I know that the reason you resigned last time was because of issues with your job clashing with free time and I do think that you should get staff again but I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't get it because you have only recently come back

+1 From my interactions with you, you were always a calm and collected person There's nothing wrong with your answers I have no idea why some members of staff are saying that they are incorrect (bit worrying) I don't think being EP and Staff would be a wise choice as people tend to struggle balancing both, would be wise to choose one and focus on it

Hi Kips, You were banned because you left to avoid roleplay punishment (LTARP). I understand everything you have said in your appeal however, you have admitted that you left "mid rp because its late and I have work tomorrow". Whilst that's a good reason to stop playing the server, It's not a get out of jail for free card in terms of escaping punishment. This is not a false punishment because you were being punished in RP and you then left to avoid the punishment. Unfortunately, no one is exempt from the rules whilst playing the server. Certain situations can be avoided for example, if you said to the person arresting you that you had to go off then they may have said "okay sure you can log off". If that didn't work you are more than welcome to contact a member of staff and explain your situation. The staff team on the server is a very understanding group of individuals! Although whether or not you will be unbanned is not my decision, I'm 99% sure that you will have to wait out the ban. I hope I've made it a little more clear as to why you were banned now and I would recommend using the ban as a lesson learnt for the future.

In my opinion, the warn is valid. This is because as you stated, "I wanted to use my stuff I got before switching off so I decided to kill Henk with he RPG". To be able to open fire on republic personnel, you need to be in threat by them which you weren't. If you didn't have a disguise on then I would say killing Henk is fine since he'd probably be shooting at you but he had no idea you were a scavenger. So basically the warn is valid because you weren't being threatened so you more or less just killed someone with no reason (Random Death Match). Here is the rule you broke: RDM - 1.1.2 Criminal jobs are allowed to fire upon republic personnel when in threat by them. Use the warn as a lesson learnt for the next time you might be in that situation

Way too soon to make an appeal for a community ban. I might be wrong but I'm pretty confident that someone would of told you at least a minimum time before you should even consider appealing. You might be a nice guy and all but the fact that you went out of your way to post someone's face in public channels all because they pissed you off ingame is pretty stupid. It doesn't matter if the image was "easy to find" or "accessible". You can't just post someone's face without their permission? An unban is not gonna be considered, it doesn't even matter if Deoxy said he doesn't care. There is rules in place for this exact reason and the people who enforce them like CAT are not going to just let it slide

Yeah I mean, I saw you fall off the cliff into the base and then switch to the CT job. After you switched to the job I was going to talk to you about how you can't do that and if you explained that you had no idea then I wouldn't of taken it any further. Unfortunately what happened was after you switched jobs to escape being caught by people inside the base, you then left the server! https://imgur.com/a/z6rDQ4r - Switching job https://imgur.com/a/moZGyM1 - Leaving server Sometimes, people do crash and I can tell because their disconnection log will say something like "user disconnected (timed out)" but yours clearly says (disconnected by user) which means to me that you closed your gmod. I have to be completely fair and reasonable when handing out a punishment on the server and in this situation, I can't just presume you didn't know the rules. Sorry but unless you have any actual evidence to support that you crashed and didn't intentionally leave, I think you might have to wait the rest of the ban out. Just incase you are confused, changing job roles to avoid getting arrested is not a ban but it is a warning for Job abuse (Changing jobs to avoid punishment). If you hadn't of left the server and explained that you were not aware that it was against the rules then the outcome would of been different. Hope this helps

+1 From my point of view and my past interactions with you, you seem to be a trustworthy individual You put a good amount of effort into looking after your regiment and that is something very noticeable You could definitely excel as an event planner if you are mentored well and put effort in

-1 Don't think I've ever seen you be serious or show any signs of being trustworthy You constantly get in trouble on the server for messing around I don't think giving you ULX permissions would be a smart move at this current moment in time

Yeah it's been a while, might aswell get it removed and Hazel knows that if he makes another silly suggestion he wont be able to get it removed again.

+1 If there's something easily noticeable about Toast it's that he has always stuck to a certain position for a long time which just makes him a reliable choice for pretty much any role on the server. Toast already knows what he is doing and is just going to make Battalion better by himself
