Good evening. I was encouraged to view the forums by the Server Management due to the staff applications for the SCP-RP server opening again. I have read your application carefully and below I will give my thoughts on what you have answered in the application:
Firstly, the structure of your application is neat, something I'm sure the Server Management appreciates. The more concrete, solid and on-point an application is, the better. Including links to your Steam profile and previous references is also great. You answer all if not that; most of the questions directly, and you get to the point. Outside of this, you mention your availability for when the server releases which seems to be in hours a day, something that is outstanding. Just be careful of eventual burnouts!
Moving into the answers you have given to the application questions, you show that you have at least basic knowledge of ULX commands, something I'd expect from a previous Administrator. You mention you can be on the server at times when other staff members can not. This is also a good feat, as we need diversity in the staff team to cover as much of the time on the server as possible. I have checked your timezone based on where you are from, and there does not appear to be any issue in attending staff meetings organized by the Server Management. I like how you mention the connection as a staff member not only to in-game responsibilities, but also how sometimes Discord has to be used to resolve situations such as evidence, and so forth. However, when connecting this tie, I'd preferred if you'd also mention that if you were unable to join the server, to also redirect them to another staff member who was online at the time. (If there was another staff member online at that time.) You seem very focused on the Foundation aspect of what the SCP-RP genre is about, I would have liked to see more about the whole system in a simplified form, and how these cohere, essentially including more of the G.O.I role and how this affects the overall Roleplay experience.
You mention some simple but golden rules in your understanding of the SCP-RP ruleset for v6, remember that for v7 these rules will be reviewed again, and potential loopholes will be plugged with help from the player base. I'd encourage you to re-read the rules if you were to be accepted into the staff team, as sure; the rules you mentioned are those that are the most reoccurring, but there are countless rules regarding how different G.O.Is' can act, and how certain jobs can do things. These are also essential for staff members to know so that they can resolve staff sits as quickly and effectively as possible. 
Overall, this was a good application, some lacking parts as I mentioned above, but nothing hysterical. I do not see any issue in giving you an upvote, however, I hope again that if you are accepted, you mind your own mental health over a virtual game. You previously resigned from a staff position for this exact reason, so take things with pace, and best of luck!

Hi everyone, I'd like to start off by thanking all of you for taking your time to read my application and leave your thoughts, I am thankful of that. Moving on, I'd like to clear some things, I have regularly heard people say they are unaware of the name Jerry Martainski, this was a name only used when I first started and when managing Ethics Committee, my other names used while in Roleplay were codenames as a result of being in the O5 Council and Echo-14, my most common name was O5-4 and Crow-14, unfortunately these names do you assist you in identifying me, but at the time, that was the departments aim. I also seen someone asking what department I managed, in response to that, I managed the Ethics Committee when it was added along side with Director Dennis (Paxo) before I stepped down. In relation to the proof, Howling Rex has all that is needed within his DM's as we communicated with him directly. My missing roles is also a result of the change in forums, when I purchased my rank a very long time ago the community was still using Engine and not IPB, after the change in software I didn't bother claiming my forum tag back due to still having my In-Game rank (I did request them several months ago but was told to wait until release). My post count is also a direct result of the change in software, prior to the change I had already applied to the departments I wanted and held multiple whitelists thus resulting in no need for further applications. The issue regarding my playtime is a simple case of I do not know, over the years playtimes have been reset multiple times, I would accumulate several weeks of playtime before I'd be forced to take a break as stated in my application, upon returning several times I'd be greeted to a playtime of 0 seconds.

I was a part of the SCP-RP Staff Team for a couple of years, not sure how long exactly, I believe a little more than two years and worked my way up to the Rank of Admin if I remember correctly,
I also had a Support Role in the Discord and was helping out in answering tickets and making sure everyone was following the rules.
Any previous roles in the WG Community?: As mentioned above, I worked my way up from Trial Mod to Admin, and was also part of the Discord Support Team.

Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No:
Yes, I believe I do, it's been a while, but I do believe I remember the most important ones, I can list a few:
!bring <name> - Brings a person to you
!return <name> - Returns the person you teleported to you
!freeze <name> - Freezes the person.
!goto  <name> - Teleports you to the person.
I know a lot more, but there are also a lot that I have forgotten since It's been a long time, but I don't think I would have any trouble re-learning any, I learn very quickly.

What attribuites can you bring to being a staff member?: 
I'm very active and have a lot of free-time, so even at night when there are usually no Staff Online I can be online and still help people if they need it, not only that I also have a lot of experience since I was a Staff Member here before, not only here but on other Servers aswell, however none of those are really worth mentioning, I have also owned a few servers myself.
I'm respectful towards players and other Staff Members and I always try to resolve problems in the best way possible, I put myself into the position of other people to really understand the situation.
I also know the rules of SCP-RP very well since I have been a part of this Community for more than 7 years now.

