+1 Best DU supervisor to date, very experienced ex Battalion, and has also been in fleet under my command where he lead events and did trainings to a high standard. So as somoene who has both been commander under his supervision on CWRP and has been his commander in fleet on IRP, i can with confidence say he is good for the job both when it comes to both supervising and the other battalion stuff. Getting him into batt is a no-brainer i would say.

+1 Already after a single day on the server, Lauritzen sticks out as a mature, competent and patient guy. I was actually suprised when i checked and saw that he didnt have a ULX yet, but i guess he has a chance to get it now. He also holds a high rank, seems very active within the community and wrote a good application. I havent talked to him too much yet, but from what i have seen so far this man is a no-brainer to get into the team. Good luck man!

This wont be a -1 or +1, rather just me mentioning what i have heard. But from what i have heard of the higher ups in Shock, Jone has been a fantastic member of the regiment and has also been very active. He is quite new to the server from what i can recall (looking at both IRP and IORP), but giving newer people EP to get some fresh ideas in can always be a good thing.

+1 Ever since Phillip joined the IRP server he has been a great lad to be around, and seems to have all the qualities you look for in a staff member. The fact that he recently resigned might be a bit of a red flag, but i also think giving him staff might make the server more enjoyable for him like it did to me; fixing the issue with my only real -1. Phillip is a no brainer in my opinion, and i think he should be given a chance based of what i have seen.

+1 I dont know Thane that well, but i have only seen good things from him. And based of the all the other +1s i reckon he would make a great addition to the staff team.

+1 / Neutral (from lack of knowledge, not any -1s) Has been very active on the new server, and as far as i can remember he has always been a good lad. I will put it as half neutral as i have never really looked too much into how he acts ingame, but i cant remember seeing anything bad. I think Doobie could make a good addition to the staff team.

+1 Has a lot of experience with ULX commands, as well as general rp experience. Is also a sound guy that is very active, and has done a lot of work for the IRP community through mapping. Easy choice in my opinion.

+1 Past staff, quite active and also very experienced in general. Would be great for the team.

+1 Very solid lad, very active and got a lot of the good staff qualities. He would be a solid staff.

+1 Same reasons as last time. Sleepy has been here for ages, he has been a great part of the community, he does a lot of work in the places he has power like in Rebel and i would imagine he would give the same effort in staff. He is also overall very patient and mature, which are good qualities. I think the amount of times he has been done dirty and still come out strong reflect this. Just like quite a few other applicants, he always tries his best to make the server more enjoyable for everyone, and sees multiple sides of the stories. I would love to give sleepy a chance and take him in on the staff team as well.

+1 Although i dont know tasker very well, i have only had good interactions with him and he seems to be doing wonderwork in DT. He seems like a good choice for staff as well.

+1 I have taken Garry under my wing ever since i first met him as a ST NCO. And although he had his mingy moments in ST; who did not when they first joined the server? He has slowly but surely gotten more and more competent, active, serious and he geniounly tries and manages to do a great job now. He is probably the single most active guy on the server, and even carries it a bit now that he comes on and does fleet stuff for hours on hours every day. Same as Rapid, as his fleet commander for a while now Garry is a guy i would trust, and although he does joke about some times he is doing it in more the right ways and to make others have a fun time. Summarized; is fair, active, competent, helping and experienced. I think he would make a good staff, no matter if his beginning was a bit scuffed. Would love to have him in the team.

+1 Vlad is a active morning player, which is something i think the new server could have good use for. He has also been here since the start, and has showed that he is dedicated to the server and to single jobs through his time spent with a single regiment. He is also very competent of course, trained by me in DU and all B), and would probably make a very good staff now that his exams are over and he can spend even more time in the game. Only real -1 is the temper, but i know Vlad knows how to manage it in most instances; so as long it does not affect staff problems it i think Vlad would be very good for it!

It is hard for me to give a point on the application, based off the fact that i dont feel confident that completely know the whole truth about what happened in scout, so i will just give out some points from what i have seen personally. -Quite active -Overall a nice and funny guy, hard to dislike him -Competent and quite experienced -He seems to have the best interest in things, he wants to make it fun for everyone -Has had a decently high rank -This previous point can lead to some bad actions though, for example the incident with Steven Connor. Jokes meant to be funny that go too far. Overall i think Supermil could make a good staff based of my impressions of him, and i would not mind having him in team. But based of the lack of context and vision with the old drama i will stay neutral.

+1 Jaymee is a decently experienced and quite active player, that i have mainly only gotten good impressions from during my time spent with shock. His activity is getting better and better, and he is more then mature and patient enough for the job. I also think Jaymee would be a very solid pick for staff!

+1 Rapid is not only a very serious, competent, mature and high ranking member of the server; but he is also one of the most active ones too. I think he would be a solid choice for staff, and as his fleet commander for a while now i would say he can be very trusted with the power that would be given to him.

+1 How many times will i have to describe all the good qualities of this man before he actually gets taken in. Has a lot of relevant pme experiences from rebel, which will be fantastic for the new server changes. A solid opportunity here!
