Do you have TeamSpeak ( Required )?: Yes, BUT I will need to contact Norra, Xunt or Syn as I believe that when  I was demoted from Staff originally, my permissions to join any channel on the Werwolf TS were taken by mistake and I need that to be fixed to use it.

Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum):
I'm going to start this off with a direct address to Xunt. I will admit that when I was part of the Staff team last time and the time period just after that when I was O5, I didn't fully bring a professional atmosphere to the table. We have had our disagreements when I was still 17 and I believe that whilst we cannot agree on some things, it wasn't my place to argue about some things like I did and I apologise sincerely for it.
Since then, things have changed remarkably for the better for me. I am now at the end of my A-Levels and for the next 5 months, I will not be in an education setting that would place time based constraints on my ability to be on the server, as well as being a lot less stressed and in need of health based LOAs. 
In terms of my actual qualities for the Staff team, I think I am equipped with a lot more understanding and reasoning than my last time on the Staff team that will allow for me to directly communicate with people requiring my assistance as well as efficiently process sits. I think that I have a strong, friendly standing within the community which should be easily vouched for with the memes I have been producing regarding important RP events, and I think the actual contents of those events should also be enough to demonstrate my general common sense and ability to follow procedures, which is important for the staff punishment sheet. 
I also think my ability to maintain the rules myself and set a good example for the rest of the community should be clearly demonstrated by the fact that I only actually have 1 warn that I gave myself for a complete accident between me and Anthony Rogers. He said it was fine and not something he wanted to pursue, but it was probably the only infringement I've ever committed on the server and it caused no long lasting impacts.
Overall, I think my addition to the Staff team will help with general maintaining of the server standard and will allow me to prove that I intend to be a good role model in the community, and I hope it can be vouched for that I have taken a more relaxed and friendly approach to other people in the community as shown by the various memes I have been making for people to laugh at, as well as my general RP standard.
How long will you be able to play per day?: Whilst I will not be in any formal education setting for the forseeable future, it will depend on if I am taking any Law classes or not. I believe I will be able to play anywhere between 1-5 hours per day, depending on how my schedule looks.

Any past experience as staff?: I was on the Staff team a considerably long time ago and was demoted at the Senior Moderator rank, if my memory serves me correctly.

Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): As stated, I only have 1 warning and it was for accidental RDM. Anthony Rogers and I were both CI and he turned a corner just as I finished a Foundation gunfight while disguised, so I shot him in a panic.

Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: Yes, BUT I am aware that there have been updates to the command section of ULX that SCP-RP uses since I have last been on the Staff team. Whilst I remember the basic commands that utilise the menus such as !warn, !freeze, !goto, !noclip etc, as well as the @/^ symbols, I think I will need to be familiarized with the newest commands by a mentor.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is about enacting relatively lore-accurate roleplay regarding the actual universe of the SCP Foundation out on the server. It is the responsibility of the players on the server to assume the responsibilities and duties of the Foundation or their hostile counterparts to make a functioning recreation of the lore that the SCP Wiki holds and bring a platform to interest the players on it due to their common interest of the SCP Foundation. It is a platform for players to therefore experience the lore that they are interested in firsthand and as such immediately creates a unique atmosphere, as good performance and accuracy to what lore we are given is required to allow for accurate roleplay.

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: I understand the rules perfectly on this server. I would hope that my experience as a previous Staff member would vouch for this overall, as well as the fact that I have only received one warn in my very extended amount of playtime.
My description of the most basic rules all players must be familiar with would be as follows:
Metagame: Using OOC Information to gain an unfair advantage in an RP situation, or having information given to you that would be impossible for the job that gives it to know without learning of it through actual RP.
RDM: Pretty basic, unwarranted killing of another player on the server as you have no reason to do so when the kill actually happens. Various branches such as Attempted/Accidental RDM exist, which can vary in punishment depending heavily on the context.
LTAP/LTARP: Leaving in a situation where a staff member is in the process of  punishing you, or leaving during a vital RP situation because it is unfavorable to you, such as a cuffed interrogation. 
FailRP: Performing an action on a Job that makes no sense whatsoever for that job to be doing, for example a Manufacturing Personnel speaking about ISD on Foundation Comms out of nowhere.
Finally, FearRP: Breaking out of cuffs whilst a life-threatening weapon is being pointed at you, as you must listen to your kidnappers orders if you are placed in cuffs. Disobeying them violates FearRP.

