And my unit was deployed to Normandy, and we were on the retreat through Falaise.

I Was an Obersturmfuhrer back then and i was deployed with the 1st SS Leibstandarte, My unit. Our objective was to push the allied line to link up with our escape from the pocket, If we didnt, my company was subject to surrender.

14th of August, 1944, Falaise Forest

Obersturmfuhrer Wolf: Hmmm. Where is the Untersturmfuhrer? Bah, no matter. I'll talk to him later
(The Obersturmfuhrer walked throughout his camp, Looking for his subordinate, eventually, after minutes of searching the entirety of the camp, he came to the conclusion that he was away, with a few scouts to recon the area ahead before his company moved out.
He walked over to the edge of his camp and looked outwards with his binoculars, trying to spot anything, or atleast find a way that his unit can move through without getting harassed by Aerial Attacks.)

Oberscharfuhrer Max: Obersturmfuhrer! Obersturmfuhrer Wolf!

(He turned around and saw the Oberscharfuhrer of his company going over to him. The oberscharfuhrer was a dear friend of his.)

Wolf: Yes? What is it Oberscharfuhrer Max? I Thought i told you not to interrupt me while i scout out with my binoculars, i need to focus and listen, you know that.

Max: Oh i'm sorry for interrupting your birdwatching, Mr always looking through binoculars! What are you looking for anyway?

(The obersturmfuhrer chuckled and let go of his binoculars and pointed to the sky and to the way behind him with an open palm, like if he was pointing.)

Wolf: Keeping an eye out for any enemy planes, so none harass us as we march, and a clear way for us all to go through without getting spotted by those planes. Now what is it that you want?
Max: Nothing really, i just wanted to come and tell you that, we'll make it out of this trap that those scum have imposed on us, And when we do escape this trap, We'll push them right back to the beaches!
(The obersturmfuhrer knew it was too late for the german army to push the allies back to the sea. but he nodded and accepted it that it could happen.)

Wolf: Yes, yes we shall. You know, we havent taken a friendship photo ever since. what. 1938? What do you say to another friendship picture?
Max: Sounds good!, Hey! Sturmmann Kraus! Come here with your camera, we need your photography skills for a friendship photo!
(A Sturmmann came to the two adjusting his camera. he then looked at both with camera ready to take the picture, Both men posed in their own ways and looked at the camera)



(The Sturmmann showed them the photo, both of them liked it, the Obersturmfuhrer put it in his pocket as a memory, and had the sturmmann take another picture so that his friend can have a picture of their friendship aswell, after it was all said and done,

the oberscharfuhrer patted his friend on the back, and went back to his own squad to get them ready to move out. Now the obersturmfuhrer was alone, he turned around and emitted a short burst of electricity and fire from his hands without anyone noticing. He chuckled and returned to the camp aswell)

15th of August, 1944, Falaise

(The obersturmfuhrer's company was on the frontline, fighting with unrelenting fury, the Obersturmfuhrer was on the frontlines leading his men and setting an example. He fired his luger pistol at the americans infront of him, Bang, bang, two down, Bang, Another one down, he encouraged his men on and they ran forward. their escape was 1 mile out, but then. they stopped and looked up. Sounds of american planes were screeching over ahead)

Wolf: TAKE COVER!
(He screamed at the top of his lungs to warn his unit, then his men rushed to cover and dived into dugouts that the americans had pre-planned and pre-built prior to his unit's arrival, he dived into one aswell, but he was all alone, and he heard it, the whistling sound of a falling bomb. BOOM!.

it struck right on target. but he was still breathing. so he opened his eyes and looked around. He was still in the forest. but it was night-time, when he and his unit were there, it was Day-time. he stood up. and yelled out for his men)

Wolf: KARL?! MAX?! ANYONE?!
(He was all alone. just him and only him. he looked around, he lost his pistol, but thankfully, his abilities remained. he made a makeshift torch thanks to his pyro.

he held his torch up high but moved carefully and slowly, he was unsure of what happened, he thought to himself that his unit may have forgotten about him in the heat of the battle and moved on. but that meant he was encircled by the allies. that thought sent a shiver down his spine. He knew what the allies would do to a man of his reputation and unit.)
Wolf: God damnit, god damnit, please tell me i'm dreaming, Please god, let me be dreaming all this. Where is everyone?.. 




(He then saw lights in the distance, they were there for a bit, then they turned off. he went to the direction of the lights. but he remained careful, this could be an allied convoy passing by.. He then reached the source of the lights. it was a large, heavily fortified and well made structure. it was enclosed with a fence, gates, and guard posts. and then the lights suddenly came back on at him)

STOP RIGHT THERE!

(Multiple voices shouted at him at the same time all those words. they kept going, he didnt see them, the lights were in his eyes. he threw his hands up in surrender, he had no choice. The men shouted at him in english, thankfully for him, he could speak it like an american.)

