    I read your app earlier and after re-reading it i felt it was good and you are pretty good in general. Despite a few problems in EP, Loaf has really stepped up to the task and would be great for battalion.

    I know you fairly well and personally know you are a very nice guy.
    You're obviously trusted enough to have the ULX of Event Planner.
    Although you have been a capable SO, perhaps apply again when you are higher rank, rather than NCO.

    Obviously didn't get along with CT that much, but evidently chose to unproblematically sacrifice his rank to leave and not cause issues within the regiment; shows maturity.
