ISD is a concealed "foundation within the Foundation", a secret police force responsible for filtering traitors as well as operational and information security risks among the Foundation's ranks. The department is strictly hierarchical, adhering to stringently defined multi-stage investigative protocol. Potential ISD agents must have a perfect service record and a length of Foundation service of more than a year. Usually, every ISD agent keeps his "official" position in order to provide his command a first-hand account of everything happening in a given department. The very existence of ISD is usually presented as a myth. The "official" responsibility of ISD is investigation and interrogation of captured GOI agents, although that part of ISD officially belongs to the Security Department for the purpose of secrecy.
Side Note
Obviously this is supposed to replace CSB and bring back ISD that got removed earlier this year. I believe that ISD brought more to the server then the current CSB that hasn’t done anything notable since being added. ISD at least had a gimmick and did some things except reading the legal codex in a different tab after cuffing someone.

I have been contemplating for quite some time now, thinking what life had become and I figured Garry's Mod is the place I go to fill the lack of knowledge I have on certain matters, sometimes it being roleplay servers that fuel my lust for information and training of skill, helping break the language barrier and allowing me to discover places, people that stay with me for a long time. That is what I have thought about WG SCP after having spent the near 6 years on  the server, going through multiple various, multiples settings under multiple management teams, staff teams and community members. It touched me deeply to find out the server added the MTF Beta-1 Cauterisers and the owner of the job wanted me as the co owner, allowing me to get a better grip and motion myself towards a set focus- which was managing the group, the allowing many people (those from inside and outside) to shape themselves an opinions of me, sometimes it being a bad person for how many times have me or the group members jailed them for doing something that was incomprehensible with the "SCP law Book" I had set to organize the facility into giving people restrictions that would mean something more than just words- these would be situations that farther came in handy and allowed people to interact with each other, often landing in different stages of conflict - sometimes in a court room with a trial organized with instructions, sometimes just agreements. 
It made me very sad to have it all taken away just like Poland getting ripped into two because of Ribbentrop-Moltov agreement with one side being the people responsible for removal of the roleplay aspects on the server and other suddenly turning on me when IU needed support, acting like nothing ever happened and further scolding me for something respected by the few that enjoyed it and were doing all they could to support the simple the simple means of giving people something, which was experience and simulations of situations and they may find-

I had all the support from ex-owner of the task force I owned - the documents were a thing since the start of the group's operations on the server, no problem ever occurred, even with his acknowledgment of the situation, the "virtual medals" that appeared on PAC 3s of different players that were allowed by me to have said achievements - it was a way from me to say "thank you for being here, this is a reward from me for doing whatever you can to bring this community the light of hope." While sure, maybe they weren't the brightest ones as some of them were first just Nazi medals, but after a careful realisation and information from the top I changed them. The models that I presented forward with the coming of the anniversary I thought it would be better to give the- then models away to a different group that may have been added and replace them with something that would present the group as- the balance, white and black colors, the Ying Yang combo, not a reference to any Nazi uniform , as it was referred to in a different situation. I was falsely assured by Xunt the models will be added and such situation brought me happiness, knowing I have done a lot and there is yet a lot to be completed, but this one was a big step what was just to come. With the unannounced B1 discord removal everything was lost - any important information was then forcefully to be transferred to the main discord, it was a mistake on my end to reply to Xunt before moving everything important to the main discord, but even if then there would be no time to even think of doing anything as Harland removed the discord straight away after receiving confirmation from Xunt.
After having been banned by Xunt when it all went down I felt betrayed, knowing that he himself attended the conversation held by me and Syn, in which he warned me to not associate myself with any more drama or face ban, just to find out the next day I got banned. It felt cold. I tuned to different places to find myself time to kill, bringing people who were interested in, allowing them to further get a taste on what roleplay is outside of SCP RP and was accused of pulling. SCP RP is a place special to me, something I cannot just let go because it shaped me from the start of career in Gmod, I want to keep trying to give other notable experience, there are players that would like to have me back and share the same feeling that it was unjust for me to be banned, but regardless of the justification time has passed. I feel like I have spent enough of it without the feeling at home which is the server I spent a lot of time on and introduced new people, ideas and more. I have shittalked you in the impression it was the right thing to do, I hope that even with that happening I may offer my apologies towards you. There are things that may have been fine and were taken in as jokes but there are definitely times I have just been a pure cunt without having extra look into what I was saying. May I please request your time to forwards me a piece of advice? I feel like I have changed and would like to offer my future performance as a way to prove it.

Yeah +1 Bill pill Event application CI might do a bit of RP then shoot for 20 minutes but then heavily critique Lukas Event plan.
Some of the Critiques are valid but they are only brought up because tranny.

