v44su got a reaction from Borat Koslowski in Heinpoor's Site Director Management Application
In-Game Name: Heinpoor Himmler (Ehm... might change that...)
    Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:98525620
    Forum Name: v44su

What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words?
The site director is a person appointed to be in charge of leading the site they are assigned to simply said, this includes the physical site itself the building, the personnel that works within it, the anomalies that inhabit it, and anything & everything else concerning the site. Now going more in-depth the work that the site director does is give orders and tasks to his subordinates who move them down the chain of command as needed, manage the status of the site as a whole making sure everything is running smoothly and if not that it is dealt with swiftly and professionally, make critical situational decisions concerning the site and so much more but not to forget, to uphold the standards and regulations of the Foundation always.

    Past experience in leadership positions?
Ethics Committee Member (Kind of leadership, it was an interesting system to say the least)
    O5 Council Member
Nu-7 Career (Whitelisted Commander > Nu-7 Management > Nu-7 Owner / Job Manager. In total for 2 ish years of which about 1 year in management.)
    Head of External Affairs
    Head of Research
??? (In some cases applicable to leadership although not too often)
*These are the primary ones / ones I spent most of my time in

Rate your RP Skills on a scale of 1-10:
Around an 8. I believe I was good and most people had a good time with me in the past so I believe looking forward there should be no problems.

Rate your communication skills from 1-10:
Probably about 9. I am good at communicating in many different ways and used a lot of verbal communication over voice chat, I would say I was coherent and most people probably were fine communicating with me.

What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted?
If is to take anything from my Nu-7 management past, quite a bit of writing different things documents, spreadsheets etc. Guiding & ordering the groups members assisting them with anything they might need help with. Communication with other group management's, answering to applications ect.

What additional information would you like to share?
    N/A

What is the role/task of a Site Director in your own words? The job revolves around being the administrator of the facility (now replacing O5), they are solely responsible for overseeing all operations in the facility and their subordinates (MTF Commanders, Zone Managers, HoEA, etc). The Site Director is supposed to respond correctly to difficult circumstances that involve internal matters while allowing some autonomy for other departments like HoEA and Surface.
Past experience in leadership positions? HR Owner, E-11 Commander, SA, HOS, Mayor, B7 Commander, ECM, SD (when it was unwhitelisted), virtually every single unwhitelisted job on the server including leadership, Nu-7 Commander (before Nu-7 rework)

What do you expect to do while being apart of management if you are accepted? Fill out spreadsheets, assist in helping regular SDs in-game, be fairly active, and keep an eye on developments in and out of the game (etc. SDs being problematic).
What additional information would you like to share? Nope

    You raise some good points;
I understand you probably have PTSD from ISD SGs never attending security meetings.
If ISD gets accepted, there will be an emphasis on playing as the disguised job. There are probably 2 situations where people deviated from their normal jobs. 1 is where they decide to not go to the meeting because they were ISD or whatever. Hopefully this will be cut down on heavily. If anyone gets arrested due to this, they will be reprimanded within ISD. The other is where the agent has ISD duties to perform, in which case they will be forced to juggle their duties. If they get caught doing this, it will be up to RP to decide their punishment, whether they get out scot-free or not.
I get what you mean about the "independent" bit. ISD are somewhat independent, but I feel like you are mostly talking about in V6 ISD where agents would just not do any of their disguised duties and ignore their department heads. This will not be recommended if ISD gets accepted, and agents will be encouraged to do their disguised duties as well as ISD duties.
I get what you are saying about department heads/O1, but no one will commit any crimes in front of uniformed officers. I feel like having unsuspicious agents who are also able to bend the rules slightly will be much more effective in helping to arrest infiltrators and rogue staff.
I will try to make sure ISD is a lot more serious and doesn't go around NDA'ing and amnesticating for the sake of it. You still probably won't agree with ISD being on the server, but hopefully I can assure it won't be that bad.

Amount of warns, with a screenshot: I have 11 warns and looking for an exception regarding them.

Do you have other whitelists?: All Nu-7 Whitelists, HoEA Whitelist and Head Researcher Whitelist

    What is MTF E-11?:
Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" Is an elite tactical squad. It is most often deployed to sites where keter and/or euclid class breaches are expected or are already ongoing, due to this most of their operations are secret and extremely classified, they work under the oversight of MTF Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand". All of Epsilon-11 members are veteran staff of the Foundation and on top of that they are extremely well trained and specialized to deal with all kinds of SCP breaches regardless of the threat, they usually enter sites with just the knowledge of the threat level and amount of SCPs and still have an extremely high chance of success.

What does MTF E-11 do on the server?:
On the server Epsilon-11 is comprised of 4 Containment Units, 2 Specialists, 1 Flamer Unit and The Commander. All of their tasks vary, but are still comprised around the idea of SCP re-containment and breach prevention. They effectively do their tasks with their specialized loadouts, specialists riot shields and player detectors, flamer a flamethrower, containment units containment equipment and anomaly detector and commander a combination of all. The Epsilon-11 also work with Beta-7 with re-containment efforts and in some cases even with Nu-7 or Security, but their assistance is limited due to their lack of containment equipment. Epsilon-11 deal with captured anomalies and contain anomalous objects brought in.

Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?:
I wish to become an Epsilon-11 commander because I see that my experience in combat, leadership positions, containment and re-containment procedures knowledge would provide Epsilon-11 with another fantastic commander, I do not say that other commanders would be worse I just state that I have extreme amounts of experience and I feel like putting that to use in E-11 would be fantastic. I also wish to join Epsilon-11 Because I see their tasks be extremely important, I mean there aren't many tasks that are more important than preventing SCPs from reaching the open world and causing at worst an XK-Scenario and at the minimum a breach of secrecy.

    You are right my mistake.

Well due to the nature of the job you will almost all ways be doing something, be it patrolling the sites different parts for any law breakers and investigating crimes. We will also be doing training's of different sorts. Life protection duties if needed and site protection if needed. Riot control, cracking down on mutiniers, just a whole lot of jobs that involve the law.

    Pros:
    - Personally I have seen the man do grate things: Fixed security department by demoting HoS trough legal means, assisted researchers on their tasks, personally I have yet to see anything negative.
    - App is above average to what I see.
    - A fair amount of playtime.
    Cons:
    - Lack of previous leadership positions.

I don't see any actual reason why not. If we take playing chess on duty as a reason to dislike people then why don't we all hate on many great generals for example a philosopher and military genius by the name of Sun Tzu who has so far had the best military strategy by the name of "Art of War" where such quotes like: “The whole secret lies in confusing the enemy, so that he cannot fathom our real intent.” and “All war is deception.” And chess is a game of deception and strategy no?
