Neutral I believe giving the ban some time before appealing would be good. I'm not certain on why Barry banned you for that, but he never does stupid stuff, so I believe you did a bit more than that. The fact people say those racial slurs/nazi things is punishable, we punish them whenever we can, though, it's not possible for us to catch ALL the people saying it, but as I said, whenever we hear it we warn people/ban them.

-1 The ban is short so you can wait it out. If you know you broke a rule you shouldn't leave the server, BK acted according to the staff guidelines, you were rightfully banned. We punish tens of people a day, we don't have time to ban someone with "malicious intent" randomly. Overall, I believe the ban shouldn't be removed, it was rightfully deserved.

Neutral / +1 Active. He's alright, he seems to not be an argumentative person and I also got along with him whenever I talked to him. Did well in his regiments from what I know. A bit too young. In my opinion he's too new to the community. The saluting scenario is technically wrong? (If I'm not wrong we're supposed to imagine we're on SOD job) The 6th scenario is also technically wrong, first you tell them about the forums, then if they continue just mute them, warnings apply if they're mic spamming/being racist/homophobic etc

Personally I feel like the community in this server is amazing which adds to another point, I think me being friends with most people can show that I'm not a dickhead or a bad person perhaps as I was thought in Clone Wars which would signal improvement. Improvement is essential in a staff member knowing when to take criticism and how to work on it, this is where my rank as a commander comes into play, every single one of my members can vouch that when they had a complaint about me it was solved, same with High Command, I don't think I've had any difficult situations with anyone because I'm understanding, and that's also an attribute a staff member should have, understanding who you are "judging" sure, punish them but at the same time make them understand what they did wrong. I also have a strong sense of justice so getting to the bottom of things in a claim shouldn't be really hard and I also am really good, and I mean REALLY good at solving RP situations especially for the new update, I have so much experience in ACTUAL roleplay that I think I'd be more than able to handle all of that with ease. I can also learn pretty quickly so learning all the staff stuff shouldn't be too hard.
