What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?:

    "The Constant" -
" Male, British Decent. Appears young, but their age is mid 50's.
^ Varies appearances, but always appears in a Suit.
Speaks Calmly, and is mostly a nice individual.
    (Former Ethics Committee Member.)
Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Due to being Staff, I am aware of the current server rules. So Yes.
    ---------------------------------------
Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):
I highly believe that I am an encouraged individual, and able to come up with greater and brighter ideas for the Council, it can allow me to have conversations with other fellow Council Members, and see their sides of certain stories, and or situations. I see that the Council can be serious at the time, and I believe a friendly, serious and dedicated member would bring stability and diversity and variety to the Council, which will be favourable.

Working under pressure and staying calm is ideal for an O5 Council Member. I believe bringing a new role to the Council will be pleasing to have. And I believe I will be able to serve. All O5 Council Members personally all have their own judgement on their own things, one may get angry and shoot, yet another may lock them up. The new role I wish to bring is patience, calmness and determination. Of course there are many more reasons, but I believe bring a diverse member of the Council will be exactly right for the council, to open a new mindset for them, and making things go way one way or another, either with violence, or ethically.

Regarding all this, let's go back to the main question: I wish to bring a new experience and a new fresh role to the Group, making disscussions with council colleagues and able to come to the answer of certain questions much faster and efficiently, open a new mindset for myself and my colleagues to new experiences oppertunites, and of course to show absolute determination & to assist my colleagues with needs, and as most importantly, be professional, and upkeep a good posture on the job. With all that being said, I believe bringing this role to the council will be a good choice to keep in mind.

Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:
    The O5 Council are the highest ranking foundation personnel on the site/ the owners of the Foundation thus makes them differ from other Site Administration;

Other Site-Administration sometimes attend or notify the personnel if they have arrived on-site, I've seen this happen a few times with a simple "SD on-site" or "ECM on-site." Preferably an O5 Council Member, would choose to stay unidentified, and not notify anyone of their presence to prevent any bad event from happening. -  The CL2 personnel are unaware of their existance, and The Council would like to keep it that way.

What may differ too, are the secretive MTF Operatives that follow the Council Members, and provide them with a layer of protection with their Assault Rifles and absolute dedication to protecting the Council.
Who may this be?: MTF Alpha-1.

Mobile Task Force Alpha-1, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand, are the protectors and guardians of the Notorious and inaccessible O5 Council. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. Seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be.

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    What is the O5 Council?
The O5 Council, are the highest members and top leaders in the Foundation. It consists of 12 Council Members and sometimes an additional member to break up ties in votes. The members of the Council have to work together to make the right decision at the right time. Varying from money and budgets, to certain projects that are active within the site, and overseeing the foundation and the staff that are located within. Most members don't do the everyday thankless tasks of course they give orders down the Chain of Command to the simple researcher and security guard. They too have limits though from a higher power that they and a spare few others know of.

Like a lot of secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch" etc.

The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class-A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation.

As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes.

Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?:
I am currently serving as a Site Director.
What Departement would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...):
I personally wouldn't mind any, yet we could discuss this; Ethics is one of my ideas.

How will this character improve RP?: This character adds more of a difference to the site as all that is usually spoken about are the deadly SCPs within containment but with this character there are more possibilities on what can happen and gives Researchers something new and unique to work on. The SCP's that are currently being used have gotten to a point where there is rarely any unique tests that haven't been done before. However, with the introduction of my character, it allows there to be many ideas and unique Research that can be conducted.

Boy it's been awhile.. Gosh since i've written something.
    Decision: Neutral

More than one Sentence is required to get ANY application, keep that in mind for when you reapply or apply elsewhere.
Right off the bat, doing real well with a somewhat unknown name, I suggest getting more known to the wider community. That's honestly as much as I can give you, because it seems you don't care enough to fill out applications to the capacity most applications do. Don't expect me to be in much detail as you don't care that much, maybe I doubt you that much, but don't take it personally.
So, I don't need to say this, this is somewhat common, or should be common knowledge, Site Director is a very high ranking position on the Foundation team, you have power over all -most- foundation units, excluding O5 and some other departments in certain situations. you do not have the required time to even consider Site Director, as most who apply have been playing for around the 4 week mark in game time.  I am not commenting on your ability, on the most part, more so that you need to understand how the foundation - and more so the actual community use the roles- to be able to make the correct calls.

