Sorry but the "What is SCP-RP about" is pretty trash.
You should know words like: Containment Unit, Containment Chamber, GOI. 
I honestly don't believe that you have to good of an understanding what SCP actually is as you only described things that happen on the server.

The "Evidence" (titled "Evidence boiii") somehow doesn't include your voice which is interesting as you constantly screamed around saying things like "Admin Abuse", "Never heard of a staff room" "No balls". You disturbed us for 18 seconds prior to me even interacting with you. 
You had no business there besides annoying us in the sit, as you have done before in prior situations. 
You also cut out me immediately return you after waiting a few seconds to give you time to respawn. Nice.

I do believe that it is currantly an Issue that a lot of players are using Discord while playing on SCP-RP.
This makes it hard to keep metagaming to a minimum, not even because people wanna break rules but rather because in combat you often times don't remember these kinds of things.
 
Therefore my suggestion is to add an actual "radio" system into SCP-RP which from what I remember was a thing at some point.
 
- can choose frequencies
- all members of a group are from beginning set to that groups default frequency.
- can be turned on and off
- push to talk function
- volume control
- can't transmit when dead

You're an annoyance to me and some people that play on the server, I saw you multiple times annoying the players and generally just being a mild minge whenever I sometimes do see you.
 
Your last RP name (Dr. Better Erect) also adds to the stockpile of you being an idiot on the server.

I mean, doesn't matter anyhow, if you are trying to break a rule it is the same as actually doing it, a players own incompetance doesn't protect him from the rules.
2 Weeks a generous for an action which is just so obviously invalid if you understood the what the server is suppose to be.

It sucks yes, but maybe think of that before breaking the rules and then lie on your unban request.

A: I think its extremely disapointed I see some staff claim things which are not in the rules at all, litterally making stuff up as stuff like this was *never* in the ruleset.
B: So for him to order him out of there was valid( AND even if it would been FailRP to do so, per the TMod Guidelines, he shouldnt been punished for MRdm, but for FailRP, as the the action of the killing wouldnt been the invalid action ).
and Clint, as you now learned he can order people out of that room(as you surely looked in the ruleset to confirm what  a higher staff member [noe] told you), I would expect you to make a statement why the ban is still valid, if we consider this fact, or otherwise say that you were in the wrong and let smt lift the ban.
Just Read the rules and the Guidelines ffs.

Even if it was your "brother" there is simply no way for staff to differentiate between you two. 
So the ban can't be enforced properly without you being banned.

I would say moving the apps to whitelist section instead of all on this thread cause its quite a lengthy app.

Being in a TS channel is the same as being in a discord channel. Often times you would just continue to talk even when dead or say stuff found out prior to the death.

You got a 4 weak ban instead of Perm
You didn't get banned for killing the people running out.
You never warned the people in this video.
You got banned for killing 4 people within the D Block (behind the keypoint or just cm after the first door, shown by combat logs) that had keys out.