I am trustworthy and active on the server. I love participating in events and I would like to make some events of my own. My events will try to include as many people as possible and not just one or two people. I will take event feedback seriously and try to improve upon my events through any feedback I receive after my events. I will be dedicated to my events, and I WILL NOT abuse my powers. I promise not to break any of the rules while I am event planner and will accept any punishments if I do so without complaining. I will include combat and roleplay in my events and not just one, so it doesn't get boring over time. I won't make an event that's purely combat but I may make an event that's purely roleplay if I believe it is necessary. The reason I want to include both roleplay and combat in my events is so that people who enjoy combat and people who enjoy roleplay can both enjoy the events that I do. I will also look at other event planner's events and their feedback so that I can also improve on my ideas for events.
Your event plan:
My event will include CI and the Foundation (mainly CI and Site Administration/O5s). A CI Delta will be contacted IC and will relay information about my proposal to CI management so that the event can begin. The event will be in 2 parts: CI preparing for the event and then CI starting the event. Information about the event may be leaked to the Foundation so that Foundation can prepare for it (this it not guaranteed). CI will be given MTF Beta-1 disguises (B-1 models) and will infiltrate the Foundation through roleplay by tricking the Foundation through a fake document about Beta-1 coming back to the site or they will have to improvise. CI will have to act like B-1 but their main goal is trying to get Site Administration/O5 demoted, PKed or taken hostage. After that has been done, CI will either have to shoot their way out of site through combat or passively roleplay their way out (possibly through consequence RP). If CI take any hostages, they will interrogate hostages for information. CI could also try to steal classified documents from the Foundation while inside the site or trade hostages for something of value. Foundation could try to rescue the hostages if they wish to do so. After the event, CI management could give out promotions to CI participants in the event if they do well. MC&D will also be included in the event. The MC&D salesman will be given a contract IC to work together with CI on surface to defend against a raid from the Foundation. Upon completing the contract MC&D will be rewarded with 10M (by me). MC&D may also have another secret objective during the event...

IC SECTION:

1) What is the role of the Central Security Bureau in the Site?
The role of the CSB is to uphold foundation security and law and to eliminate any dissent amongst the ranks or to curb the threat of data leaks or internal threats from "disgruntled" staff. They can weed out and search for those that break the legal codex or silence of the Foundation. They are also an intimidation tactic used to make people fear speaking out as a staff member or to just fear the foundation in general.
 
2) Define the Foundation Legal Codex
The legal codex is a set of rules and laws that enable the Foundation to enact its own system of law enforcement and to punish and detain any member of the Foundation that has committed criminal and unlawful actions within the foundation and it gives the Foundation a secure and fair justice system built around its needs.
3) Explain how to utilise the Foundation Legal Codex as a CSB member. 
To utilise the foundation codex a CSB member should have sufficient evidence and check if requirements for a trial are met and that the Ethics committee are informed and a file sent to them. If found guilty of breaking the codex a "trial request" can be filed to the EC.
 
4) What is the Foundation Employee Rights Act?
The Employee Rights Act is an act that was introduced to ensure Foundation employees know and can view what rights they have as they work there. For example, termination is noted as an employee being able to terminate their employment due to personal issues and amnestics used to cover up the foundation. The Legal Codex is also involved in this act, for example, Employees can have their rights act revoked if they are a D class or have broken confidentiality. Other things like guaranteeing that employees arent in an inhumane work environment are also present.
 
5) An Alpha-1 is suspected of behaviour massively in violation of the Codex. What do you do?
As stated in the Foundation ERA the rights can be revoked if they are found to be in violation. To find someone in violation of the act you must have evidence and a thorough investigation carried out and certified. If found guilty, give the employee a chance to submit a trial request to the Ethics Committee and take it from there. Trials are to be fair and not swayed by any judgement of other outside factors. It is the same for everyone. If punishment exceeds 30 minutes, follow the rules and if needed, seek guidance as for how you would proceed.
 
6) Explain, in your own words, an ideal investigation into a whitelisted job member if they have broken the Codex.
Gather evidence, surveillance and witnesses and carry out a fair and thorough investigation lasting no longer than 20 minutes. If they are guilty, seek punishment. If longer than 20 minutes, demote or terminate. If cleared, release them immediately. No judgement or assumptions should be made before the end of the prosecution.

History: The Kullman family migrated in America around the 1870's, and began their family in the South East of the United States mainly in the East Coast. Post-pone during the Industrial Evolution in 1876 the Kullman family moved West onto the country side where business and growth began to arise as they started a small business by selling mining materials in Cole-mining industry. 
At 1895, the Kullman family bought land in the state of █████ for 14 acres. Starting their Cole-mining business for profit and wealth. But things never settled in what they thought was the best choice in the business. The Kullman mines business started to take a hit during the Great Depression of 1929, which was the worst economic disaster of the United States. Kullman Mines kept their wealth in private from the United States Government so they wouldn't try to find out where their money is held. Eventually, Kullman Mining made deals to new employees if they work for mining materials they would get a profit from the private market business. 
 
In World War II, the Kullman family contributed to the military such as the Army, and Army Airforce in 1946 by serving their country. The grandparents of Kullman gave away the company of Kullman Mines to their new heir in 1955, and this is where the SCP Foundation comes into play... 