I think that you should pick me because I like to think that I have gathered a lot of experience as a Staff Member when I was one here, but also because I have a lot of experience and knowledge when it comes to SCP-RP itself, I've been a part of this community for 7 years but also have been a huge fan of SCP itself.
I've also been a Staff Member on other RP Servers, not any other SCP-RP Servers, mostly DarkRP Servers and TTT Servers, I know what it's like being a Staff Member and I know what I can do and what I cannot do, I can manage to keep my cool in any situation no matter how difficult.
I know that there have been times in the past when I was a Staff Member on the Server and I was inactive and I am very sorry for that, I was struggling at the time and was very burned out and was dealing with a lot of things, looking back, I probably should've just resigned other than going inactive and on breaks.
A lot of things have changed for me since then and things have gotten better for me, I'm not struggling anymore and I'm ready to really dedicate a lot of time to this Server again, I actually really miss helping people, when I did do it back then it was always very fun for me to deal with all the different situations and figuring out solutions for them.
I have a lot of motivation and have had a lot of motivation for a long time, I think that being a part of the Staff Team again would benefit the server and would make mevery happy, I don't have any intention of going inactive again, and if anything happens, I will not hesitate to let somebody know instead of saying that I'll be back soon.

Yes, I know what SCP-RP is about.
SCP-RP is a gamemode based on the SCP Universe.
The Universe is centered around anomalous beings, objects, phenomena and other things, SCP stands for "Secure. Contain. Protect."
In this Universe, The so called "SCP Foundation" has multiple sites all around the world, the Foundation contains, captures and studies various paranormal and supernatural and other things that aren't explainable, ( anomalies, SCP's ). 
They are doing all of this hidden away from the rest of the world/society.
In the SCP-RP Gamemode, you can create yourself a character,  there are a lot of roles that you can choose from being a D-Class all the way up to being an O5, no matter what you choose, you will definitely have a good time and a lot of fun.
There are also groups that you can join and play as, such as but not limited to:
- The Chaos Insurgency ( I believe their main objective is to eliminate Foundation Personnel and rescue all the D-Class Personnel they can, I think they also want to utilize SCP's to their advantage, with those mainly being objects ) 
- Anderson Robotics ( They specialize in the sales of anomalous robots, androids, artificial intelligence, and such. )
-Marshal Carter and Dark ( They specialize in the selling and acquisition of anomalous items, entities and experiences. )
There are many other groups, these are just a couple of examples! 🙂

What is the duty of the Manufacturing Department within the Foundation?: The duty of the Manufacturing Department is to keep the Armed Foundation Personnel ready for any issues that might arise. Moreover they can also provide gasmasks to the entire Foundation Personnel for any type of gas attacks.
 
What is your duty as the Head of the Manufacturing Department?: The duty of the HOMD is to manage the other Manufacturing Personnel so that the Foundation Personnel has easy access to one the Manufacturing Department shops. Moreover the HOMD is responsible for supplying the forces of the Foundation with special gear which might give them the edge they need to carry their missions successfully.
 
Why do you think you'll be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing?: I think I would be a good HOMD because I strive to have each zone of the Foundation covered by at least 1 manufacturing (if there are enough Personnel). I am aware that some items are reserved to only specific personnel  from the Foundation. Not everything that the Manufacturing Department makes can be given to all types of Personnel.
 
Where can you find resources to craft items?: This is a feature I have not played a lot with, but from what I know, the resources needed to craft now are found in the Storage room of the Foundation.
 
What would you do if a researcher tried to purchase ammo from you?:  I would deny their request, stating that they are not an armed personnel of the Foundation, hence there is no need for ammo. If they continue asking, I would either report this to their direct superior or the Site Director and security.

