Won't work, and I have the energy to explain why.
First, im probably one of the most qualified to talk on this, as i've owned all 3 sects at one point, Orthodoxy being the longest.  So let me explain why this simply wouldn't work in todays climate.
First, the playerbase.  It was shit when I owned Church, and has only gone to hell.  Almost no one will understand the Orthodoxy, the scripture, much less how to RP as church.  It will become like last church, copy and pasting cogs all over the place, being idiotic and not understanding Standardization, and thinking its placing cogs everywhere.
Second, the groups.  CI, MC&D, UIU, and Foundation are not a good combo for the church.  Besides the fact that almost all of them hate them, they would inhibit any RP potential, via raids.  Only good one is Sarkic, but even then, they'd only attack when needed, since they don't view church as a biblical enemy like the Church does.  So the Orthodoxy, fueled by their violence and fanaticism, would pretty much attack everyone 24/7.
Third, the amount of time Church has been done and the lack of originality.  Church has been on the server so many times, and this version is so generic, that it is almost indistinguishable from the first Orthodoxy.  It doesn't bring anything original to the table.  That is the only reason Maxwellist and Orthodoxy worked the first time, it was unique to most and new, with new RP potential.  As shown by both however, it falls into the same type of RP, and thus, doesn't work.
How could you fix this?  Well, you could make a new sect (just not united church its such a bad idea), or use one of the original 3 and make it different.  Or suggest another GOI.
Overall, wont work, and as a Professional CotBG and Sarkic critic, -1.

Actually NRP copied from SCP, all of their entities were coded by our past developer TomSa. This includes the weapon vendor, the ammo armory, the comms channels, and the disguise vendor

Just admit, we are the better server

1) Dramatic story: For example,  peanut scp came into  your home and murdered your wife so you joined GOC
2) Nonsensical allegiances:  Your character must also be apart of two rival GOIs such as being the leader of the Chaos Insurgency as well as a GOC member.
3) Reality Bender: Must be a reality bender with nobody swep as well as Gen2 cloaking to be accepted. 
4)Passive RP: You need to mention that your ??? is passive rp based  to ensure that you are accepted.
5) Overpowered weapons: No matter what, your ??? character MUST Have overpowered weapons and sweps to ensure you can enact your passive rp
 
Follow these tips and you can be accepted to ??? 🙂

So, I don't usually comment on these kind of shit, mostly lurk as always, however, this one is a bit special.
Now, one thing you should always look at when someone gets unbanned is their behavior afterwards.  Unlike a lot of banned people in this friend group, this dude actually calmed down.  He didn't really bother with SCP much (cause he was banned), and moved on.  Talked to him a couple times afterwards and he probably is the only person in that friend group that genuinely moved on and matured (which sadly also means moving out of retarded among us jokes but nothing is perfect).
On to the actual ban itself, I know for certain that fricky man did not actually encourage others to harass Islip, they just did.  He didn't tell them anything, as I was in a VC with him and a couple others during the time.  He only spoke openly about how he felt about the ISD thing, but besides that, kept most of it to himself, everyone else was just following. 
Only person in a while who i think actually deserves an unban.  +1