Wolf: DONT SHOOT! I'M NOT ARMED! I'M A FIRST LIEUTENANT FROM THE LEIBSTANDARTE! 
(The voices stopped, two men exitted from the gates weapons pointed at him. their weapons were nothing like standard issue for the allies. they looked similar to the STG-44 that his unit had.)

TURN AROUND!, KNEEL AND HANDS ON YOUR HEAD!
(The two men shouted at him, he complied, turned around, knelt, and put his hands on his crusher cap and let them take him, there was no point in fighting or running away. Their footsteps got closer. and he blacked out, he got knocked out and brought in. time has passed, he was unsure how much, but it was alot.

He woke up in a strange room, his hands were shackled to the table, his legs to the floor. his pistol holster was gone, but his uniform stayed the same. he looked around, saw two men in white and black. they had masks on, helmets, strange weaponry and symbols, then the door opened. a man in a white lab coat walked in and sat down with dossiers, and documents, some of which he had on his person)

Wolf: Where am i?, Who are you?, What year is it?, Where is my unit?
(The man sat down, shuffled his papers. put them on the table, and leaned forward with his hands clenched together on the table)

???: Hello there, Obersturmfuhrer...
(He checked his papers.)
Wolf?, Obersturmfuhrer Wolf. You're in our custody. Who we are does not matter, and your unit has.. been defeated ever since 1945. It's the year 2021 currently if you're wondering.
(The obersturmfuhrer recoiled in shock, his eyes widened, and looked around)

Wolf: What do you mean defeated?.. I Was just out there with them, we were fighting americans. they were all there behind me and with me, Tanks and all. It cant be... 2021? That's a thousand years in the future!, is the third reich still intact? WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE?!
(He fumbled trying to escape, but his shackles kept him in place, he calmed down and looked at the man infront of him)
???: Well, i guess i can tell you, We are the SCP Foundation. Apparently, you traveled forward in time somehow someway. judging from, all this mess. Now we looked into your background, and apparently, You were part of the. ''SS Paranormal and Supernatural Division'' and you gained the ability of Pyrokinesis, and Electrokinesis. is that true?

I have all the generic skills, negotiating, passive RP, leadership, reliability, etc. But what I can do is be more than a glorified Site Director or Head of External Affairs, and instead create RP and use the freedom of O5, to make something I believe to be more fun than office RP. I understand The Council is an extremely slow job, but I don’t think that's really an excuse to just stare at a wall for five hours and call it RP. 
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?:
Site Directors deal with internal affairs and issues concerning the site. Head of External Affairs, deals with external affairs, and issues concerning relations and various Groups of Interests. But the O5, is different, they don't exactly have a defined purpose, every O5 is special with different purposes, some deal with Site Administration, others just sit back and oversee, others deal with Anomaly research, some even just garden. But they are Council, A Council that doesn't deal with one situation, in one site, one place, or one country, they as one, deal with the entire Foundation. 
What is the O5 Council?: A Council of a debated number of individuals between 12 and 13, that maintain the highest position of The Foundation that make decisions a single individual, team, or even entire site, can’t make. They don’t control every little decision of The Foundation, but are standing by to making sure The Foundation doesn’t fail, and as the name states, oversee.

Known by the other O5's to be more solitary and tranquil. Yet is always ready to help whoever needs him. He has seen many of his loved ones come and go over countless years and now refuses to let himself get emotionally attached to anyone, as a result, he has become more desolate in his lifestyle.

I believe that I can bring in more RP onto the server by constantly doing PassiveRP which in turn would cause others to try and join in as well. I also believe that I  have a good knowledge of the Foundation due to my time spent playing on the server. The reason I want to focus on the Ethical department, is the lack thereof a ethicality on-site. Hence why I plan to be kind and compassionate that cares about everybody's lives and wellbeing. I can also be a leader when the occasion calls for it.

An O5 generally is the one behind the scenes making all the tough calls and decisions that the SD and others wouldn't be able to. They have gathered information over the time they have lived and worked for the Foundation that many others, even other O5's sometimes, don't know of. The O5 manages and are capable of a variety of things; they can order a nuke, both of the site and/or the surface, they can order AoS on whoever they deem so, they can manage and change deals with other GoI groups that exist on the surface, and countless other things. 
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 Council is a group rumored to have 13 (12 on server) individuals that control every aspect of the Foundation. They as well know everything there is to know about the Foundation, including the things that no one has access to besides them. All of them are secretive about their identities because of the importance of their status and the bounty that would be on their head if word got out. Hence why they prefer to conduct themselves through one of their specialized task force A-1 agents as messengers or to carry out a mission, or to just stand guard. They are rarely seen dealing with the minor inconveniences of the site and let the Site Director or others handle them. While not all, some are anomalies and hence why they have been capable of doing extraordinary feats like living for a lot longer than possible, or having a special ability.

