    Good lad remember helping him out with his NCO training and has smashed it ever since obtaining Vice Commander and is doing a great job with it. only issue i see is that you need more words for the section at the end, but none the less good luck man!

    Even with the situation with what happened with John that's now been long resolved, since then you've done great had small interactions with you and you've been polite and friendly during the occasions, along with the fact that you're trusted to hold a hierarchy spot which from what i can see you do well at. would be a decent fit for staff.

    Nice and Clear Dedication to the Server as shown through your IC Rank, and Playtime. Nice Answers to the Questions issued, and I'm sure would fit in nicely. 
    Don't really see the point Rez was trying to make with his neutral comment, having many people in a regimental with ULX perms just means they're all competent enough to have them in the first place, but oh well.

    Key is one of the best people on the server and truly shows that he wants staff. He gives a lot to his regiment and would do the exact same for staff. Not to mention he would be a great addition to late night staff being on during that time most nights. The man deserves it.
