Honestly a great guy with a great spirit who can joke around but be very serious when its expected. I dont know how he was back in the past, but what I've seen is nothing but an awesome guy. Most definitely has the skills needed to be a good battalion member.

As an Executive Admin, I must say Hogus has been around for a fair time. He's a decent lad and has been doing a very good job. Been very active. Not much to say just consistent. Lad.

He is really dedicated to the server.
I have known him ever since he joined the server and i have not a single negative thing to say about him! +1

Has shown great dedication to 212th as Hierarchy even when it was not necessary. 
I will defend him on the 327th arguing which was honestly my fault in doing so and Hogus telling me to shush it. Showing that he is mature and level headed enough to take a staff role.

Grenades are dookie, I would rather have a better blaster than some bouncy balls to throw at droids.
I would change so that dets are given at CO to ensure that the person using them has a better idea of when to use them.

While CT is not in the best spot at the moment I believe Purple would fit in battalion pretty well since he is very dedicated to his regiment and is one of the friendliest people on the server. Additionally being a CT colonel shows he can keep up with minges pretty well and is willing to listen to those that are not high ranking as he is associated with them regularly.

What your suggestion is: Change the 212th RPG model because 212th SO's and Hierarchy doesnt like the model.

As someone who knew luke as battalion and now as 212th, i can say that he changed 360°. He's very positive, very devoted to whatever he wants to do and anything he wants to do WILL happen, and he will make sure of that. Honestly a serious and great dude. And for the comments saying about the grammar, if zeref was battalion he can be too.