I have to fix this question a lot, the Past Experience is directed at the community, what roles have you had in the server, I can understand if you give experience on the many other servers such as NaziRP for Werewolf and I guess you'd be somewhat excused for the error, but this is not on you, I suggest, to reapply and gain experience Within the server, I suggest getting experience as HoS, SA, HoEA, ECM and I'd somewhat say CSB, they are good at the legal side of administration.  Now that doesn't mean you have to have them, just a recommendation on my part.

I mean you answered the question in a unique way, I give you points to that, better than the standard boring responses, but sometimes they are just the push you need to get accepted, this response is somewhat made with inexperience, since demoting anyone -which is not always possible- is a myth that people may have about Site Director, Site Directors do not rule with a iron fist, this way of keeping people in line is not enjoyable to anyone and I assure you if  you were accepted and I saw you do this, you would be removed from SD. Site Directors do not rule with a iron fist, at the end of the day, you should have the understanding and knowledge to guide units to resolve it, either by using CSB and or ECM.  However that isn't a rule, SDs can demote freely, just makes demotions faster  on the SDs end to hand it off.

This is an incorrect response of what the Site Director does, it might be a Lore reason -if that's your way of thinking- However, Site Directors do not have any control of how much units are paid, I will say that you are correct in saying Site Directors do make sure people do the jobs they are required to do, however then you go back to being incorrect with Department budgets? I understand that a joke like this -which I and a few do sometimes- without context can give you that idea, however Site Directors don't deal with budgets.
I... Actually don't know what to say, Maybe this is from somewhere I haven't read or something, but I have never heard of a Administrative (administration?) Assembly, however on the server no such thing exists. O5 have the authority to command all foundation units -excluding other O5 - and sometimes do pass votes, however not laws, laws are dictated elsewhere. This does confuse me a lot as it doesn't really answer the question, more so give a brief fact and not move on.

I really can't be asked to do a conclusion. Let's be honest, all the information is said above. I am somewhat free to answer questions if you have any, but don't hold what I say as the gospel. (Christ I love writing massive text that won't be seen by anyone D:) I will state that Site Director does not have a Trial period, once you are a Site Director, you are a fully fledged one, of course, if you are unsuitable for the position it doesn't stop you being removed.

