Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: 
I've been playing multiple different occupations on the server and thus due to my variety of multiple different roles I've learned quite extensively on how  things work around the site. I wouldn't say I know everything there's to know but definitely do I believe I can give it a chance. I do play ECM on the regular and thus wouldn't mind playing Site Director as well, Having played as Alpha-1 when it was still whitelisted I've seen many good examples of how both adequate and awful Site Director's behave and since I've had my fair share of interactions with the Overseer Council I do know what they expect when overseeing a Site Director.
What role does the Site Director have on the site?
The Site Director's duty is to make sure the site is running at its best performance and making sure that daily occupations are carried out as to how they should be, he makes sure to do regular checkups in many different zones and usually acts as a possible advisor for the council. They can also be the voice of the Council if need be since the SD can represent himself publicly however he wants to.  Due to their authority they are able to make changes in anyway as long as they seem fit and do not break the legal-codex, the only one's who may overwrite his orders would be the Council. Preferably the Director should work closely with his Advisors to make his own job a lot easier and give the SA's something to do. Collaboration goes a long way anyways. Preferably they might check in with Commanders & Head of Departments to ensure all fields within the site are running smoothly.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council consists of thirteen consecutive members with their designations from -1 to -13 with the last digit posing as a possible tiebreaker for a vote. they hold almost everything there's to know about the site and are pretty much the most experienced out of all site-personnel. Each of them are special and also vastly different in their own ways, they all hold a secret and while they do know a lot. There are things they may not understand about each other. They usually stay out of view and if something needs to be done they'll communicate with the Site Director to effectively get something done.

He's a competent person and I do know how he plays, I'm sure he could be given and trusted with the opportunity. The application itself is pretty organized and looks nice. +1

Has past experiences, a lot of what's been said above has already been mentioned. I believe he could be more than entrusted and considering he meets the word limit and makes the app not look like a pain in the ass to read through I do prioritize this.

Why do you want to join MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down and why should you be chosen: 
I believe i should be chosen for the MTF Nu-7 Commander role Because..
Currently im a Commander in MTF Omega-1, i have lots and lots of experience in commanding and managing multiple units at multiple times, Although i do not play a lot of Nu-7 i still have lots of experience and how they work, Mainly because of funny ISD disguise and i love wearing it and annoying Winters.  So in my quest to annoy him, I've picked up some valuable lessons. I have always wanted to join Nu-7 but i have really never had the time/forgot to fucking apply 3 weeks playtime later. Mostly due to my other Whitelists and sheer dedication to them (100% true not a lie) Also current experience as a commander its brought me Drill training, unit organization, unit management. Also i have worked closely with Nu-7 as an MTF Alpha-1 Unit (O5 department stuff, likes to correlate with Nu-7 a lot) Also Beta-1 taught me alot of stuff about not only managing my units, but helping and managing others in many situations.
 What is the purpose of a Commander?: The purpose of a commander is a hard question to answer, mostly because a commander does not just "command the units" A good commander cares for their units, listens and follows their units opinions a good commander likes their job, likes their units. You have been given the order to raid a confirmed CI base by Site Director and Head of External Affairs how would you proceed as an Nu-7 Commander:  Gather all the units in 1 place (EZ big room, cafe/MT, GG or GA) Depending on the raiding side (who we are rading) possibly strip your units comms to avoid a breach. (Nu-7 comms are fucking important, providing key info)  Then, Breif your units, if we have an observation or a look over us (Harrow snitched and told us everything) If we know the base, where good spots are for cover, our side and the oppositions. When leaving the base and or before, send scout units out to further scout the area from an Nu-7's view, report back. If you can see the enemy's, count em, report em. When the observation is over, move in. First go for the quiet approach, if the opposition begin showing hostile actions (rather a hostage or just plain old spray and pray) move in, remove silencers and battalion their asses.. Jut like Nu-7 would do
Explain with your own words what is MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down"?: MTF Nu-7 "Hammer Down" is the foundations Hammer, "Hammer" meaning an army.  An army of specially trained and some of the foundations finest, a battalion of soldiers who have practically unlimited resources.  They are practically the Foundations first line of defence against GOI's and oppositions. Nu-7 Can help with SCP containment breached (if containment teams REALLY need them) Ngl, usually every breach on SCPRP is completed with the help of Nu-7, so you know their fucking good.  Tanks, Heli's and Jets.. all of it (maybe even Napalm, ya never know 🙂 ) Pretty much an MTF who start a war with a GOI and finish it very fast.

