    I always had good interactions with him whenever he joined our trainings. 
    He seems to be aware of the both OOC and IC rules which can help him a lot.

    He helped CE before. His attitude was great and also was eager to help people in that time. Has lots of playtime with no warns which shows he knows what he's doing. He should get that role.

    The only time I've worked together with him was in a joint training and his attitude was great and mature towards people in the training.

    He's been in CE for long time and lead countless events. He was also in ARC which shows he's competent enough to take a leadership role.
    I hope he can balance his activity as EP and Battalion if he's accepted.
