    Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: First high ranking position was Nu-7 commander. I was in the old Nu-7 commander for many months and soon promoted to the vice-manager of the job. During the old Nu-7, you could have up to around 6 people under you to be commanded. Held the vice-manager position for nearly 4 months, and continue to hold it in the new Nu-7.
    In the new version there are a lot of people under you who have to be commanded. I can see up to 10 people who see me to get orders. Dealing with bureaucracy off site such as managing people's activity, ranks, performance etc. and making sure lower ranks are doing well.
    Another high ranking position I have (although not foundation) is CI delta, I've had the WL for about as long as CI was un-WL. LOTS of experience in managing people, especially retards,  and organising people well so that things can get done well and efficiently. Working in teams with other people (which may carry over to SD and working with other foundation administration).
    Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: Firstly, I have lots of experience in managing others and making sure things are running smoothly - as you can see above. I know the basic chain of command and who gives orders to who so I can efficiently hand out orders to those who need them. I also think I'll do good because I have played site administration before in the past and know how to play it well. 
    What role does the Site Director have on the site?: His job is mainly to oversee the site and everything inside it, as well as some external affairs reported in by the HoEA which needs the SD's approval. He gives orders to higher ranking personnel such as the HR, SA, Nu-7 commanders, HoS, E-11 commander so on so forth. He can demote people in higher ranking positions such as an SA if they have done something wrong due to his higher-up position.
    What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council is a council comprised of 12 members, plus 1 extra for breaking tie-votes between them (known as O5-13). They are the highest-ranking members in the site and all hold equal power (which is pretty absolute). They have nobody above them who they take orders from, and give orders to the Site Director, being the only people who can. They have their own MTF, Alpha-1, who protect them and carry out their orders and come from the best of the best.

    Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: During my 3 weeks game time (which is in reality about 2 months) I have played from the lowest ranking to bigger ones. First High Ranking job (if you could call it like that) would be Head of Security. I would say I was doing a decent job, however there were always people that would not listen, usually I got the demoted or just tell them that the next time they do not listen to me, they might have some problems.
    Since then the only other High Ranking jobs are Head of Manufacturing Department with whom I usually have 2 people under me. The only other High Ranking job I played would be Site Adviser. I would say that during my Site Adviser times I actually did a good job, without overstepping my power.  I tried to keep the site working without problems, and usually I managed to do so. Only time shit was out of control was during some events where having everything under control is not an option.
    Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I believe I would be a good Site Director since I intend to work together with the other Foundation Administration Personnel to keep the site safe and in top shape. I would ensure that everybody is doing their job, while also not turning the whole site against me. I would not go for unrealistic RP situations and I would not go against my superior's orders.
    These being said and the fact that I hardly saw any Site Directors in the past week, I am positive that I am a good candidate for the Site Director position.
    What role does the Site Director have on the site?: The Site Director's main role on the site is to keep it working and ensure that there are no problems. He can take many tough calls if needed, since he is the 2nd highest authority on site. Only people above him are the O5's. The Site Director has the important job of reporting directly to the O5s any issues or problems on site.
    What is the O5 Council?: O5's are known as the site Overseers. They are the highest ranking and the most important persons inside the Foundation, however they like to keep their presence and existence secret. They also ensure that the site is running as smoothly as it can and that there are no problems. Any and all problems must be dealt with swiftly.

    mtf lambda 5 (white rabbits) are a group of mtf that deal with persons and artifacts  that are capable of changing geography portals other dimensions as well as traversal of such locations.
    mtf lambda 5 is equiped with standard side arms to light machine guns and are trained to use such equipment to travel in unstable spaces and complete their mission even when against odds they carry grenades 1 bio-hazard air tight suit and cognitohazard goggles along with at least 2 emergency beacons.

    the idea is good and all, but just can't be balanced, and the current balancing idea you have are a bit too much, yet not enough. which means this can never be balanced without ruining the infiltrator's allowances/gear heavily. plus what about disguises in the EZ armoury? won't other people see them get one on? you can hold suspicion on somebody for putting on a foundation disguise, so a new spawn/rule change is required for that.
    CI infiltrators can get in with relative ease, just requires either a bunch of coincidences, a dumb field agent or the key anomaly. All of those are alarm free, just require the infiltrator to not be retarded. And I see why you made this post, because most are retard 1 day play time; from level 15 to level 50 plat vip players, and can't know the difference between SCP RP and SCP secret lab.
    with a bit of waiting and foundation comms, you can wait for somebody to speak on them near you, and then cuff them, all in accordance to the rules. bring them down to MT with your CI pals, make them open the door and then execute them for knowing too much, and you having finished all you business with them. Boom, you just got inside, no alarms, no responders. 
    every other CI infiltrator: hack GA alone, rush down, die at elevator. Boom, you got a 20m raid timer now.
    but all you gotta do is demote those people or just keep them occupied so they don't do anything stupid
    so yeah let me just make my point again: don't need it, this is probably just for the retards that we see every day

    Foundation O5 Council Changes:
    So lately Server Hierarchy have been wanting to see a change in how O5 work's in regardless to general activity and performance of the people which were in this Council Job. As to this change we have also decided all together that once again we shall try the idea of making O5s 12 slot's only again meaning that some people were purged as well which we felt did not felt up-to scratch with O5 currently.  But instead of just having one singular slot O5 job we actually create all 12 Custom O5s which are specifically unique to the person who has that designation.

