Known Simon Hawkins from the beginning of irp when he confused us all with his tts chat. and hes always been chill. now he's talking he really easy to get on with and would make a good asset to the team and shown dedication to the community 

+1 previous staff with experience. Very chill dude and easy to get on with. Spoken with in game alot during the beta and seems keen to help the server and will be a good asset to the team

Meeting Phillip in game he has always came across friendly and approachable. I cant think of any time that I have seen issues with him.
he may be on the young side for the staff team which is my only concern but hopefully this wont hinder him.

1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials:
 tp the accused away and speak with them about why I have done so. Check the logs whilst they are with me. If guilty I will give them the recommended punishment depending on how many kills they have made and inform them of what they have done. They would then be monitored for future breaches
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
 I would try and reach out for a trainer or tp the lowest ranking person able to train(kind of debunked as we no longer have cadets though)
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
 Ignore the issue as it isnt OOC
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
 Irrelevent for staff as they are OOC
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:
Explain to them that fail RP is an unwritten rule within the community and they can be warned for not actively trying to RP

I have spent many hours in the server since launch and have been welcomed with open arms from the people I have encountered. since then I have mained the game as it is really enjoyable for me and I would like to opportunity to give back to the server to ensure people have the most enjoyable experience possible and watch/help it grow into the server i can see it becoming. My lore knowledge isnt the best which has hindered me into becoming an EP  so what better way than assist the amazing team of admins by making the server the best it can be by stopping minges and trying to get them to join in with the RP.

I have much experience out of game with leading/teaching and having to punish people for breaking conduct or under acheiving so I feel I can be firm but fair with people and happy to vocalise myself into steering them in the right direction. I have also helped run a DayZ server in my past which trust me is not the most pleasant of experiences. throughout that it mainly involved helping people stuck under structures as well as monitor people for potential cheating/exploits. Although I am new to your servers as I had minimal time inside clone before IRP launched I feel I have made an impact with the community. Im always throwing out ideas to help the server improve and always welcome to critisism. anyone whos mett me knows I am dedicated to the server and I'm also really approachable

this guy has helped so many new people that come to the server and is one of the nicest people you could meet legend 
he has good game time and has shown time and time again his dedication to the server 
reading his event you can tell he has put alot of thought into it am sure when he was doing the HP he was just useing a example of when the server pop would fit that and would scale there hp accordingly so that dont worry me 
he has done loads of sith trainings and lead sith in events so i know when it comes to leading events as a planner this guy is more than able too do so .
