His Whitelist for commander was removed by Norra at that time, which if you consider how often he played commander, is allready pretty big punishment,you are essentially removing something that may have been one of the few reasons he actually plays on the server.
Personally this is also the first time I seen roach have a breakdown like that, so I have no context about how often this happens/ how bad/etc.
And  you probably wont get warned for DTP or DTS because you were throwing around with insults.
What will get you warned/banned most likely is, if you actually personally attack people / try to bully them of the server.
Most people can shrug off random insults, while personal attacks / constant bullying is not as easily tolerable for many people.
 
Also, if a player actually reports DTP it will be treated more heavily.Not a single player reported roach, we stepped in before, but without anyone actually reporting it. Staff, espcially more expirenced once, will not really care if they get insulted,  and so may choose not to warn someone.
 
If you actually want to show roach is being consitantly toxic and mass DTPing, you should maybe show proof of him over and over doing it, not having a breakdown once.
You could very well use this video in part of your evidence, but if you want to show "constant" toxicity, you can't just include him having a one time mental breakdown.

So the point of the Staff Apps are to show a person is actually dedicated, that is why copying from *anywhere* is not welcomed, you aren't showing dedication if you just blindly copy something from the wiki.

Well the state of server is pretty bad RP Wise, this is a good first attempt to fix up some of the issues, if this goes completely wrong its still pretty easy to revert it anyway.
I would say its just good we finnally see some changes, and recognition of what state the server actually is in.
 

The main Issue I see here is, that he still claimed he had enought IC evidence to conclude the Paramedic was hostile, which I have not seen disproven in anyway.
There isnt any evidence to dispprove a reason he stated for his kill, therfo it was valid, until proven otherwise ( 1 reason is enought, even if he lists 100 wrong ones)
(Also for clarification, I am not say that this was nessairly a valid kill, I am saying that I do not see enought infomation to be completely sure it was invalid)

Also some comment on this whole mess of a thread:

You are fully responsible for anything that happens on your account, also RDM x2  + RDM in a Sit, is not a "mistake".

I mean, doesn't matter anyhow, if you are trying to break a rule it is the same as actually doing it, a players own incompetance doesn't protect him from the rules.

B: So for him to order him out of there was valid( AND even if it would been FailRP to do so, per the TMod Guidelines, he shouldnt been punished for MRdm, but for FailRP, as the the action of the killing wouldnt been the invalid action ).
and Clint, as you now learned he can order people out of that room(as you surely looked in the ruleset to confirm what  a higher staff member [noe] told you), I would expect you to make a statement why the ban is still valid, if we consider this fact, or otherwise say that you were in the wrong and let smt lift the ban.

there isn't even a rule which forbids for you to have those doors as CL4, thats because the checkpoint should be manned anyway.
Also there really isnt stuff like staff giving you permissions for building rules, so the people who try to argue "he gotten permission" , yea no thats not how this works, a staff member finding nothing wrong does not mean its valid.

So Firstly,idk why you think /pm is not visable in Logs,but thats not the case,its just listed in DarkRP Commands ( same as /w /y etc etc ).
But its flawed for privat messages anyhow since it can target multiple people without you even knowing.
 
And removing !p did not really help, It was never a real issue with metagaming which actually caused big issues, and people just switch medium.