    In this new change these O5s have been given certain tasks/departments to take care of and ensure that they are running smoothly without complications and if their was any then they would be swiftly dealt with, now O5 is still an applicable job to apply for but it will only have 12 space to fulfil so.

    All Fixes/changes
    Lately a bug has recently become aware of our attention which is the 3D Stream Radio, the issue was that people were able to change other people's settings on the radio's meaning they could potentially get them in trouble for spamming loud music for example, so after being informed and helped by previous hierarchy we were able to identify the bug and should hopefully be fixed from now.
      All spawn point's have recently been fixed/updated to correct places, so if you noticed some changes with them in to where you spawn dw about it.
      O5's should be able to use /lockdown & /unlockdown soon so they can function regularly if the foundation is raided and so on.

      (Currently) Will be looking into why the construct is sometimes not immune to this 016 infection, will be identified and fixed shortly, 
      All SCP Sweps are currently working again following a small issue last night, if anything is not correct please DM me on discord.
      O5s should be able to access all door's which use keys to open them e.g EZ cells.
      Will be going through some unused playermodels and general addons to improve general performance, and stability and will also reduce loading in times as you join the server.

    Discord Information Recently myself and another have been updating the SCP-RP discord and making it more understandable on how you get access into the discord itself, and also as it will be easier for you to contact us if you have an issue on the discord or in game to be assisted with. Essentially we have cleaned up the discord and made it more neater now as well, we may plan to improve the systems more as time will go on for now we feel this is more then enough. 

    We also decided for the last thing to refresh all the commands we used which were linked to old group/job threads,  server rules, breaching rules, and so on, some we were not able to recover but we will be looking in to redoing these very shortly.

    this is gonna take a while to write
    TL;DR at bottom in FAQ
    You read the title, so you know what it is about. Gonna quickly explain what to change, and then why for each and answer some FAQ. 
    1) Give SWAT units and the chief AR-15 instead of an MP5/P90, give SWAT stun guns, and give SWATs them XM1014/M1014 (depending on how OP the rest seems) aswell.
    - SWAT stands for Special Weapons And Tactics. Emphasis on weapons. SWAT teams IRL would get a much bigger arsenal than just an MP5 and some crappy shotgun (M3 super 90).
    -An AR-15 is used by law enforcement agencies and would fit in with the current guns they get. Balancing this may be an issue as the AR-15 is very powerful, and even Nu-7 don't get it. 
    - M3 super 90 is... I don't need to say any more. It doesn't even deal 100 damage, which is enough to kill an unarmoured person. That means, even if they don't heal after getting their armour destroyed, this gun will NOT kill them with all of its shots hitting their body. At point blank. It MAY kill them if some of its shots hit the head, but remember that it does terrible damage, and is likely not to kill someone due to its damage. Replace with one of the 2 I mentioned due to them being used more lawfully and they are much more modern (more so that something such as a Winchester or DB which are essentially used for hunting) and will be more balanced than something such as a serbu. 
    - Stun guns make sense, only 1 person in the PD gets this right now which is the police chief. Everybody has to agree that, a lot of people die to people who resist arrest. Giving 3 more people in the PD stun guns will decrease the amount of deaths happening in ovis city due to people who just resist arrest, and let PD use a non-lethal method of stopping people running. Even if the rest of this threat gets denied, I want to see this in the game. Badly. SO many deaths are caused by people resisting arrest as I said before, and with this, it will reduce them dramatically.
    - Balancing will be an issue, and is the main one. SWAT is level 25 (I think) and a level 25 with an AR-15 and stun gun may be grounds for a lot of RDM of civs and abuse of power. People claim PD is a 'secondary power' which is meant to be controlled or black mailed. PD can still be controlled, mainly by diplomacy, and by their urge to do something, such as keep MCND's supply chain going for them and the citizens, therefore giving them an alliance. They may also be controlled via diplomacy to protect Foundation which still lets them control the PD. There are plenty more examples but I will just carry on with my points. 
    - PD is NOT a secondary faction. They enforce the laws of the city and with 8 slots, struggle with the 4 GOIs (not including Foundation) which reside on there, when all 8 slots are not taken, not to mention things such as field agents which infiltrate them and cause issues inside the PD's ranks. They have the funding of their country's government and should use that funding so (as to buy the aforementioned weapons) to make ovis more stable. The government own the city and in the game, are losing control of it. Remember that all 8 slots aren't normally taken, and it is common for only 2-5 to be taken when a good mayor is on and surface RP is nice and ripe. Giving them decent weapons allows them to content with MCND with their huge selection of gear when the salesman is online and they are hostile with PD, and to assist smaller GOIs like GOC when they are low on members and need assistance from the local law enforcement. 
    2) Give the mayor the ability to buy an M1911 in the equipment locker.
    - Mayor is allowed pistols, and an M1911 is a pretty weak pistol which he can use every life instead of having to buy it from MCND, in which the salesman isn't on normally. He is still able to buy better pistols such as the desert eagle from them if he so chooses to, and a pistol bag aswell if he does not like the M1911. Realistically, in a city where every citizen has an AK and is a potential terrorist and member of the anomalous community, the mayor of the city would carry a small fire arm in case of the worst. 
    - Mayor can buy M1911 from salesman though? Well, yes, but no. Salesmen, as mentioned before, are hardly online and there are not many. Even then there is around a 50/50 chance for them to be hostile, and if they are, then the mayor won't be able to get a pistol that way. Then he will get the bare minimum, the provided M1911, to protect himself.
    - Not much else for this as I have mentioned most of the reasoning above. Some may argue that he shouldn't get it and just buy it from MCND but I have counter argued that above.
    FAQ:
    Q: is this just for pd bumliccs
    A: no it's meant to improve the PD overall, for any mayor, and not just for berg/curtis worshippers. maybe them aswell, but designed to improve when PD is active with any mayor
     
