Neutral - Clean record and you are a really chill guy - Although you have attained the rank of Colonel, you have only been on the server for one and a half months. This would effect your overall knowability which is often needed In Battalion for people to respect you. - You may have experience with leading 104th as Colonel but to my knowledge you have no experience with the responsibilities as Hierarchy which is something really beneficial! Their main responsibilities are commanding and making sure the base is run as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Granting and denying requests should also be a top priority. Something that should not be done is taking over / leading the certain regiments although you can assist in directing a certain regiments troops. You should NOT interfere with regimental commanders commands. If you are told to supervise a certain regiment by a leading battalion then you must obey their command. I believe the LTARP was a mistake, wasn’t a RP scenario. I was a Super Trooper at the time but no RP punishment was happening. I told Crimson about this after and he acknowledged that It was not correct.

For context I was unaware I was even being punished at the time since i was not in a sit. Therefore I restarted Gmod to fix the error. From the moderators view It appears I Left to avoid punishment but In actually reality I didn’t know i was being punished (at the time I was not) and once I loaded back up I received the message saying I was banned.

I left because I had an F4 menu error so had to restart my game rather then leaving to avoid the punishment I was going to / could of got.
