  1. Haha honestly I agree, that’s why we decided to add basic shield training for all enlisted troopers where they are explained the rules and what happens if you don’t follow them. Every enlisted trooper is trained and cannot go up to NCO if they aren’t. Sometimes you still see this happening unfortunately! It tends to be when battalion ask for a shield wall/push when only a relatively small amount of 442nd are on (1-2). Obviously with limited members in a shield push it becomes useless which is why all battalion should know understand this after a lovely man reiterated this for us. I can’t lie, relatively often 442nd get a bit of stick from higher ranking members within the community and the people underneath them tend to agree with their opinion because why not? I might be wrong but I feel like your opinion may have been influenced In a similiar way which is kind of annoying. Sometimes it’s best to remember that it’s not all about you having fun because 442nd doesn’t seem to make events “less enjoyable” for every regiment. Only one regiment comes to mind!
  2. The plan is great, application in general is well written. Your experience as staff in the past is very encouraging aswell but just the plan alone has convinced me. Would make an excellent addition to the event team no doubt about that.
  3. Really good application. Proves to me that Panzer wants the position and personally, I think Panzer would bring quite a few qualities battalion need one of them being activity at the moment. Panzer is a great option that I would certainly like to see in battalion!

Then I'd give the appropriate warn based on how many players were killed by the player in question. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I'd take the claim and go to the cadet. Once I'm there I'd ask using the OOC chat If someone is able to train them. If no response is given I'd TP an appropriate player to train them. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Its accidental so I'd let it be dealt In character via punishment. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I'd just remind them that its something they technically should be doing since its Fail RP if not but I wouldn't take it any further. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I'd tell the person that not every instance of Fail RP can be stated within the server rules but what they did was still considered Fail RP. If the individual has already been verbally warned then I'd give them a warning for Fail RP. If they still disagree then I'd ask for a more senior member of staffs opinion. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I'd explain my rational behind the punishment and then If there is a more senior member of staff I would ask them to give their opinion on the matter. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I'd like to do more than just play on the server. Being part of staff would be a great opportunity and way to gain experience within the community for me and I would enjoy being part of the staff team that currently is. I believe I am trusted In the community after holding relatively high ranks within both servers and playing for over half a year. I have nothing to do so I can put a lot of my free time into helping the server when needed and will do. I have never been demoted/striked from any position I hold/held currently and In the past. I am always mature In and out of character and have spent quite a lot of time surrounded by people who are experienced and know what they are doing. Although I have no previous staff experience, I don't believe this should stop me from having a chance at obtaining a position in the server as staff because I am eager to learn and would not take the opportunity for granted. I will bring dedication and effort whilst being mature and calm In every scenario I could potentially face. I can also be serious when needed whilst also being able to take a joke. I think I'm a pretty competent person and would be able to fill the roles needed from a staff member within the server. I am always active on the server and tend to be up until the early hours of the morning meaning I can help when others may not be able to. I have never and never will show any signs of bias towards a certain person but I am very understanding and always fair. Thanks for reading

  6. Would most likely do well in Battalion again, I wonder perhaps the reason you struggled with mental health was partially because of Battalion in the past and that led you to resigning? Could definitely be wrong with that one. Nonetheless I'm sure you'd do a good job but I would like to keep you in 442nd.
  7. Yes you are right. Fairly soon we are going to put a lot more effort into teaching new and existing players about how to use the shields correctly for certain scenarios and hopefully that gets rid of the need for extra HP. Once this gets implemented I guess we can see whether we need the extra HP or not. I still stand by my point though and not only could it help the regiment in events but also It could be something that entices players into joining the regiment because of the extra health.
  8. Both of your points are correct but, I think your opinion could possibly change if you tried being in the shoes of 442nd ET's during events. Something that can also be considered is the fact that 501st's main thing for a while was extra HP which was needed but now they have shotguns at ET, from my perspective It feels a little unfair to have both.

Since 501st have extra HP as a frontline unit, to me it makes sense If 442nd were to have boosted HP since we are almost always near the frontline and In situations like shield pushes we just get destroyed. This would be more concentrated at the lower ranking jobs like ET - CO since they don't tend to last too long during shield pushes.
  10. Not sure why people are saying you need to wait until 501st get more Staff Officers, seems pretty unfair in my eyes since that's not something you can control and you have been 501st Staff Officer for about 2 months I believe.
  11. Not sure what you'd be like for Clone events but you are heavily involved with Jedi stuff so I believe you could definitely improve Jedi events!

