However In most reg's recently you get NCO then Resign in a Loop and Hvae not gotten Major+ Since CG so id recomend sticking with a reg for a while before applying and Correct me if im wrong im pretty sure you cant Be batt and SPL+?

You have changed slightly from the guy I knew when you were in battalion you've became slightly irresponsible along with yelling in chats to get a word over people, I think you need to work on yourself a bit more before adding more stress that has a possibility of bringing you back to that unhealthy mindset 
You have experience and thats good along with you have put a bit of effort into this application but I think you need to sort yourself out as I stated above, Again sorry if this makes you mad but I rather be truthful with you than lie.

-Previous suggested events have had great story, and shows that Klavigar is actually dedicated to making good events.
-The current event plan is incredible in scope & story.
-Klavigar is incredibly active, competent, well known and is all-around a good guy.

-I do worry that you could maybe disappear when HLRP releases, as it would be very difficult to balance staff on a Server which will be new and require moderation, as well as EP which does require a large amount of prep work and motivation. (That is if HLRP releases this Century)

In-game racism is taken very seriously and in discord it is punishable as well but not really treated in terms of severity of punishment as it is in-game. Many people get away with racism on discord but it is usually dealt with properly.
As it goes for teamspeak the community would never come to terms with making it punishable even if it is extremely ignorant. I think that it should only really be punishable if the person being racist is using the remarks towards you in a derogatory manner. You are right though in terms that the community often pushes some people away because of how toxic/racist some teamspeak channels can be. Not all teamspeak channels are like this though and you can find a regiment that isn't full of 16 year old english kids who think being overly racist is funny.
In all I agree with your sentiment it's just that its virtually never going to happen where its punishable on Teamspeak and the best thing you can do is ignore it and find a regiment that isn't overly racist. But for racism in discord/in-game it is punishable so please report it in-game by calling a staff member using the @ sign before a message or by @'ing discord staff when you see it on discord.

Since this thread is blowing up I figure I would comment my thoughts!
What I want the update to be: Make the server 50v50 in terms of events, you could do this by drastically changing the server and making it more like a faction server or something more reasonable like creating a fun event system that forces people to go EC but they progress on it.
An update that I think is a little more realistic: Adding a gunsmith to customize and add attachments to certain weapons, I think if each regiment has a primary rifle/weapon that they can customize thought scopes or modifications would be cool. Don't really know if this is possible with current weapons but I think its really cool idea.
The update that Harland wants to drain our pockets: Add clone melees and sell them on the store and in-game with different skins and types, sort of like csgo knives but more realistic to Star Wars. Makes zero sense that clones would be using a melee weapon but would be fun to chop someone up close quarters and having a badass knife I spent $50 on would be cool.

Mark is a great guy, friendly and knows when/how to be serious and handle RP situations. He's incredibly active, and most definitely dedicated. I can't reasonably say anything against the man, i believe he would make a perfect fit into Battalion.
