This applicant looks good, Active with a quite a high performance from CE. The only part i see bad is the application with it being abit hard to follow with some words coloured different to the questions.  As scott shouted out , if i can get battalion so can sandy.

What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I believe should be picked for battalion because im getting more and more involved with the community and would like to try out being a high important rank to test my skills. I have been told I am a nice person and i know discipline and how to handle most situations im faced with. Honestly speaking my voice sounds 12 but i assure you i am 15. i can speak pretty clearly and will try my best to order troops efficiently and effectively in the heat of battle. im positive i could set a good example for battalion and make us respected as always and not abuse the power that would be given to me. i would follow all rules in battalion and try my best to lead the Republic to victory and have interesting and new ways of defeating the enemy's. i will take all leading feedback into consideration if i get any and try to improve and be better based on what people have left on their feedback. i feel i would be quite trusted with this position and would strive to do the best i possibly can as Battalion in any way. i am pretty active at the moment so i think i would be a good pick as i could be on atleast 4 days a week.
 
Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) we have to set an example for all troops on the base and behave maturely and keep battalion looking official.
Leading and supervision are important with the role
Daily duties on Defcon 5 for Granting and Denning the bases requests for regular duties.
we are also meant to be able to lead all troops efficiently and with clear orders for all regiments to carry out an attack with precision.
We are meant to deal with requests made by higher ups and troops in a Professional way and deal with problems in the way that there meant to be handled with.

Republic's Execution:

The Republic Get intel that the CIS have taken the town know as mos mesric! and plan to use it for weapon tests later on. The republic Fleet get intel on their plans and send there forces down to stop them as civilians live there and it could help a neutral system back them in the war effort against the CIS. All forces are to push into the town and wipe out any CIS defenses that may stop them. the republic are soon to discover that bombs are planted around the town as CIS start to begin emergency evacuation Preparation's. Along with there big new town destroying weapon located in the lab in mos mesric. if the republic successfully defuse the bombs they will push into the lab to shut down this weapon saving the town of mos mesric. 

Regimental jobs during event: 41st highground coverage 21st Frontline Flamethrower support RC Bomb defusal CE backlines and shutting down the weapon Battalion Leading the troops and the rest of the regiments are either frontlines or helping out.

Jedi/sith
Jedi and sith will try to hold each other off in the Mos mesric HQ so that the sith cannot halt the Clones advance in the city they will negotiate first but if negotiations turn south then they will be free to engage and stop the sith from halting the clones advance.

Event Character Execution:

The CIS Droids will have defenses along the city and will try there hardest to stop the clone advance at all costs during when the republic Push to the HQ some droids will start planting 5 different bombs in different locations (make sure to say where they are) if the republic dont defuse the bombs in time (which id say like 14 minutes) detonate the bombs in the town and would make the republic go for a defcon 1 as they have to abandon the city. if they do defuse the bombs you will hold the streets to the lab and then fall into the lab for your last life and ce will defuse the weapon and get the data.
Story:

Event Information:  
The goal is for the republic to stop this CIS plan at all costs cause it costs civilian lives and could be a deadly threat to the republic, so they will be sent there to wipe out any CIS forces and stop this weapon from activating at all costs it is with the utmost priority! 

the event is a planetary and i wanted to mix it up a bit as like time is against them so they have to move quick and fast and communicate to get the job done i think it would be pretty fun and a good team bonding event!

What was your event and was it successfully executed?: i suggested an event a while ago that got accepted about infected refugees that was a last stand and the event went great the clones had to evac to amount of fire powers for the EC'S

If so, what are they?: Yes i do and i know that i have to keep the event fair for both ec and clone or people will not want to play because of the unfair circumstances and to make sure everyone has a fun time playing the event and enjoy playing the roles set to them

When you talked to me before, you didn't really have a real reason why it happened. As you have found out that it was because of +attack2 and you have a lot of positive feedback on the unban. You will be unbanned.

It was a mistake and people have gotten away scot free for much worse mistakes. 
He didn't mean to do it, he's not some random no name CT #### that just came on the server with the intention to fuck around and should either be unbanned or have the ban time reduced to just 4 days or a week or smthing instead of 10.

Why the fuck did you get banned. Bobby RPGED the entire Ct line and didn't get a warn. You should be unbanned, because its by accident and you are not a useless member of the community. 
Punishment is not needed he will learn from this obviously. Keeping him banned won't prove anything.

I agree and i am also for a unban, theres better known Players that got away with worse Stuff beforehand and nobody of them got kicked/banned/warned.

I've done the +atk2 before on Anaxes(luckily only firing into mountains) Henk is a chill guy and I don't think he'd ever MRDM, he was always the one stopping us from minging and he's a sensible dude.

0 -- I stay neutral purly because it would be bias for me to give an opinion on this subject.
Difference is Warden didn't do it by accident, he took control of the ball turrets and purposfully shot down the the other LAAT in the air, as well as attempting to take another one down. The reason I am so sure on this is I was the one that banned him and his companion, thus causing said demotion.
