I am gonna agree with most of what Vengeance says with the cons part but alot of members that join Battalion get rid of their mingy quite Easily and i have seen Tay Act Serious as a SO What i am saying is that with the right mentorship and the right mind set he can be a Great Battalion

Personally, I think you could do quite well as staff. You've been in many positions before, most notably Battalion & you've been decently active. However I'm not sure if your commitment is up to par, I'd like for you to possibly try and stay at possibly COL in 501st for a month or two to show that you're committed enough.

Has had experience with a decent amount of high ranks on the server
Decently mature in Batt and did pretty good when he was there
You have commitment issues I will still never understand that whole 1 and a half week period where you resigned from Batt for Jedi left Jedi for IRP, left IRP (+1 worthy) to come back to CWRP to join 501st then apply for Batt again.

I saw you in 74th growing as a great SO And great leader And then 74th got removed and i was surprised you got 501st EXO So quickly this shows that you are Very competent and trust worthy But please dont leave 501st for battalion Im begging

From my experience with you in 74th and 104th You have Been a all right Guy you seen to be responsible by getting CG EXO [Even though you left like 2 weeks later but oh well] And you have a good mic now which is good You have been A little Inactive since i last saw you but Other than with the right Supervision from the right Battalion you can become a great Battalion

Honestly Rob is a pretty cool guy even if he was a minge in the past he has redeemed him self from being a actual Rank in JT 

+1 in my time front lining in battalion i have seen him lead CTs to Almost Suicidal Charges and make it Alive And a Great Hierachy Member As well

You are Ex Battalion and know what your doing already due to past experience

But

You left battalion not even a month ago for being "Bored" and "maining jedi" which you left 3 days later to play IRP ya mixed messages and shows lack of commiment so who knows how long your gonna last in battalion this time if not even a month ago you were bored enough to leave. I think someone else should get the chance to experience battalion and have fun in it as of right now.