From what i can see, your O5 Is a character with a silver tongue, and one to make split-second intense decisions which are risky. Which is something i do like to see. You have given good answers to your questions.

although, the ''What is the O5 Question'' is somewhat, strange. Right now the PME rules are extremely vague and when you try to RP with certain jobs you are told " Just apply for ??? "

1.13.1: PMEs are strictly forbidden and can range from starting a cult to making up an SCP object; ensure you contact staff if you are unsure if something is a PME.

My suggestion is, allow people to PME as long as it complies with some set requirements.

1. The PME doesnt require any new SWEPS or any modifications to the server be made.

2. The PME isnt mingy in its nature, for example it isnt just civillians using /setjob to give themselves an ID that allows them to comply with CI or any other job. To give that job an unnessesary advantage in a certain situation E.G Recruiting Civillians because they used /setjob Chaos Insurgency Alpha or MTF Nu-7

3. SMT is informed if a player plans to create a PME.

4. The PME isnt malicious, E.G CI making a custom group that cooperates with Foundation and using that to gain access to the facility and to gain documents they wouldnt otherwise obtain would be considered a bad PME and not be allowed.

Due to me trying to Passive RP with Foundation recently and being told that it was PME i decided to make this. Although technically it can be considered a PME, it was purely just to improve RP and in my opinion perfectly fine. I hope the PME rules change, as i honestly believe it would improve RP.

Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I can bring quick thinking to the group in case we ever have a situation where we have absolutely no time to think for example if a huge infection that cannot be contained reaches onto the surface and no one can deal with it I can immediately order a nuke as a last resort, some lives would be lost but it would be for the benefit of humanity and the foundation. I am able to make strong decisions and understand how much that would effect the foundation and anyone has a whole and I believe these are important for someone under any form of leadership.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: An O5 keeps watch of the SCP Foundation and makes the huge decisions that would impact everyone. They also oversee how the site operates and oversee GOI Relations. Unlike the Site Director and The Head of External Affairs, An O5's decision can as simple as ordering an AoS on someone to nuking the entire site, surface or even both if something is deemed huge and vital to the safety of the foundation and human life so to put it simply an O5 has complete and total control over the site in terms of its functions. An O5 is also responsible for hiring Site Directors or promoting any willing and capable Site Advisors to maintain better functions of a site.
What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council consists of 13 members that overwatch the entire SCP Foundation. They know everything about the foundation and its history and they have absolute control of the entire foundation and know every hidden secret about and their activities. This makes them the most vital and important members in the entire SCP Foundation hence their identities are heavily classified. Most foundation personnel (CL2 or lower) don't even know about their existence. They have their own Mobile Task Force which is Designated Alpha-1 "The Red Right Hand" that either guard the O5 or handle very big operations for the O5. Some O5s are Anomalous, some are even related to some of the humanoid SCPs that the foundation has in containment, and rumors say one of the O5s are in space. The O5 Council mostly keeps an eye on Keter class SCPs and Micromanagement Thaumel SCPs. Other than that the O5 Council rarely intervenes with day to day activities within the foundation.
Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: im a vice manager for the Chaos Insurgency (if that even counts) im also a Head of External Affairs.

Right now the PME rules are extremely vague and when you try to RP with certain jobs you are told " Just apply for ??? "

My suggestion is, allow people to PME as long as it complies with some set requirements.

1. The PME doesnt require any new SWEPS or any modifications to the server be made.

2. The PME isnt mingy in its nature, for example it isnt just civillians using /setjob to give themselves an ID that allows them to comply with CI or any other job. To give that job an unnessesary advantage in a certain situation E.G Recruiting Civillians because they used /setjob Chaos Insurgency Alpha or MTF Nu-7

3. SMT is informed if a player plans to create a PME.

4. The PME isnt malicious, E.G CI making a custom group that cooperates with Foundation and using that to gain access to the facility and to gain documents they wouldnt otherwise obtain would be considered a bad PME and not be allowed.

Due to me trying to Passive RP with Foundation recently and being told that it was PME i decided to make this. Although technically it can be considered a PME, it was purely just to improve RP and in my opinion perfectly fine. I hope the PME rules change, as i honestly believe it would improve RP.

So, PME is "Player Made Event", if SMT/Event Planner are informed and permit it ...... then it wouldnt make it PME anymore, so this suggestion is kinda useless.

only reason PME rule exists is "people minge". However some people actually do interesting shit only to get told its a PME and told to quit it, why aren't they allowing something that is interesting and fun for everyone? Also I don't really think it's really that efficient having to ask for permission to SMT every time you want to RP in a non-conventional manner, just allow it and if it gets mingy, staff will intervene anyways
