    Going through both accounts it seems your brother was quite a minge and MRDM'd two days in a row and lead to his permanent ban.

    I have too many doubts on this as of right now for accepting a unban appeal from you. Apply again in a month if you wish but as of right now your ban will stay.

    Normally wouldn't accept such an appeal but i have faith you are being genuine. Your ban will be reduced to three weeks due to the severity of the offense. For future reference if you do not know how to get more XP contact a admin for assistance not just go and murder other players.
