The outcome depends on the level of leading on display. Whilst in Battalion, leading will improve gradually but those who become Battalion in the first place need to be confident and have experience within the battlefield. There is only ever one Battalion leading at once so the job of other Battalion members in that case are to assist the leading Battalion member by focusing on the smaller aspects of the battle. In non combat scenarios, Battalion have priority over the Granting and Denying of requests from troopers inside the base. They work together (or sometimes alone) to make sure the base operators smoothly and to a good standard. Battalion are there to support and help those who need advice or to be shown the right path. They can also keep their regiment or any regiments ready and to a good standard through numerous activities such as regimental trainings or even open simulations. That being said, even in non combat scenarios they are to be involved with the defense of the base at all times and should be thinking of potential new strategies or practicing ones they know. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I believe I would be a good choice for Battalion because of my prior experience which I could without a doubt put to use inside Battalion. I am a level headed person and when needed, can be as mature as anyone. I spent a considerable amount of time in 442nd leading and I put in so much effort because I wanted to see the regiment do well. I have reached a number of high ranks in the past and recently and have tried to show that the trust put in me to have the rank was justified. I've been part of this community for nearly 8 months now and I'm dedicated to the server. My attitude in game is relaxed perhaps maybe too relaxed sometimes but I know how easy it would be for me to act properly when I need to be. I think this is my fifth Battalion application and if that doesn't say something then I don't know what does. I was given a choice last time which I was grateful for but looking back now maybe It wasn't the best choice I could of made long term. I feel like I've still got something to prove and I can definitely do that In Battalion. I know it's a trusted position which Is why I feel like I could definitely make a good image of myself In Battalion and stay for a long time. After taking part in so many events and witnessing how past and present Battalion members have displayed themselves / lead I feel as though I would be able to pick up and learn how to do well very quickly. Yes What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): During a combat situation when Battalion are not leading, they stick to the regiment they are assigned to and help them in the battle. If no one is there to oversee the regiment then they would help them get through the event in a managed way. For example, providing motivation to the members, and assure that they have an enjoyable time. Under no circumstances should they interfere with the leading battalion unless ordered to. They should not worry about the amount of kills they are getting but instead focus on the wellbeing of the troopers and assist them. You keep providing an alibi to say it wasn’t possible but you haven’t explained why you provided the wrong steam ID somehow. Not sure if the steam ID you put was the perma banned account but you really need to figure out. Shepherd mentioned about how the account that got your accounts banned was created on the same day as your original ban for LTAP which just looks like you’ve made the alternate account to bypass the ban. You said to me on teamspeak that it wouldn’t be worth starting a fresh account and being a cadet again only for your main account to be unbanned within 5 days which I can see where you are coming from. However, you also said that you really enjoy the server and it’s the only thing you play on your PC? From my point of view It looks like you have made an alternate account to bypass the ban. Recently and In the past you haven’t exactly displayed yourself as the most mature person so thinking you can get away with this wouldn’t surprise me. I hope for your sake that what I said isn’t true.

Seems like your evidence isn't enough to overturn the warn. At the end of the day warns can be seen as a sign of maturity so stick around and show that you are mature as you can be.

Thanks for the comment, I understand this to be honest. To clear it up though hierarchy was my plan B after ARC since it was something I've always wanted to get but I see what you mean. Applying for EP twice is wrong but I think you mean staff. On both apps I closed them because I realised that Im way more committed to this server and frankly, enjoy it a lot more because of the people.

I think I'm a pretty competent person and would be able to fill the roles needed from a staff member within the server. I am always active on the server and tend to be up until the early hours of the morning meaning I can help when others may not be able to. I've always tried to be as appropriate as I can when dealing with situations In game with anyone and have always tried to leave a good impression on everyone. Yeah I thought about that and its something that could be a problem but from time to time having 1100 HP when theres like 3+ scavs working together can be aids not really at prime time but later on. Also you could say by getting a disguise and lowering HP it would be something you sacrifice since you are less detectable then if you were not disguised. Your point is right though. I reckon replacing numerical HP could be a shout.

You were a great event planner before resigning and I understood that you had to make a decision to either focus on your role as commander or event planner and you chose to help the regiment. Now that you’ve transferred and don’t have much responsibility you’d be great to have as an event planner again.

Very cool plan. The concept is great and you have left options If things fail to happen i.e RC fail to turn on the bridge. The event plan is not rushed and it is well thought out. It would be interesting to see if you could keep this level of creativity and ideas up in future events if you were to be given a position in the event team.

Yeah It probably would so can’t see it getting done but it’s less of like blatant meta gaming. It’s more like once someone sees your hp they then know you are a scav but have to pretend they don’t know whereas, If they saw your hp was the same as any other real clone they have no idea. Would probably see a lot more stunning of scavs then though so this probably wouldn’t work.

What your suggestion is: Decrease scav HP / Change it so the disguise you buy is the same HP as the clone job Scriptfodder/workshop link: N/A Any additional information: Just a thought tbh, also I think it could eliminate some aspects of metagaming! It would work like this: So say for example you apply the CT Enlisted trooper disguise, you will get 300 HP Instead of 900/1100 depending on scav job. Maybe without the disguise you could keep your respective HP since it is more difficult to enter MB and stuff.

They decide what defcon everyone should operate at during base attacks and are usually one of the first people to respond to threats. They lead everyone during base attacks and planetary's and take responsibility for the outcome of the battle. When leading they make important decisions that can impact the entire course of the defense/attack. They should set a good example to everyone In order to receive respect. When giving out orders they should be easy to follow and understand to allow those who are following them to be effective. As a regimental supervisor, they should keep an eye on their specific regiment making sure the regiment is doing well but at no point should you act as a 4th member of hierarchy. If needed, the supervisor can help out the regiment by doing tryouts. As a supervisor you are also expected to provide two trainings a week.
