Can you explain what MTF-E11 is?
MTF E-11 is a Mobile Task Force which main Concerns are to Recontain Scps, Help to Raid GOI and to defend against any Raids. As the Name nine tailed fox says the Task Force consists of nine Units.Nine Tailed fox is a intensively hard trained Taskforce that responds when standard protocols fail and multiple breaches are imminent. But those arent the only Things MTF E-11 does. E-11 helps to recontain any Anomaly found.They also can help raid Chaos Insurgency. Overall the Nine tailed fox is an important taskforce that helps with many Situtations and Problems regarding the Site and Scp Containment.
Nine Tailed fox is under oversight of Alpha-1 'Red Right Hand'.

In full detail can you tell us what E-11 is specifically tasked with in SCP?

One of E11's main tasks is to contain Scps which have broken out of Containment.
Another one of E11's tasks is to protect the Site from raiders like at GA/GG/MT.
E11 also focuses on the Anomalous Activities outside the Foundation and have to immedieately detain the Anomalies.
If ordered by the Commander E11 can also check if Guards at Light Containment Zone are doing the proper Job.
But that's not it E11 also focues on to maintain Stability around Site and help the Researchers out when a Class D makes Problems and they can build Checkpoints around the site if ordered.

                                            Everyone who isn't E-11 or B-7 HAS to leave the room with not looking at his face.
                                                                                     When everyone  left the room safely.                                               E-11 or B-7 have to be called when there is none there at the moment.E-11 or B-7 now have to  navigate with their backs turned to 096's Position till they walk into an obstacle or feel 096 behind them.  If they spotted scp 096 they have to carefully start with the recontaimnent.
Now they take a bag or something that covers his face without looking at him then they either use Containment Cuffs or Elastic Cuffs to be able to get SCP-096 back to his containment chamber. 
When dragging him they have to be careful that no one gets near 096.

 Two Containment Personell have to Look at it all the time.If close to blinking they are alerting each other. The Third containment Unit then has to cuff him with containment cuffs and then box him.
Why do you believe that you should be apart of MTF-E11 and what you can bring to the job?
I should be apart of the MTF-E11 Commanders as i will be an amazing asset for the team. I have the dedication to sit on the job and have a good time with the team on it. I can bring fresh rp to this job. I should also be apart from MTF-E11 as i will be professional aswell as this i know during during some scps example: 913  shooting is not always the answer, as you can lure/negotiate him back. I have a good experience of the server in my 2 weeks of playtime and my many hours on E11.
Side Note: I bring decent Building skills . 😄

What do you know about MC&D?(50 words minimum):MC&D is a club based in London England they are infamous  and intimidating. Their allies are mostly sarkicism and chaos insurgency.They specialise in auctioning to the public and doing anything in their means to get more money they don't care what class you are lower,middle or upper they will always have something for you.The members of MC&D have disiplince,patience and determination and they must insure this to stay in the GOI and work cooperatively.They mainly rely on teamwork and all of their team needs high standards because if standards fall they will all fall.
Why is MC&D different to any other GOI?:MC&D is different to any other GOI because they have unlimited recourses which they don't waste on containment or termination and they are the only GOI which specialise in auctioning/sales.They don't have to do much because they already have all the money they need and more than they can spend.
Someone has revealed that you are MC&D, what do you do and why?:Personally i would restrain the informant/traitor and get me and my men to interrogate him on why he would do such a thing if he cooperates i will let him live but he will be auctioned[depending if he is useful to people or not eg. field agent].If he is uncooperative i would terminate him after questioning.

Last time i was demoted for abusing my powers for minging in front of everyone (as in new players too) which i take full responsibility for.
i was the one who suggested dakota to return as staff manager

The reason why I didn't care about this "mingery" was because it was late at night where they were just messing around. Of course if you were to minge around where you will be getting in the way of others RP, yes, I would care about that. But no one was RPing on Surface. The only "RP" was by like, 2-3 guards in LCZ. And even then, there's little to no people actually doing "RP."

same with lower clearance personnel, e11 want you to go back to LCZ as below cl3 or security for no reason

let's be honest a lot of people play as D-class but playing as D-class is so boring because it's very hard to get guns as D-class and escaping from foundation is impossible. someone in the comment section is probably going to say "well as a D-class you get tested" well here 2 things about getting tested
1)Getting tested is not fun
2)there are barely any scp on for any D-class to get tested
So here is my plan how about you guys add paid (no level requirement only paid)D-class gun dealer role anyone who is using this role can buy guns,ammo,keycard,cuff and etc from f4 menu so any D-class can get guns and ammo for rioting and escaping easily.I am pretty sure someone in the comment section is going to say "well that will make D-class more minge and D-block a warzone" here are few thing
1)Foundation members are more minge i literally saw 5 or 6 foundation members breaking nlr i also a security guard scamming 500k from a D-class
2)I personally thing if D-class start rioting it will be fun
3)as long D-class aren't breaking any rules they are good to go if they do break a rule then just call an admin (i saw foundation members breaking more rule then d-class)
4)Don't you guys want have some fun there are barely any scp if D-class start rioting it will be very fun
5)it will create so many good rp situation
so please add D-class gun dealer role make it a paid role but no rank requirement.Just go for a test drive just add it in the game and see how other players approach to the role if people start abusing this job or if this job create a lot of issue then just remove the job

(not just job descriptions): SCP rp is a server from werwolfgaming in the server is a secret foundatin under a city the city is known as Oviscity the pepole in the foundation or on site keeps secret monsters the monsters are known as SCPs ,scps are creatures that can destroy the world or want to destroy it the scps are in 3 classes 1 class SAFE: safe scps can walk around the facillity like 999 EUCLID: researchers dont have much informations about it and make tests on them to get more information KETER: dangerous scps that definitly go to kill you. But outside of the facility are pepole that dont know what the foundation is and try to get in with hack tools through gate a or the secret door in MT