I am a hard working, optimistic and friendly individual who strives for a good experience for people. I am an excellent team player, and enjoy working alongside individuals for a common goal, especially members of the SCP-RP community. I have an in-depth knowledge of the rules and the legal codex, so I would be just and knowledgeable when evaluating potential wrongdoing. I believe I have a positive reputation in the community, and have made many close friends within the SCP-RP community.  
All of this being said, I would say my best attribute is my optimistic work ethic; I approach things in a positive direction, in a direct manner. I believe this makes me an effective problem solver, and effective when it comes to interacting with others.  
Therefore, I believe I would make a good addition to the Staff Team. I thoroughly enjoy helping people, and I believe a position as staff would give me an opportunity to do so.  I have a deep understanding of the community and it’s needs in general, and I believe my integration into the staff team would be fluid. I have staffed for other servers in the past, and have thoroughly enjoyed the time that I spent doing so. I believe I am professional and approachable, as displayed throughout my time in the community, which would be fitting for someone in the staff team.
I am extremely polite and non-confrontational when it comes to problematic situations, which allows for me to adopt a level-headed and effective attitude when dealing with issues that may arise within the community. There have been some situations where I have been playing as HR or SD where staff have not been online, and I have resolved heated situation that would usually require staff support, and I simply want to be a person that the community can turn to for help, advice, guidance etc. My knowledge of ULX commands would mean operating as staff would be effective and would aid in situations that require them (see more below)  
I believe that through my position in administrative positions, I have demonstrated maturity, professionalism and patience within my respective roles. When I am a head of department, I am determined to create a better experience for all those on the site, and as staff, I could extend that will to the server, which would make me grateful to have such an ability. Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):  
SCP-RP revolves around the idea that the SCP Foundation exists; the SCP Foundation is a fictional organisation that revolves around the containment of anomalies worldwide. SCP-RP on W-G situates Site 19 under “Ovis City”, and allows players to assume the role of the Site’s variety of personnel. Therefore, SCP-RP is different for everyone; it is a unique experience for the players depending on their role: a Security Guard might defend the site from security threats, a researcher can discover exciting new things about SCPs on the site, an SCP can wreck havoc on the site, and an E-11 Unit can recontain it. I have invested a significant amount of time into each role in the server, and have gained a rounded, informed and broad understanding of the roles in the server and how they operate.  
I thus understand the hierarchy within the server, clearance levels, zones and have a high knowledge of the site, and what is considered out of bounds / unordinary for certain roles.  Furthermore, I understand the relationships between the Foundation and GOIs and their flexible nature, so I am in-tune with their relations, checking constantly for any alterations. I feel I have spent an adequate amount of time on the server to comprehend the full operations of the Site / server, and all of the classes within. 
Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP (1 word is not an answer).: Thoroughly, yes. Throughout my time as administrative positions, I have had to refer to the legal codex multiple times. As for OOC rules, I also deeply understand them, and have referred to them on multiple occasions regarding certain wrongdoings of other players in the past. I have even fully reviewed the rules for each individual GOI and SCP, so I have a full understanding of the SCP-RP rules. The most common rules that are disobeyed are:  
FailRP: A player commits action(s) that would not actually occur in character. For example: A Field Agent going rogue and assisting a GOI.  
RDM: Known as Random Deathmatch, when a player kills another player for no reason.  
Metagaming: Utilising out of character (OOC) information in character (IC). For example: recognising certain uniforms (such as red goggles or hockey masks) as hostile, despite not seeing evidence of this.  
FearRP: When under restraint, and a lethal weapon pointed at the player, you must roleplay that you are under fear of your own life. Thus, you must follow orders you are given whilst cuffed (to an extent). 
LTAP / LTARP: Leave to avoid punishment / roleplay. When an individual leaves the game to avoid a (usually negative) roleplay situation, or a punishment for something they have done.

Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): I believe you should pick me as I have got past experience as a staff member on a multitude of servers, I also was staff back in V1/V2 of the server and at that time I had 5w 5d from what I remember
You should pick me over other applicants because I have learnt to keep a level head whist dealing with staff situations and will keep a calm and professional manner in all cases, I also will not let any personal relations get in the way of dealing with any punishments or sits I will end up encountering.
I know this section may be short but I honestly believe with the past experience I have running and staffing servers alike that i will be a great staff member for SCP-RP and will do my very best to deal with situations that come my way no matter how annoying or complicated it will turn out to be at the time. During my time online I have ran Minecraft server, staffed on Team Fortress 2 and Garry's mod servers, during this time I have banned/kicked and warned people that I called fiends, I lost people over it but others understand that i was doing my job as a staff member for the servers
I may seem like an argent individual at times but i always lessen to both sides of the situation before pulling a trigger, no matter if I have a personal issue with them before the sit that will be put aside to deal with the situation and deal the appropriate punishment's that needs go to the offending party.
I know this application might be short but I am dyslexic so have to use some spell check apps to help me and it is also hard for me to think of things to wright down when having to do paragraphs, I hope you will look past this and look at the experience and the amount I am willing to do as a staff member for SCP-RP

Any past experience as staff?: I have got past experience as staff on Team Fortress 2 servers, Minecraft and Garry's mod servers, this will be running and being an actual staff member.
As I mentioned in a previous answer I was a staff member back in in V1/V2 of the server, during that time i went by the name Claymore and tbh this was not my favorite time as the name I had out of roleplay was getting bombarded with scammers trying to get me to sell items from my inventory or they were trying to get me to give them accesses to my account.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is about a SCP site in a small city, they contain a multitude of SCPs but sadly they do break containment, this is where the SCPs have some time to kill people outside their containment chamber, the foundation based in this city also have to deal with raids from group of interest and at times there will be a containment breach can acore during the raids mentioned.
The entities that are contained at the site can cause an XK class and of the world scenario, such as SCP-008 or SCP-173 if its camber is not cleaned on a biweekly bases as the substents that is leaked from the know SCP could possibly be the source of its duplication abilities.
You are able to play as any of the groups and individuals on the server, granted some are whitelist or donator but you are always able to apply to gain the ability to play it or donate to the server
Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: Yes I have read the rules of SCP-RP and understand them to their fullest extent. I will do my best to enforce them if you pick me as a staff member

Yeah man you're a good kid but a bit young , you'll just end up breaking some other rule again ,

You get influenced easly , you are known as the kid who breaks rules in wierd ways and people will push you into doing these things and you being young and impressionable will latch on these people and end up banned like you were before.

I don't think it's a problem about you but more so about the community of teenagers that will abuse your naiveness and convincing you into taking the wrong actions.

I do hope too see you one day in the server but i don't think it's time yet.
