+1 Man is a legend on the scene would be a sufficient staff member following the rules as he has shown he is trusted with high ranks so for this i believe he would make an excellent staff member, as stated above with lists point i can understand this but when it comes to on job we take our job seriously

Bawjaws you are a great guy but most of the time you are the low tempered Scottish guy and that is not as much as you used to but still it is something you have to work on. Also you have gone from regiment to regiment in a short time, it shows me that you are not really committed to a rank or regiment and for staff you have to be committed because we want a stable staff team.

Pros:
BawJaws is a great dude and is an active member of the community.
Cons:
I don't see 4-5 sniper droids going well and focusing JUST on 41st. 
Executions need more detail.
Doesn't seem like a very detailed application in general to me.

- 2 Sniper Droids at 1.75k HP is way too much in my personal opinion, and experience as 41st. Sniper Droids are very OP and having 2 off them who know how to point and click will ruin alot of fun for 41st, However 1 should be just fine for probably 6+ 41st.
- Event Plan seems to lack detail, however the important things are stated and it still seems alright

My apologies, however 2 snipers is normally a no-go.

You are an amazing lad and have grown greatly since you first joined the server. You have a really creative mind and i know you can make some good events.
However, the event is pretty lackluster, splitting your EC's could go awfully to the point where neither squads get what they want, i see what you were going for.  As others have said 2 snipers is a bit overkill especially at 1750 hp.

I'm gonna be completely upfront with you here BawJaws, you're a fun guy to talk to in game and all. However I don't feel like you're fit for being an EP just yet, as I'm unsure of how you would handle the responsibility of being one. Your event is also lacking in some parts having decently overpowered snipers with 1.75k HP and the event plan is generally not all too thought out/detailed.

I would Just like to bring to your attention aswell, that at givin time there was nobody on to be called on the very few people who were on were AFK and werent staff members, Then everybody started to get on for the early morning event what was scheduled soon.

Why do I believe that I should be unbanned: This was a honest mistake I thought younglings where Kos The same as CC I play as 501st and don't get into bother as clone  but I really misunderstood and thought that younglings were Kos The same concept as CC I don't think I should be banned because this would never happen again I just didn't realize at the time but I fully understand now and it will certainly not happen again
