From the few times I have spoken to Chim she seemed very immature and I have spoken to you multiple times when you were "drunk" in the teamspeak server. Not a very good example for server staff to be setting in my opinion.

Only spoke to Tasker once or twice but when I did he was very chilled. This was a year ago also and the fact that he is still dedicated to the server after this long shows his determination to help out as staff. A lot of IC experience and his application is written very well.

You have been staff before and from what I have heard you were a claim monkey. That is always a good thing as we do get a lot of sits that don't get taken as of recent. We had a little spat before but we have spoken a lot since then and you have shown me that you are capable and intelligent enough to be a staff member.
 

The noise you were making was not you trying to escape from a gag. It was you slurping. When you are gagged it is muffled speaking. Even with all of this, not saying this is true, but one of the people said you also did a ‘/me wants orgi’. Either way as the staff member who banned you I know this could have been a mistake and so I will gives this a +1

He has a lot of staffing experience and from speaking to him, he is what the server needs at the moment. In terms of the staff team I feel he can be a new motivated staff member and can handle a lot of situations. Very calm and collected would love to see him in the staff team. Also he has no warnings. Not many people can say that.

I have had limited experience with you in-game, but I don't see that as needed for me to say your decent. I remember you from old times in SA and you were pretty good then. The application is nice, with some small spelling mistakes but doesn't matter as long as I can understand what your getting across. Your small amount of warnings shows you have been abiding by the rules for a long period of time.  Again I have never personally spoken to you but I don't see you as a bad pick. For all the reasons above and also your other replies I will be giving you a +1.

State the role of staff on the server:
Staff is a key role that ensures that overall every player in the server fully follows the serious RP by enforcing rules and preventing any type of damage to the roleplay, making sure that the players will have a fair and fun experience during their time on the server.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):
The server is set in 1940, 1939 has just ended and the war has just started. The Axis forces have mobilitized and capitulated Poland as fast as they could, joined by the Soviet Union from the other front. The attention is now shifted on the western front as Germany's only chance for victory is to defeat the allies with the same speed as for Poland. France has won the first world war many years before and it sure about being superior in strength and also the maginot line is fully covering the border with germany making them lazy about attacking first, meanwhile germany prepares for an all in attack trying to bypass the maginot line by invading the low countries at first so that the allies would rush to help Belgium, while the main tank force of germany would invade through the ardenne region this would be major success and would grant germany later to rush to Paris and encircling many british and french soldiers at Dunkirk. Later in the year the Luftwaffe would engage in many battles in the sky trying to have the superiority over Britain.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:

I would bring the player who has requested the sit to a quiet and not used rooftop, i would then ask the name of who is rdming and if he has any evidence available, if not i would check the logs to see if he's actually RDMing, if he has i would bring him to the rooftop as well and if necessary i would also freeze him. I would then ask him the reasons for such actions and how it went from his own point of view. If he had a valid reason, I would dismiss him, return him and explain to the user who requested the sit why he wasn't punished. If he had not a valid reason, i would check if he's a new player or if it was unintentional i would warn him with a Tier I [Warn+Kick], if he was doing that on purpose i would issue a Tier II [ 1+ Days]
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:

I would explain to him how the server works and that there are some free regiments he could join at first, i would start with GD Bruno their duties and that they are part of the Wehrmacht, then i would explain to him the OrPo and at last the NSDAP/SA. After i explained everything i would teach him how to switch job and join one of them of his own choice.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:

I would bring him once more to a rooftop, explaining to him if he's new of course that he's playing in a serious RP server and he should stay in character and stop messing around i would also link the rules to him, then i would spectate him to see how he behaves, if he's continuing i would issue the punishment for NITRP.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly:

I would bring him and ask him why he is behaving in such way, if he has no valid reason i would issue to him a verbal warning explaining to him what he has done, if he's a member of a regiment i would bring him to the highest CO present and making him face IC consequence and as well a FailRP warn, if he's in other jobs like resistance i would demote him.
5) A player is prop spamming:
Perma ban.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:

Tier I are issued when the user is new or he made an unintentional rule break such as an accident.
Tier II are issued when the user is breaking the rules, constantly ruining the experience for the others just for his own personal fun. 
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:

IC means In Character and is defined when the user has to roleplay interpreting his own invented character and the knowledge he receives is in-game.
OOC means Out Of Character and is defined when the user is not interpreting his in game character but his own self.

Metagaming can be used in many ways, the most common is when a player uses IC information obtained from OOC. [Example: I am playing 1.SS and i am inside the MOI so not guarding, a friend in TS3 tells me that a MOI raid is going on and someone is lockpicking the gate, i will then use this OOC information in game IC by rushing to the gate and preventing the raid]
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:

Serious RP: Serious RP is that type of seriousness required that enforces the player to never leave their IC character when they are roleplaying, it involves also a lot of Passive RP.

Semi-Serious RP: is that type of seriousness that is more free and gives the players more "freedom" as they do not have to maintain their character all the time while roleplaying.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:

Passive RP it is important as defines the  actions usually of our characters
An example could be using the /me gives money and then actually dropping the money on the ground, or /me knocks the door  
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat baiting is when a player wants and actually engages in a fight, but to do so he has no reason IC so he forces the RP.
Example: Going in front of the MOI insulting the guards and as they approach, taking out your gun.

I joined the server back in 2017, and I've always played for my own fun with my friends, without causing any drama to the regiments or community without even thinking once in those years to become a staff member as I wasn't interested in such a position. With this said, the people around me that I daily play with, know that I didn't take the choice of becoming staff easily and I was thinking about joining it since I came back due to the changes that happened in my absence, but to not waste anybody’s time by making an apply that wouldn’t be honest, I had to find the time and the dedication of trying to join the staff team. 
With the dedication of fully committing to the server I am ready now to take the next step, i’ve treated any player during my experience in the server equally and with respect, but many times it has happened due to various reasons that a sit couldn’t be taken or just ignored and i would like to join to contribute myself to this splendid community and to the server i daily play.
I know my playtime is indeed low as 3 weeks since 2017 is not that much, but i’ve been in any regiment this server has had, most of them with the rank of NCO/Senior-NCO, being one of the veterans that plays grants me an understanding of the rules by seeing also how they changed over the years.

I have never had a personal dealing with you IC or OOC so I can't comment on how you conduct yourself so I will leave that aside for now. So, based on your application I would say you have somewhat of a good understanding of what staff does and how they are meant to handle certain situations. One thing that does alarm me a small amount is your amount of playtime and the amount of warns that you have during that amount of time. 3 weeks and 5 Days is a smaller amount of playtime compared to a lot of other people on the server (not saying this is a bad thing). During this time you have been warned 11 times which is not the worst but your playtime is not very good. The application itself is missing a lot of detail and also has several mistakes throughout.

Based on all of this and never being able to speak to you before I will be leaving a -1.

So the way I see this is that you left the server before a staff member gave you permission to be able to leave the RP. In this situation, you should have called staff and told them about why you had to leave, and then they could have given you permission. You left without contacting staff or saying anything to the kidnappers so I assume the staff member who banned you wasn't aware why you left and banned you as a result of this. I do understand this and I get that you want to prioritize your real life over the server, but you also tried to reconnect to the server 20 minutes after you left the server. So whatever you were doing in real life can't have been as urgent as you made it out to be. Either way, the ban should stand. 

As a result, I will be giving your appeal a -1.