1. Please list the first 3 roles of Ethics Committee and what it is they do as part of the foundation and Site Administration?*
As an Ethics Committee member, we guide the Council on what is tolerable and make recommendations on how to handle a certain situation at its best. They are able to oversee any Foundation Personnel no matter their status and position, thus allowing them to be able to keep track of what's happening. They're able to re-instruct anyone if need to be for example, if someone from the R&D Department is using torture for self-gain.
They are able to evaluate certain circumstances and execute actions if necessary for the greater good of everyone or to let things run its course. For example when to authorize and improve the idea of torture and only enforce it when need be or to interfere with any non-needed actions when the risks are too high at stake.
Last but not least, they preferably meet with any Head Departments if any are on site, oversee projects if need be and make sure that the Facility is operating as it should, meaning that everyone is doing their jobs efficiently and that Ethics are maintained and not disregarded.
 
2. Can you explain the 3 Lessons of the ethics committee and why they are important?*
1. We are not villains nor do we encourage being evil, we rather try to minimize such and thus we are only acting for what is a greater purpose. It is important to differentiate from when immoral actions are being committed because we have the ability to do so or acting immoral due to there simply being no better alternatives and it being a last resort.
2. We as an organization aren't world dominant rather we're quite the opposite of that. We are anonymous to any outside powers and rather make sure that our interests are only meant for serving and aiding humanity. No matter of how certain groups of interests may see and view us, we simply do what we believe is best and with positive intent.
3. We safeguard and preserve the human race from dangerous entities unknown to most of mankind, it is important to understand that we have containment procedures for a reason and react quickly to any anomalous threats should they be encountered on the surface.
3.  Why do you believe you should be accepted into the Ethics Committee?*
 I have played Site Administration roles really only far back in the past, while I've not been seen playing on any recently I do hold the experience and know how to act and play on them, I also don't play them as some others is simply because I have tried to balance my activity on many other important whitelists such as ISD and others which aren't affiliated. Due to some getting removed or me having resigned from some I'd like to try and focus on more non-combat jobs with quite a bit of roleplay as that is one of my strengths. I've played on both Omega-1 and ISD and am still until today active on ISD more so on other jobs as I believe lawful roles do interest me quite a lot. I'm very experienced with Foundation Laws and know when I have the right to act and utilize them for good results, I have a very calm and rather neutral demeanor and do not allow emotions to affect my judgment. I do have empathy and it is a tool that I use when I do believe it is applicable and needed, but I can be just as harsh if the situation calls for it.
4.  Explain in detail what the SCP Facility is and why it is important.*
The SCP organization is secret to most but the name itself explains the purpose and actions of how sites work, Secure Contain Protect is there to serve mankind and shield them from any anomalous threats encountered anywhere on the planet. The facility is important as without it evolution itself couldn't continue.
The organization possesses several sites all differentiating from one another, but their efforts are clear. On each sites there are several different roles all playing their part such as Mobile Task Forces with each one having individual sets and goals like Epsilon-11 'Nine Tailed Fox' which focuses primarily on containment and recontainment of any threats which may cause a dangerous containment breach.
The Site Administration is an important part as they make sure the site is well managed and that projects are funded to learn more about hazards. It's power can be attributed for the greater good but there are some who'd like to exploit it and that is why we are a very important occupation.
5. If you are playing Ethics Committee and a situation has occurred with the O5 being  unethical and unlawful by ordering mass executions of high ranking members, what would you do?
Assess the entire situation and collect as much data as possible on the occurrence, organize a court-trial for the Council member that has been accused and seen committing said actions and review the situation at hand.
6.  You hear that the Site Director and Head Researcher have been abusing the powers of the SCPs on site(such ass 500 and 2295), what do you do?
Examine the actions executed by both the Director's and the Researcher's which ensued. Briefly make a summary of which crimes have been committed. Considering they are of CL4 they'd preferably need a court-trial. Informing the Council would be an alternative if need be.
7. You witness 2 Researchers wasting D-Class by throwing them into  SCP-106 for "Feeding", what do you do?
Detain both researchers and pursue and document their doings, make sure they are punished according to the lawbook and figure out to see as to why they'd do what they did. Possibly have lenience on them or not, depending on how the case might work out.
8. While on duty a breach occurs and you have the time and option of opening 1 of 2 gates to save someone from an incoming SCP, on 1 side is a fellow ECM and O1 unit and on the other 5 junior researchers, what gate do you open and why?
Depending on the SCP which caused a containment breach I believe it would be worth to at least think about the situation if time allows for it, being within an Administration role you however do need to demonstrate some sense of leadership and this means that sacrificing two for five in a split second decision is very valuable indeed. I'd most likely go with the Scientists.

