Neutral I actually like the idea where the event is on the Venator but its a base map and if we switch to it after the 4pm we will end up being on it for a long amount of time EC HP is too low, they will get destroyed Jedi event is literally non existent

Neutral Pretty generic event idea for both Clones and Jedi 7 Clone EC's for a planetary with your chosen HP would most likely be too weak - best to just increase the number of EC's instead of making the EC's more powerful The event plan would be more enticing if there were different possible outcomes I don't know you on a personal note so my replies are strictly based on the event plan Good luck

+1 / Neutral Map choice and EC choice is decent although 40k HP for the Jedi EC especially with 2 of them is way too much The event itself seems pretty simple and It would be able to flow well however, you mentioned that the final location of the EC's would be in the HQ. I'm pretty sure it is no longer allowed to setup the EC's too far inside the HQ because it is a big choke point You are a relatively relaxed guy but I have had experiences with you where you have lost your temper in OOC instances Good luck Liam

+1 / Neutral Map choice and EC choices are good although I would probably go for less powerful jobs like 3 Deathwatch Troopers, 4 Warriors and then 1-2 powerful jobs like the shotgun ones You want 10 Clone EC's which is fine but you then have voice acting parts or something along those lines which means you would need more people to do that - Remember this is your first event so you don't need to do anything crazy, it just needs to flow well and be sensible. 40k HP for the Jedi EC's is too much unless they have one life? I would suggest 10k HP to make it actually fair for the Jedi they fight. One life Jedi EC's would make the event boring for Jedi I think with some good mentoring you would make a great addition

Alright so it was your choice to break the in character rule and it was your choice to leave the server. You left because you needed to go to sleep however, whilst jailed for 15 minutes you argued in the chat for 10 minutes. There's only 1 day left on the ban you should just wait it out. Someone leaving because they were getting robbed and someone leaving because they needed to go to sleep are two different things

If I see evidence of them killing clones whilst spectating then I would freeze them so they cannot cause any more disruption and take the person into an out of character area to explain what they've done wrong, and then I would give them the appropriate warning for the amount of players they have killed. If I don't find any evidence whilst spectating then I would check the BLogs and if its true then give out the justified punishment. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I'd take the claim and go to the cadet. Once I'm there I'd ask Battalion to send a trainer to the cadet area if there is a Battalion member online (I could do this If I was on job). If either Battalion don't send someone or there is no Battalion on then I would ask using the OOC chat If someone is able to train them. If no response is given I'd TP an appropriate player to train them. If there is not an appropriate player to train them then I'd train the cadet myself. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Its accidental so I'd let it be dealt In character via punishment. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I'd just remind them that its something they technically should be doing since its Fail RP if not but I wouldn't take it any further. If they need help with knowing when to salute and when not to then I would help them. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I'd inform the person that not every instance of Fail RP can be stated within the server rules but what they did was still considered Fail RP. If the individual has already been verbally warned then I'd give them a warning for Fail RP. If they still disagree then I'd ask for a more senior member of staffs opinion. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I'd explain my rational behind the punishment and then If there is a more senior member of staff I would ask them to give their opinion on the matter. If the senior member of staff agrees than I would inform them that if they still think that way, they can make a warn appeal on the forums. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I have been part of the server for over 9 months now and feel like I am really in touch with the community. I get along with everyone and try to help where I can. I guess In some way I sort of want to give back to the community by being part of the staff team and helping others as they did for me. Personally, I feel like I've got quite a big amount of experience from being high ranks in multiple regiments and learning from other people who have been here before me. A lot of trust has been put into me especially when I got Commander in 442nd. I would hope it displayed the level or trust that can be put into me and I continued to try and show this after joining Battalion. I took the responses to my last application really seriously and have tried to show that I am mature and will continue to be dedicated. I would like to think that people think good of me on the server and I try to help everyone I can. I support other members of the community by offering my help when it is needed and if they accept my help I show them that they made the right choice. I have learnt a lot since I first joined and this is why I believe I could really do well as a staff member. I am fortunate enough to be able to say I have fought alongside Camby in the past albeit from a distance (was aware of what could happen when someone gets too close). To some people, the experience is nothing short of pure ecstasy; Including myself. Camby’s mind is without a doubt the most intelligent, outwitting, indulgent, mesmerising mind I have ever witnessed. The knowledge this man holds will serve as a great weapon should he choose to use it whilst leading. I have no doubt in my mind that this absolutely fantastic application was not written hastily. Camby is by far, the greatest soldier I have ever seen In my entire existence. He is not hindered by his many physical disabilities infact I believe this has made him into the very man he is today. I, Battalion Officer Cadet Tasker would find it the upmost honour to serve with said 104th Lance Corporal Camby. May your fate rest in Battalion Command’s hands.

Neutral / -1 During my time with you in 41st, I didn’t see too much of you or anything to support your abilities of leading. When you got striked in 442nd I was the person who told the Temp EXO to strike you since you broke CL4 twice without explaining. You later left on a strike. You’ve also been blacklisted from CG. Your application in some aspects is good but in the explaining of battalion roles it could do with another read through. The reason I didn’t fully -1 is because you are a friendly member of the community who puts a significant amount of effort into your medical side of your rank and if you show a little more eagerness to lead / engage with more people then I would definitely change my mind.
