Neutral Ive had no issues with you IC or OOC but as List stated, with there being 30+ applicants I'm not seeing much that makes you stick out. Apart from being a decently well known member of CG, nothing really sticks out to me more. Good luck!

Huge +1 Dommo is by far one of the best members of this community and day in and day out he does his best for his regiment and will even help out others regardless of who they are. He is a very down to earth guy and very easy to talk to. He holds a trusted rank of 501st EXO therefore I believe he can be trusted with ULX. He obviously can take a joke and gets along with mostly everyone he meets but can also put his foot down when needed with no bias involved. Also it may or may not be worth mentioning that he has wanted Staff for months and has been very patient to be able to get the chance to apply. IMO he would fit right in with the staff team and in regards to his lack of staff experience, that can be solved by mentoring. Best of luck Dommo, I know how much this means to you.

Neutral I like you alot Drake and you are a great guy and fun to be around but 90% of the time you aren't very serious and Im not too sold on if you're quite ready for Staff. Nonetheless, Good luck!

+1 Toast has been around for a long while and has been ARC in 3 different regiments. He's very mature and is excelling in Batt and is overall a great fit for staff. Good luck!

+1 Daan is a very cool guy and is easy to get along with. He is very mellow and would be able to handle sits pretty easy. Senior Medic so shows dedication. He is also quite active and has some minor staff experience. Good luck!

+1 Beasts is a pretty friendly guy from the very few interactions Ive had with him. He seems to have a lot of staff experience which is good. Also is a high rank IC so can likely be trusted with perms. Good luck!

+1 Storm is very active and its impressive that he hasnt taken any breaks since joining in February. Storm is a very friendly and easy going guy and although he doesnt have staff experience, thats what mentoring is for! Good luck Storm!

-1 You are quite active however you can be quite immature and very recently I've had to speak to you about messing around in the EC room when you pickpocketed my physgun so I was unable to stop an RDM from happening. I dont think you're quite ready for staff yet. Nonetheless, Good luck!

-1 Not even a days worth of playtime on the server. You were recently demoted from the 501st due to inactivity. I haven't seen you around before either. Try getting more playtime, become more active, and perhaps try again on another date.

+1 Melon hasn't been around for super long but my interactions with him have been nothing but pleasent. Very respectful person and is doing great as an EP. Have had zero issues IC and OOC with him. As previously stated though, balancing Staff and EP could be too much.

+1 Ronny is a very active member of the community and is very mature but is able to joke around when appropriate. Reached the rank of Master so is trusted and I have had no issues IC or OOC with him. Good luck!

+1 Very easy +1 from me. Camo is one of the easiest people to speak to and is very easy to get along with. IC he is Hierarchy and is a former ARC so I believe he can be trusted and is mature enough for the role of staff. He is also extremely active. Good luck!

Major +1 Cheese is probably one of the most mature and well-rounded members of the CWRP community and absolutely excels in Battalion. He would do very well as a staff member.

Neutral Tasker you're a mature guy and would make a good staff member. The issue I have is that you have had a lot of ambitions going for different IC positions and it makes me question your commitment. You wanted ARC and went Hierarchy instead, You applied for Batt, then applied for EP twice (?). Putting yourself out there is good and shows you want to go for things but to me it doesn't really show me you can stay in one place for very long. Good luck!