Why do you want to join MC&D?:
Currently in my roster of Whitelists, most of them are evolved around combat and come with very little RP. I would like to play a job where combat isn't the main aspect but isn't completely gone. However, this isn't my main reason for wanting to join. Making a lot of money is also a reason why. (Woah bet you've never heard that before 🙄)
What do you know about MC&D?(50 words minimum):
MC&D is an organisation with the aim of making more money, basically just like any other organisation in the world which has something to sell. It sells a variety of items and entities: from guns to drinks; and drugs to anomalous entities. The organisation is based in London, UK and was founded by 3 people: Amos Marshall; Ruprecht Carter; Percival Darke. Hence where the name MC&D came from. 
Why is MC&D different to any other GOI?:
MC&D prefer to fight only if it benefits them unlike other GOIs who fight endless and useless wars. However this doesn't mean they dislike war. In-fact they strive for it. MC&D supplies organisations during wars and in return they gain money or other entities of interest. In the end, the main difference between MC&D and the many, many GOIs is its aim. Which is to make as much money as possible.
Someone has revealed that you are MC&D, what do you do and why?:
First off, I will try to found out who this "someone" is either by myself or by using my employees. Once this "someone" has been identified I will order my employees to capture the individual and then interrogate he/she as to found out how they found out about the organisation. Once finished, they will be shot 😄

Why did I get banned?: I got banned for spamming props and "trying to crash the server", I had no intention at all of trying to crash the server.

Why do I deserve to be unbanned?: So I can continue to play the server, I would hate to stay permanently banned as this is also the first ever server I ever played on, I believe I've learned my lesson as its been 2 weeks but its your call if I deserve to be unbanned, I genuinely am sorry for spamming props.

I already posted this accidently in the "Job-Suggestions" Section, but now I posted it here again, this time correctly(I hope so).  
I dont really know much about this SCP, I want to have it here, because I saw it on another Server and I liked it, so I just wrote the information down, I could gather about it.
You can add this or not.. In my opinion it would be a great addition to the RP, because of additional manifacturing and laboratory RP and also funny, because watching people commit suicide xD             (I know... I am weird)
Information I got from the other server:
He tries to get people to commit suicide, but ONLY if he gets disturbed in his work! He works for the Foundation, because he sometimes creates things for them, but cannot move freely. His cell is equipped with 3 tables and laboratory stuff, because he sometimes creates things (like manifacturing and so on) for the foundation!

Why should we pick you?(200 Word Min): There is multiple reason I believe you should pick me, I believe I should be picked as I have over 4 years experience on the server, taking a few breaks. I have managed a job. I have been through multiple events and have saw how they work etc. I dont like doing alot of combatrp and prefer passiverp as most of my jobs are based around that. I have extensive lore knowledge on the scp wiki and have been reading it for years now. Another reason I think Ishould be in the event team is that in over 4 years on the server i have 1 warn, I have saw how many event planners fail at their jobs and their mistakes and want to grow on them. I am pretty well known in the community ( I think). In conclusion there is a few reasons i should be in the event team; I can be serious and i am good at meetings, making documents. I can also have a joke and laugh with people while still maintaining seriousness. I have multiple events ideas ready to do with multiple gois mainly passiverp events. Another reason I should be in the event team as I can take criticism and like taking criticism as long as its constructive and not just stupid criticism. Overall i believe i should be picked due to my extensive knowledge aswell as experience on the server. 
 
Your event plan: My event plan is in three stages it is going to be based around the GOI three moons initiative and is a mainly passiverp event if it goes the way planned. I chose it to be this way as i hate the stupid TDM events.
 
Stage 1: 3 drones will go through portals into ez big and will request to talk to the highest site administration online, when talking to the site adminisration they will request setting up a meeting with the council member
 
Stage 2: They will introduce themselves as the three moons initiative in the meeting and then will request to inspect the site for violations of the treaty
 
Stage 3: Tmi will write up a report of their inspection and have a chat with a council member for violations. If they fail the inspection talks will commence about how to fix them.