    In-Game Name: Mark Kuntson
    Age?: 21
Play Time? Must be atleast 3 days. No exceptions(SCP-RP): around 8 weeks
Are you a VIP/GoldVIP?: Plat VIP
Do you have a microphone?: Yes I do have a mic
Do you have TeamSpeak (Required)?: Yes I do
Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum):
First of all I am willing and able to be an active and deciated Staff Member, I have experience in staff (from other servers), group management, Discord Support and overall I consider myself a pretty good roleplayer and a friendly individual. I have played the server for a very long time and I know pretty much everything about the rules, various misconceptions and "unspoken rules" (which don't exist) and this in my opinion helps me be a more then good Staff Member. I think I am a helpful individual and right now I am very motivated to become Staff on the server due to various reasons. Also from what I think, we always need more and more experienced Staff Members to never repeat the August/Sptemeber situation which happened this year, when we had around 3 Staff Members (not including STM/Security Staff)
I know in the past I did not have the best reputation, but I am certain and judging by the past months I have changed and am not that person anymore. SMT has denied my twice for various reasons I  have worked thoughout the years to improve and at least mitigate my flaws. So I hope this attempt will not be in vain.
To sum up: I am active, experienced and want to help the server by applying for the Staff Team, I think I am an experienced and active player and I will be able to help explain and guide new/old players in pretty much every aspect of the server.
Will you be active?: Yes I will be active
How long will you be able to play per day?: During the week 1-4h. During the weekend 4-8h.
Are you aware atleast 75% of your time on the server should be on duty time and failing to do so will result in a punishment: Yes I am aware of this rule.
Any past experience as staff?: I was a Super Admin on a Star Wars RP Server (It had a different Structure then this one so a Super there is a Senior Admin here)
Do you have an specific mental conditions/illnesses and if yes, what are they?: No I do not.
Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 20 warns exceptions can be made.): 4 warnings, all of them expired
    Fear RP
    Lying to Staff
    RDA
    DTP
Do you know the basic ULX commandes Yes/No: Yes
Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):
SCP-RP gamemode is about getting inside and roleplaying as a custom character in the world of the SCP Foundation. The universe is centered around anomalous objects/persona/phenomena and such. There are many groups who either study/combat/fight for/use these anomalies, but the main one and (probably) the biggest is the SCP Foundation. The SCP Foundation has multiple Sites/Areas around the world who serve multiple purposes. SCP means Secure. Contain. Protect. The primary goal of the SCP Foundation is containment, study and unlimately understanding of those objects to ensure the survival of humanity in such a dangerous world.
On the server the player can create a character in many different roles and with many different tasks. For example, if one wishes to ensure the safety of those around him he/she might chose to become Site Security and assist protetion of the Site and it's personnel. If one wishes to dive into the ever present anomalous objects and entities he/she might want to create a character in the Research Department. If one likes administrative tasks/making decisions he might want to join the Site Administration.
The Foundation is not the only group though. There are many more, commonly called Groups of Interest (GoIs in short) and those groups have different goals and purposes.
Marshall, Carter & Dark Ltd. for example is one such group. It is focused on gathering wealth and money through selling anomalous objects to the highest bidder.
The Chaos Insurgency on the other hand is well... chaotic. Their ultimate goal is unknown but as of yet they are trying to undermine the SCP Foundation and activly hinder it's operations.
There are of course many more groups and roles. The SCP world would not be itself without the unaware population, living and continueing their daily lives with ignorace towards the anomalous. It is the ultimate goal of some of the groups to keep the public unaware of these objects and entities.
Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an anwser).: I do. SCP-RP rules are devided into 7 main categories:
    1. In-Character Rules - Overall rules regarding IC stuff. Random Deathmatch, FailRP, Metagame, Reasons to shoot or not shoot people, New Life Rule are all listed here
    2. Out of Character Rules - Overall rules regarding OOC stuff. Player to player Racism, abuse, glitching, disrespect/impersonation of Staff are all listed here
    3. Building Rules - Overall rules regarding prop placement and dupe building. Here you can find restrictions on where and how to build bases/checkpoints, where you can place props to cover you during combat and so on.
    4. Foundation Job Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as Foundation Personnel. Here we can find more precise definition of FailRP for example going rouge without a good reason or leaving the site again for no good reason.
    5. Group of Interest Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as a specific Group of Interest member. Here we can find rules regarding MC&D jobs and CI jobs.
    6. Surface Job Rules - Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do as specific Surface Jobs. There we can find restritions on what civilians, reporters and D-Class can/can not do.
    7. SCP Job Rules -  Overall rules regarding what you can/can not do when playing specific SCPs. Almost every SCP has it's own rules. Examples: 049 can not run using shift, 106 can only use noclip to quickly return to his cc after a valid femur or to go through small doors or walls.
Here are some rules that are more often broken than others:
RDM - Random Deathmatch - killing someone without a valid reason
Metagame - Using out of character information (for example the TAB menu) in a in-character situation
FailRP - Acting in a way a character would not to. This has many definitions and examples. I have listed some of them in the explanations above.
NH2RP - Not Here to Roleplay, when a player joins a server with no intention to engage in roleplay.
    E2/Pac3 Abuse - abuse of E2/Pac3 functions
