In-game racism is taken very seriously and in discord it is punishable as well but not really treated in terms of severity of punishment as it is in-game. Many people get away with racism on discord but it is usually dealt with properly.
As it goes for teamspeak the community would never come to terms with making it punishable even if it is extremely ignorant. I think that it should only really be punishable if the person being racist is using the remarks towards you in a derogatory manner. You are right though in terms that the community often pushes some people away because of how toxic/racist some teamspeak channels can be. Not all teamspeak channels are like this though and you can find a regiment that isn't full of 16 year old english kids who think being overly racist is funny.
In all I agree with your sentiment it's just that its virtually never going to happen where its punishable on Teamspeak and the best thing you can do is ignore it and find a regiment that isn't overly racist. But for racism in discord/in-game it is punishable so please report it in-game by calling a staff member using the @ sign before a message or by @'ing discord staff when you see it on discord.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): In battalion you have to be strict and have to enforce the rules on the base by granting and denying requests on Defcon 5 and When supervising a regiment your to sipervise the hierarchy and troopers to ensure there all doing there job properly you are to host trainings for the base as open sims and regimental trainings that reflect on there battle style Example 501st Breaching 442nd Barricade building CE flying if a PME is going on and you notice clones being killed you are expected to lead the base to safety and ensure the safety of the base. you also have a CL5 which you have to be responible with your other equipment as a Stun blaster and Elastic restraints that you should not abuse.
 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I have been Battalion Before and have reached Colonel i originally left cause i got bored and i recently left the server for collage but plans changed and got pushed back quite far so for the meantime i think ill retry batt again. i know how to supervise regiments well and lead base attacks and planetarys i will be active as i have alot of free time now and till summer and with my previous batt experience i think i would fit in just fine i might have to adapt to some new rules in batt but im sure it will be easy. i may have fucked up a little in OOC matters such as staff but thats more OOC reasons but in IC ive never done anything bad and ive always met my mins or atleast tried my best to. i am well equiped for leading any IC situations and i know how to deal with alot of Regimental situations aswell i know not much people like hearing my voice on voice amp but ill make sure to make quick orders for the battles with some strategy in them and ill always try my best to lead at 100%

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): they are to stick with there regiment there assigned to and help them out in any way possible but if needed to takeover leading they always have to remain on standby and know the staus of the battle

Although I fully agree with you and so does most of the server this decision is solely up to CAT and from what Spades explained to me it would be more beneficial for the community to grow as a whole with us competing with other CWRP servers that have a 6pm event time and it causes more competition with IRP. Also you can argue with map swap and planetarys being longer sometimes the gap is decently equal.
The reasoning is pretty valid but its hard to gauge whether there is truth to that or if it is even true at all that we will have a larger more stable player count with a later planetary event time. The only way I could think of to test this would be for 2 weeks have the event time later and see how that effects playercount on both servers (CWRP and IRP) and other competing communities on CWRP. Even then that test would be flawed as playercount is pretty fluctuant as of late on both servers and goes off many other factors.
Overall the system we have now works well enough to keep CWRP stable at least and trying to change it or at least test a change to convince CAT would be a bigger pain than just dealing with what we have now. Unless you can come up with a really good argument to convince Spades to change it then (I pretty much voiced everything you said here) this suggestion is for certain getting denied.

I partially agree with Cameron too and was half considering hiding this app, this means a lot though, been busy with some other hobbies but I'll have to log on and get active again, the whole SCP style was what I was going for, was inspired by Ubers style then laid it out like many SCP files I've seen. Thank you for taking the time to reply!

Has put a lot of effort into all EP applications, this is extremely detailed and the amount of effort put in is very visible. Again, just as your last application this story is absolutely mental, events could really use this right now.

Bias aside, it is an extremely original application and looks very enjoyable to play through. As has been stated, dupes/pictures of what you've made might be nice though! Only drawback here is your current rank is pretty low, you are nice and active at the moment but with a past of light mingery and a generally untrusted rank it is probably worth waiting a little bit more to reapply if you get denied.