Why do you want to join Zeta-0?:
I want to get a feeling for the group itself, considering that I've seen many agents perform on Zeta-0 and the idea of trying this out is kind of intriguing to me.  Do to this being a somewhat combat focused role I believe it would fit my expertise in both combat and overgoing reconnaissance. Due to the variety of tactical options and the ability to choose from a handful of roles I really do be liking the idea behind it. I've been thinking about joining for quite some time but never really gave my effort into doing so and thus I'll hope I'll have a shot at it. Due to my many whitelists I've had interactions with members of the group before and I can only say my experiences have all been quite positive.

What's your history in combat?:
During my past seven years of employment within the Secure Contain Protect industry I've been involved in combat from time to time. Being somewhat experienced in hand to hand combat and with most of my experiences having been utilized in conventional-warfare and safeguarding V.I.P's I have a lot of variety and thus can be assigned to multiple tasks which involve both being on the offense or defense. I'm very swift to adapt to any situation at hand and due to me always thinking ahead would be the reason I'm still alive. I know how to launch an effective counter-offensive if need be and have a general idea on how to repel enemy strikes in a short amount of time. I'm experienced with many different rifles and even those used long-range, I however lack the experience of being assigned a role as a machine gunner or using artillery. I'm a man of precision, suppression isn't something suited for me but I am able to. Considering my several various roles and tasks I've had to upkeep within the organization I can safely say that I'm useful for many things and not just one general subject. 
What are your biggest strengths?:
I'm very agile and do not need to think twice, my ability to respond and to adapt my tactics to a hostile threat are quite adequate. Working coordinated as a team and quick and easy communication set this as probably one of my biggest strengths. Thinking ahead is what's gotten me this far, I plan and think before I act to increase the marks of my results.
When did you learn about us?:
I didn't know a whole lot about this Mobile Task Force besides a mere name and a general idea of what y'do since I believe I've seen some of your members perform. After gathering a bit more intel there isn't a whole lot I found out considering this is a Task Force of secrecy.
Do you understand that we are top secret and failing to uphold that secrecy will result in your immediate removal and termination?:
Well secrecy is one of the site's best weapons and one which could be made to use a lot more. I'm very good at keeping my mouth shut when the situation requires for it, therefore I fully understand the consequences of a leak.

What MTF will you be disguised as? (Your choices are Chi-1, Ha-23, Kappa-29, Gamma-6 and, Gamma-1):
I believe Ha-23 would be best suited for my interests and thus would be my first choice.
Why did you choose that MTF as your disguise?:
Due to both the tasks required and the various forms of equipment at disposal it would be best suited for my strengths in surveillance and reconnaissance. Due to having the ability to remain cloaked and unseen and the ability to restrain a target from close-quarters effectively I believe it would fight my engagement style very nicely. I can switch to using long-range weapons however I would say so myself that I'm a beast at using hand to hand combat and have mentioned that I'm very agile thus I'd think restraining and capturing my targets to render them combat ineffective or quickly placing distance from a threat could be most easily done using the methods given within H-23. I personally do like Kappa-29 as well but I don't think the role at hand suits my mindset nor the way I operate. The SVU is in itself a designated marksman rifle and as I've mentioned I'm someone who tends to execute a task given cleanly and with precision. I know all essential parts of the surface area quite well and in detail  and thus I have knowledge of good spots which I could either use to my advantage, spots to which GOI's may be gearing up for an offensive or other known areas to keep a lookout for. Other than that I still think that frontal attacks never where as effective to begin with, using the cloaking method as an addition you can approach each situation to the needs you think is considered best.

What's your weapon of choice?:
It would probably be the G3A3 as the various customizations can be used to adapt to ones combat-style, considering it is an automatic-rifle type and the mounts for it having additionally modified scopes you can choose to even use it at longer distances. Generally within a site where it's mostly going to be close combat I wouldn't see much need for it, but on the surface everything chances and thus  I do quite appreciate the weapon for what it is.
What's your style of fighting?:
Well as I have mentioned prior, I can adapt from being on the defense to being very aggressive when the situation demands it. Mostly however I like to be patient and wait for my perfect opportunity before the need to strike arises, I like spotting an enemy before they spot me to gain an advantage. However, considering that this is a highly classified Task force I would opt to performing on a more safe basis as getting captured or loosing communications would probably be a no go. 
Any weapon certificates or diplomas?:
I am certified to use the M40A5 long distance rifle usually used for reconnaissance and intel gathering, furthermore I've been certified in using the Adaptive Combat Rifle (ACR) and have made use of it in many of my tasks and dealings.
