Would be nice to see longer and more indepth answers on some of the questions as well as using your mic more in game or on ts as I have never heard you speak, this is semi important as a staff member on the server that you are able to speak.

I'm not a mapper so I've no idea but it seems like a lot of work for very little gain, in my experience Snow Base is already very good for snipers due to most of the fighting being at a distance, especially the tunnels.

Competent and sound guy, clearly trusted with staff positions due to being staff on Nopixel.
Having AFK time is no reason to not allow someone in staff, if this was the case half of SWRP staff would never have gotten it, staff are required to put in their name/switch job regardless anyways if they are going AFK.

Just because cadets are afk does not mean that you can just kill them, playercount is also not an excuse to RDM. 5 days is the standard amount of time for MassRDM so next time I'd suggest not getting bored and RDMing.
