It's a valid warn in my eyes. You shot your RPG at close range, something you as an EXO should know shouldn't be done. As for other people doing the same thing, contact staff or SMT if needed. Complaining about others in your unwarn request thread doesn't really excuse your beheaviour nor solve anything.