  14. Pumpkin has been on the server for a decent amount of time. Something I’ve noticed is his creativity in certain scenarios. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s been put to great use here! I’d suggest reading previous applicants applications If you don’t understand how to set out your application properly. Regarding the requirements they are both things that you will meet sometime in the future but for now I would say stick around and make another application in the future. (Also applications need to be really well thought out especially considering a lot of existing event planners will actually read them)
  15. I agree, when I made the staff app I asked for the batt app to be closed because I understood that having responsibility on both servers would not work at all. It is no longer an active app
  16. Supermill is a great guy who has clearly shown his dedication to the server recently and in the past. Although a lot of people do, mistakes should not be seen as a red flag so to speak but rather a very good way of learning. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: First thing I would do is watch the player in question and see if there is any evidence to support the claim. If there is I would take them to a secluded location and explain to them that they have clearly broken a rule / rules. If there is no evidence from me spectating them I would check the logs to see if I can find evidence of them breaking the rule. Continuing on from taking them into a sit and explaining the rule they have broken, I would then proceed to give the correct punishment that is necessary for the rule they have broken. After giving them the punishment depending on the severity of the incident I would keep an eye on them for a certain period of time. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would accept the claim and then teleport to the Cadet who requested a trainer. I would inform them that they do not have to be trained if they do not want to but if they insist I would then ask in OOC whether anyone is able to train them. If there is no reply then I would bring people who are able to train the Cadet. If there is no one available I would train them myself. 3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Nothing, was clearly a mistake and it can be handled in an In-Character manner. If it is a reoccurring theme then I would make sure that the individual knows how to properly safety their weapon to prevent further punishment. 4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is not something I would be bothered about as a staff member. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to the individual that not every instance of FailRP is stated in the rules but they are still breaking the rule. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Personally, I don't think I am a 'better' applicant then anyone else but I do believe I offer different things than other applicants. I believe that I am incredibly patient and calm person who never raises their voice, gets angry or makes rash decisions. I am very eager to learn and would very much not take the position for granted. With such a responsibility I would never jeopardize my rank by making mistakes that could of been avoided such as abusing my powers. I also think I'm a very dedicated person and have a lot of motivation. I have quite a bit of free time to dedicate to this server and would put in 110% effort at all times. I have never disrespected anyone on the server because I treat people how I would like to be treated. So far I have grinded and tried to show my best qualities to attain the position of Executive Officer. I believe this is a good example of my dedication so far and I am very eager to show the amount of dedication that every staff member has put in to get to the position they are currently in.

They are natural leaders who find it easy to take charge in difficult situations and are very capable of leading people. Granting and denying requests should also be a top priority. Battalion are expected to remain professional In all scenarios and set an excellent example to everyone. This is because they are seen at all times which is why It is important to be perfect and expect nothing less. It is also important that you consider mistakes can be made and that is why as Battalion, you should offer advice when needed. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I joined the server 5 months ago and I worked my way up in 41st and gained so much valuable experience from them. I led quite a few events and loved every moment of it. I have partook in many events listening to and watching how Battalion act. I've also picked up vital skills on how to act as a higher rank and set an example to those below me by being surrounded with people who were and still are great leaders and exemplary people. Since 41st, I have joined 442nd and have reached Major whilst also currently being Temporary EXO. I think I would thrive in Battalion not just because I have picked up quite a few skills needed to be a great Battalion member but also because I am very eager to learn and love a good challenge. I will remain professional at all times especially considering I would always be being watched by those around me and for that reason It is incredibly important I do not act immature, unprofessional or set a bad example. Regarding me as an Individual, I believe that I am a very calm person and It is almost impossible to actually anger me therefore not exactly easy for me to stray away from professionalism. I am a quick and eager learner which Is why I think this would be a fantastic opportunity for me to show you the best of my qualities and abilities. I am a very alert person whilst being astute in every scenario I face and think I would excel if given the opportunity. I really like the server and I try to put a lot of effort into it. You should NOT interfere with regimental commanders orders. If you are told to supervise a certain regiment by a leading battalion then you must obey their command.
