What's all this? Why is this happening? Why the change?
 
The rework happening to Harrow, or the rework that has already happened, was done to make the job more versatile and able to react in many scenarios. Previously the job was essentially only scouting with rare occasions of being able to eliminate a target which was standing still or on low health and with the rework the players with the whitelist have more options and ways of doing their job effectively.

As you all know PM commands (!p and /pm) has been Removed and Restricted to some ranks, these being Staff ranks. Last time it was Admin+ (When Senior Mod didn't existed and xunt wasn't owner).

First of all Meta Game is still happening, and it got much worse. People use Discord as their Voice Comms which is faster then PM's. People already use Discord when playing with their friends, or people in group does it. Then what is my suggestion?

Adding !p back to User Ranks (VIP, PLAT VIP and normal User), metagame will be easly decided with Blogs since an User really cant use ULX Commands. If person is sus of a guy metagaming and given out info from !p, he could call an admin and check if he is using "!p" or not. The person on SoD while not doing sits could keep an eye out for metagame etc. from Commands catagory in Blogs.

1 Warn, given to me a Year and a Month ago, + it does not matter me being something. And When I was staff, Staff Team wasn't like this. They were better strict and didn't abuse their powers and if they did it they would be kicked unlike the new staff. And this kind of thing happening between players and staff would be only caren if: Staff or Player does not like it and make a sit about it. You engaged at me cause of you were annoyed of Willrick and B-1, but nobody in that room called a sit or messaged staff about this. If they actually were I would understand, but like I saied nobody did and you were just stalking/watching players for no reason and see me do it and warned me, without a verbal warning.

And since you are not Staff, you will give the same warn to a guy with 2 Warns or 30 Warns. Evan to Reserve Hierarchy (I banned Ash for MRDM and warned him 2 times), guy being old staff, staff, hierarchy doesn't mean anything. Everyone is players and they will be judged same. The Guy managing the server (Owner) Doesn't care about this cause he does whatever he wants, but that doesn't mean everyone should do it. I already argued a lot and drunk, I am going to bed

First stop crying about it. I remember the old B-1 when they do "/me Passes ID trough scanner" and "/it Scanner right Red" with that they vibe checked. You need to be smart with what are you doing not go like: "I go trough GATE A and I stuck in GG and face scanned!11! Remove it or get rules for it!!!" if you are gona do the sneaky way use MT. If you use your brain a little and use these things called: Baiting, Listening and ROLEPLAY you could get trough the checkpoint very easly. We even did it when Nu-7 had rights to build 2 Fading doored build in GATE A, or as CI let your Zeta and TCS friends to clear and you sneak in yes? If you can't do it then don't play GOI or mess with foundation.


+ Foundation needs to be OVER GOI's and they will not let a GOI in everyday.

This will not be a WL like other SCP's mate, It will require activity and have ranking system in it. If found abusing the Player's Whitelist WILL BE REMOVED before telling the manager. If player request somethings over and over Mr. Deeds will reject the request? I see no point of you writing this, unless you specify them.

Indeed, so GoI's should work to gather or use elemant of suprise, or use their brains for once. Basicly Foundation Nerf happened cause GoI's lacked of Braincells to begin with, Foundation need to be OVER most of the GoI's. And if GoI's GONE IN SNEAKY WAYS WITHOUT SHOOT SHOOT they have more chance to sucseed. I got into Foundation as CI Delte and achived to D-Block without killing anyone when there is 80-100 people on several times.