    Q: I have a small thing want to change
    A: suggest it in comments. I will probably edit this if I see any really good edits with good reasoning, and do not change it drastically.

    A: ok fine by you you probably play GOIs all the time and don't want PD to be an actual PD, atleast the changes don't increase slots/add things such as tear gas which police may use in real life to control riots and are OP ingame

    A: Yes, but MCND are technically dealing in the black market, and therefore are illegally trading weapons, which PD shouldn't be getting involved in. It also standardises the equipment they buy from MCND, and they can still buy things such as L115s, ammo types and M249s from MCND so it still gives them a market. I gave more reasons if you read the entire thread.

    A: give PD better guns, give mayor a pistol, give SWATs stun guns

    Every job with any cuffs gets tactical restraints, and using police cuffs is REALLY annoying as it takes forever to apply and even longer to take off.
    Like, if anybody have any downsides to this I'd be genuinely surprised.

    Why Should it be Whitelisted?: 
    We believe that this would improve general RP with/within Nu-7, for example: The process of climbing ranks, training and more skill within the unit. This would also root out incompetence from the unit. We also believe this would help with Nu-7 actually going to surface to attack GoIs, instead of sitting inside because all units are running around the site like headless chickens and still thinking they are a part of the security.
     
    Right now Nu-7 is a User+ Level 35 (excluding Commander) job with lots of incompetence, which is  why we are asking for almost the entire task force to be whitelisted to improve the earlierly mentioned subjects.
    This does NOT make the job entirely sweaty, inactive, and screw over non-Whitelist people because, 
     
    - We have a slot for Non-Whitelist people (Recruit) to test out the job and prove themselves.  
     
    - Recruit can work as a basic Nu-7 just as any other they just won’t have just as good equipment/gear and are unable to command other troops around.
     
    - Recruit can be whitelisted to other Nu-7 jobs by, showing competence, being trained (trainings will be voluntary) and possibly other methods like applying, tryouts etc.
     
    - All methods of entering will be as simple as possible, we just want the people to know how to use comms and actually listen to them and answer to them, we want people also to listen to orders and not just ignore them.

    Q:  Making Nu-7 entirely WL, won’t that just kill the job entirely?
    A: We will be keeping a close eye on recruits. Additionally we will being doing lots of training/tryouts to invite new members and to promote activity.
     
    Q: What if the job was to die?
    A:  If the WL plan did not work we could always revert to the current state!
     
    Q: The changes are not that good?
    A: Everything listed above is subject to change if accepted or needs to be changed to be accepted. Our main focus in this is to WL Nu-7 and have some type of training/whitelist mechanism!
     
    Q: Isn’t it the commanders job to keep his units in line?
    A: Yes, but the commanders job is NOT to hunt down incompetent/idiotic units. This is one a waste of mental power from our commanders and also a waste of time, from doing something useful like, raiding GoIs!
