I didn't just come out of no clip one of your prisoners requested a sit for earrape. Also I did listen and I explained to two other staff members and on former staff what happened and they all told me that it should be a warnable offence. This is quite accurate the Axis were finally stopped on their spree of invasion and tyranny at Stalingrad where the Russian's (not included). Everything was trying to be covered up by the Ministry of Propaganda by using stories such as Tiger 231 which at the Battle of Kursk took over 200 hits from Soviet Anti-tank guns and also 76mm shells from other tanks. One thing I will say is that there was a lot more that happened in 1943 such as the Americans landing in Italy and also the Battle of Stalingrad.
After this we have the hypothetical questions. Giving them a good read I have came to the conclusion that he has a good knowledge of the rules and punishments and how they are to be administered. Starting with the RDM question it is very detailed and honestly is how it should be handled. Onto the next question which is the how to become a Reich Official question, I think this is probably one of Johan's best answers on the whole application. I think this because he goes through all 3 main branches on the server the NSDAP, Wehrmacht and the SS (including the OrPo). He also partially explains what they do so that the person can decide whether or not it is for them which stands out ot me. The not willing to RP with rank question is also another decently answered question in my opinion as he would verbally warn them first before going straight to warns and bans which is need in staff. Not willing to RP with job question is answered decently but it can be improved a little bit as there may be reasoning behind why he is not RPing but that is something to work on I guess. Hiya, the application is well written and the  "What do you do if someone breaks this rule?" questions are answered pretty well. However, my main problem, which is similar with Vogel, is (and this problem doesnt really effect staff performance) I personally dont think you are extremely well known in NRP. I suggest play other jobs such as resistance, civillian or FePo to get yourself around the people which play those jobs.

From my current experience with Karl in gestapo where we are both working together, I can say that he is a very mature member of the community and takes his job very seriously showing pure dedication and hard work. I am also aware that he obtained high IC ranks within SWRP which also shows that he can be trusted and is capable of handling them, and also shows that he will adhere to his responsibilities as he has already done before. Also the application seems good with well detailed answers.
With that being said, I give this application a:

Admins should check logs before they ban for LTARP, which is clearly what you were banned for. And in logs it tells them whether you manually disconnected or for example, your wifi extender was cut out. So if the staff member did his job properly then your story must not be true. However there is a chance they did not, we will have to wait for the person who banned you to reply here.

Know this guy literally since I joined the server as he trained me as a cadet. His 3rd application which just shows you his dedication to try to get into Battalion. The standard of the application is excellent. From my point of view he has more than enough experience to join Battalion also he has been granted T EXO before. Just let this man in.