Missing person's cases were popping around the Kullman Mining area as well as other neighboring areas, such as the ███████ ████, and █████ ██████ █████. As these cases were never coherent to who the kidnapper or a group were identified. Later on, Kullman Mining started to die off with laid-off work schedules and activities, some workers were gone missing, paychecks were needed to be delivered and sent to their homes but never respond back. An outside agent of the SCP Foundation arrived in the year ████ to investigate the facility. Five hours later the agent came back and reported sightings described to be a tall man dressed in a suit with unremarkable features (which this anomaly was dubbed as SCP-582 in 20██). More additional contents were reviewed from via cassette tapes of each exploration log. The Kullman Mining facility was shutdown later after the reported sightings, and later restricted the area with tall fences on the property line.
 
Background: Jack Kullman was born on the year 1975 in the state of Nevada, grew up in a town called Pahrump. 
In High School he began taking honors classes and enrolled to a Army JROTC program offered to him. He learned discipline, leadership, and military history. He graduated in 1993, ranking middle of his class but honored with best achievements he was rewarded with: Highschool Diploma, Honors Roll, and a Certificate of Training (Army JROTC Armed Forces Certificate).
 
 
Jack signed up in the United States Army in 1994. He did immediate training, and later certified for duty. Jack Kullman joined the Rangers as a E4 (Corporal). He was deployed in Iraq for convoy protection and civilian supply protection against foreign enemies, he was later volunteered in a limited juncture operation with the NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service) on the manhunt for a small faction force to overhaul a weapons cache of explosives, which in the operation to take down the faction force was successful. He was rewarded by the President of the United States for risking himself to protect others. 

Jack Kullman retired from the United States Army in 2009 for 15 years of service as a 2nd Lieutenant. After many bad memories and moments were undesirable, but his actions and  his leadership were unforgettable. He fought by his comrades and protected them to every last breath taking moment. Returning home was the only thing that made Jack happy. 


 
 
 
 
Jack Kullman returned to his hometown, and began working in with a business company. He reunited to some of his parents and grandparents. Later on he conveyed with his grandparents about the productions of the Kullman Mining facility, but his grandparents never remembered about the Kullman Mining company, but they remembered that a man in a suit came to visit about 6 years ago about the facility being shutdown and were reimbursed for the company's profits and market values were cued. The man never said where he was from or who he was. They suspected that he might've been a Social Security Agent checking in with the family...
 
 
Few days later after his conversation with his grandparents, he gets an email from an unknown user with this message: "HELLO JACK. YOU DON'T KNOW US BUT WE KNOW YOU. Jack accepted the offer and was given a location for the job application process and background checks. He traveled to North Lansing, Michigan by a private jet. The air travel was around 3h and 30m long to the Michigan airport. But was weird that when Jack arrived to the airport, it wasn't populated by citizens or regular people. This airport was located at the Capital region international airport and surrounding areas of North Lansing, Michigan. This place was called SITE-11, a Mid-western Research and Manufacture facility. When Jack was landed, he followed a personal escort to the hangar bay by armed guards, Jack was surprised of how big the SCP Foundation is like. When he entered Section-A his escort took him to an elevator leading to Section-C. Jack and his escort walked to Section C of the facility where they'll have him in the Administration Office for his interview. 
 

The reason the sit was not fully concluded boiled down to a few reasons.

It was around 11pm for me, I was not supposed to be on but decided to take a few sits due to the overwhelming amount at the time and no other staff on. I was simply not in the correct mindset to evaluate information given to me effectively a come to a conclusion which was beyond reasonable doubt, this combined with the fact there were many other sits, such as rdm, rda, failrp etc. After hearing the entire sit I simply could not come to a solid conclusion, and therefore advised Loran to take it to the forums.
 
I was not sure whether Wayne was able to move back in the video, although it may seem he does in the video, we can all agree that gmod hit boxes are scuffed. Also, when Loran ‘threatened’ Wayne in the clip, I at the time could not determine whether it would have been a valid reason to feel genuinely threatened, although I now see how silly I was to not immediately come to the conclusion that it was not a valid reason to feel threatened, and cuffing a cl4 personnel for it. Due to the arrest being invalid, I am still not sure whether Loran was in the green to cuff Alfred to “investigate” who possessed the CSB comms. Lastly, I was not sure at the time whether Wayne was allowed to order alfred to break out of the cuffs because he believed the reason to be invalid, as he saw Alfred was not the one to take the comms, although this still may be considered failrp and loopholing as Oil has stated.

I apologise I wasn’t able to effectively handle the sit at the time and I hope you can understand why.

Wayne arrested Loran *only* for threatening, not for racism. You seem to only have pulled out this reason for arrest after *I* stated that excessive racism towards an employee on duty was an arrestable offence.

I at no point said there was going to be taken against the two accused. I may have said at one point that if you report it on the forums and they are found to be guilty of rule breaking, only then would action be taken.
only after I had written this did I hear Alfred ask someone to order him to break out of cuffs, which in itself I would say is failrp.
