I've seen him change a lot over his time in 212th and when he was DU
Even with dyslexia his app is still good
He is currently temp exo and has been doing really well as an SO, with one week getting 212th from 15 members to full, almost single handily
He has also been batt before, even though he was demoted or what ever, he still knows what he is doing

Sahid, the great philosopher, Mr Shia LeBeouf, once said, "Dont let your dreams be dreams, just do it" and Mr Abraham Lincoln once said, "You miss 100% of the chances you dont take" so I admire you even applying for staff, obviously you are not even slightly fit to join staff, it takes big kahoonas for someone as mingey as you to apply, so respect 💯

Larry has never gotten into trouble and, from what I have seen, always trys to help out other players to the best of his ability, this coupled with his current and past high IC ranks and his application make him a seriously good candidate for staff.

I wish he applied much much earlier like I told him to, then he would have had a great chance. I think you are the best candidate to apply this time around. I believe you deserve it over the people who were currently in-mind before you had applied.

You application was nice to read and your server rep only makes my hope for your application to be accepted greater, you got a great personality and your also a sound lad, one of the best ARCs we've had an now a solid battalion who I could genuinly see ranking up and becoming a further respected rank,  which is all you deserve.
I've never had a bad encounter with you so best of luck and I would love to see you in staff.
