T̴̼̑͠Ȟ̴̢͜█̷̗̺̒̀Ê̸̝̥█̶̦̭͆͂█̶͕̈́R̴̟̎̄ causing the reality around the site to alter, and a moment later the site had shifted from one reality to the current reality. All personnel were brutally slaughtered. Mortem had managed to survive all due to his anomalous capabilities. The site was a complete mess. Mortem opened the blast gates and quickly left, attempting to find shelter, but after much walking, he found another city. Mortem wished to inquire more, so he entered the city, hoping to find answers.

Introduction
Here is where you will write you're own personal character into the WG-SCP Universe, simply described as a custom character on the server. No Template is being given for this job as we will want to see the creativity you have into bringing your character to life. All that is asked of you for this job is that you give us a concise, consistent/interesting character that by being in the server will improve the RP you deliver to the other playerbase. These application's will be quite difficult to make so I insist that you think throughly and take as much time as you require.

Rules for Character Accpetance
 
No stupid or meme characters with unrealistic powers or capability's No Recreation's of other people's character's that are on the server unless obviously the background is connected in some form. Must have a  proper name, and instill any relative connection's with the GOI's or Foundation in the character's backstory. Weapon Loadout's if any must be simple and not  overpowered. Job Application Rules
No copy and pasting someone else's personal character otherwise you will be tempoarily banned from reapplying for a minium of 2 weeks Person applying must present their warnings in a selection below, the character application to provide SMT/Job Management with a background on who's applying. -1/+1 are permitted on people's application but wouldn't really be taken into final decision unless job management chooses to change this.
While there is not set TEMPLATE for this job, I must insist that you include standard things like, Discord Name, Tag/  Warnings/ steamID etc so just SMT can have an idea on whos applying. Another important message to say is that WHILE YOU CAN USE other text editors like google documents I highly prefer you post  it on the forums only but links are permitted as long as the basic introduction to the character you are making is placed on the forums.

I wish you all good luck and I am excited to see what character you can bring to the table overall, apps will be reviewed on a individual basis and, accepted/denied in time as server is not yet out.

Hi everyone, I'd like to start off by thanking all of you for taking your time to read my application and leave your thoughts, I am thankful of that. Moving on, I'd like to clear some things, I have regularly heard people say they are unaware of the name Jerry Martainski, this was a name only used when I first started and when managing Ethics Committee, my other names used while in Roleplay were codenames as a result of being in the O5 Council and Echo-14, my most common name was O5-4 and Crow-14, unfortunately these names do you assist you in identifying me, but at the time, that was the departments aim. I also seen someone asking what department I managed, in response to that, I managed the Ethics Committee when it was added along side with Director Dennis (Paxo) before I stepped down. In relation to the proof, Howling Rex has all that is needed within his DM's as we communicated with him directly. My missing roles is also a result of the change in forums, when I purchased my rank a very long time ago the community was still using Engine and not IPB, after the change in software I didn't bother claiming my forum tag back due to still having my In-Game rank (I did request them several months ago but was told to wait until release). My post count is also a direct result of the change in software, prior to the change I had already applied to the departments I wanted and held multiple whitelists thus resulting in no need for further applications. The issue regarding my playtime is a simple case of I do not know, over the years playtimes have been reset multiple times, I would accumulate several weeks of playtime before I'd be forced to take a break as stated in my application, upon returning several times I'd be greeted to a playtime of 0 seconds.

Good evening. I was encouraged to view the forums by the Server Management due to the staff applications for the SCP-RP server opening again. I have read your application carefully and below I will give my thoughts on what you have answered in the application:
Firstly, the structure of your application is neat, something I'm sure the Server Management appreciates. The more concrete, solid and on-point an application is, the better. Including links to your Steam profile and previous references is also great. You answer all if not that; most of the questions directly, and you get to the point. Outside of this, you mention your availability for when the server releases which seems to be in hours a day, something that is outstanding. Just be careful of eventual burnouts!
Moving into the answers you have given to the application questions, you show that you have at least basic knowledge of ULX commands, something I'd expect from a previous Administrator. You mention you can be on the server at times when other staff members can not. This is also a good feat, as we need diversity in the staff team to cover as much of the time on the server as possible. I have checked your timezone based on where you are from, and there does not appear to be any issue in attending staff meetings organized by the Server Management. I like how you mention the connection as a staff member not only to in-game responsibilities, but also how sometimes Discord has to be used to resolve situations such as evidence, and so forth. However, when connecting this tie, I'd preferred if you'd also mention that if you were unable to join the server, to also redirect them to another staff member who was online at the time. (If there was another staff member online at that time.) You seem very focused on the Foundation aspect of what the SCP-RP genre is about, I would have liked to see more about the whole system in a simplified form, and how these cohere, essentially including more of the G.O.I role and how this affects the overall Roleplay experience.
You mention some simple but golden rules in your understanding of the SCP-RP ruleset for v6, remember that for v7 these rules will be reviewed again, and potential loopholes will be plugged with help from the player base. I'd encourage you to re-read the rules if you were to be accepted into the staff team, as sure; the rules you mentioned are those that are the most reoccurring, but there are countless rules regarding how different G.O.Is' can act, and how certain jobs can do things. These are also essential for staff members to know so that they can resolve staff sits as quickly and effectively as possible. 
Overall, this was a good application, some lacking parts as I mentioned above, but nothing hysterical. I do not see any issue in giving you an upvote, however, I hope again that if you are accepted, you mind your own mental health over a virtual game. You previously resigned from a staff position for this exact reason, so take things with pace, and best of luck!

SCP Roleplay May Update, GOI/Major roleplay improvements/Content & Additional Fixes

This update is mainly focused on overhauling the surface, but Foundation will also get some updates too. These changes include:

Three new GOIs: 
Sarkic Cults - Mors Deus - A new incarnation of the popular Sarkic Cults GOI lead by Joshy Freeman. Church of the Broken God - A familiar GOI for long term players revamped with lots of new features, lead by Joseph Stalin. The Chicago Spirit - A Mafia styled GOI that will replace MC&D. It specialises in selling Drugs, Anomalous Entities and Weapons. Will be led by Fors and Roger Carter. Added to this, both CotBG and Chicago Spirit will have a Job for players to experience without needing a whitelist. More Surface Jobs. To further build on the previous PD updates, we have decided to liven up the surface even more with the addition of 3 new Specialised jobs:
Drug Dealer will make use of the new Drug addon being added alongside Chicago Spirit and will give the Police more criminals to fight. Casino Owner will make use of a new slot machine addon and will give players more chances to make money. A new MTF Squad Beta-7 Maz-Hatters will be added as a replacement for both the Hazmat and Containment Specialist jobs. This MTF will be a non Donator job and will be specialised in containing biological, chemical, or radiological threats. Added to this, Researcher jobs will receive a Hazmat player model for RP interaction purposes. Additional changes are as followed: MTF Squads will be receiving more weapon variety Glass Gate will be re-instated as a valid checkpoint  Chaos Insurgency Spy will become Whitelisted, Chaos Insurgency Operative will become un-whitelisted Rules will receive an update Unusual Incidents Unit, Atlas and MC&D are being removed. Amnestics will be added Addtional Changes:
We made a large number of fixes to the servers stability and performance (lua errors, FPS ect). Updated the server-side version to latest version for Garry's Mod.  
We hope you enjoy the update as this will bring alot of open ended issues present on our server for 2020 to a final conclusion.
