I've personally experienced Battalion alongside Phantom and can confidently say that his performance was incredible. He was respectful, lead well, creative and dedicated. If he has the time to play, he should be given the chance to do so.
 
Although he doesn't meet the rank requirement currently. I personally believe an exception can be made for somebody who knows Battalion already. However, that is not my decision to make.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum):
The Battalion members have quite a lot of responsibilities but overall a battalion member needs to be someone who is dedicated, good leader, friendly, easy to get along with, respectable and responsible with their actions in in-game character situation and ooc situations. Obviously the main job of the battalion is to lead the republic to victory by organizing the clones in a way to get the victory. As said earlier the battalion member has to be responsible with their actions, it takes a good level of responsibility during the events to make a good decision, also if they do make a bad decision, to take it under consideration and get better. Also this includes the responsibility of granting and denying permissions that are asked by the clones and other entities, they are the ones to decide if a training is to happen or not, flights, leaving mb and entering, breaking CL's etc... The battalion also has the responsibility of taking care of their assigned regiment, basically supervise the regiment, to keep it in standards, also they help with decisions, if asked to, and they are to help the regiment if they are in times of need. Also, it's 100% a responsibility of a battalion member but making the events more enjoyable is something a battalion should do!

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):
Well after being in the server for more than a year already I've learned a lot, I've been a CT Vice Commander, which takes a lot of responsibility in basically everything in CT since a CT VC is the 2nd in command of the regiment so, I and alongside who was in the hierarchy at the moment had to take care of a whole regiment, which at the time wasn't in a great position and I stayed until it was in a better shape. Obviously I've been in battalion as well, reached Major but unfortunately happened to have to leave because of some personal reasons... Considering I've been in battalion, I have a good amount of experience at the job of Battalion, leading, different types of trainings, organizing, helping regiments, granting and denying, helping the community overall and also helping as best I could the new players that come to the server daily... Basically make everyone experience in the server better...
Always been a very patient person, in CT and in battalion even had more patient to the situations, consider the facts of each side and always come up with the best solution I can think of with a calm behavior. I'm a friendly person, I've made a lot of friends in the server and I believe I'm pretty known on the server. I also always try my best to make everyone happy with a situations by helping as best as I can the people or the regiment.

Basically would try to make everyone have a good time on the server while I'm on it

What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail):
While they are not leading an event the battalion member should try their best to cooperate with their supervising regiment for example, even lead the regiment if there's no CO+, they can also co-lead the battalion leader, which basically helps him with granting and denying. They also need to be always prepared to take over the leading in case of an emergency, basically be always prepared for any type of situations.
 

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted?
-Host a complex open training
-Lead a planetary attack with voice amp
-Lead a base attack with voice amp or without one

What rank can Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up too:
The brigadier can Promote people up to CPT and demote from a CPT

The application itself is well worded but there are some flaws to it. 
- The stealing blueprints/data from the republic event formula is kind of overdone now IMO. 
-Sniper EC's aren't really needed unless there are a lot of 41st on (if majority of them are ET's then its unfair as well). 
- Naboo City is used quite frequently and isn't a unique choice. 
- Jedi event is okay.

Phantom is competent and approachable. 
Has achieved decent ranks within regiments which to me shows that RC trust him. 
Phantom has showed me on  numerous occasions that he can he a trusted individual 
Has never reached the rank of Colonel in any regiment which would suggest to me you get bored easily or commitment can sometimes fade which concerns me if you were to be accepted into battalion
That being said every regiment you have joined I have seen that you come back to the role of medic.
Even though you just hit the time minimal, I don't believe this is a big factor as I did also apply when my playtime was low.

got SO in two regiments and went to help out CG this shows dedication and that he is willing to assist struggling regiments this is good for a Batt supervising a struggling regiment

my short time supervising your regiment i haven't seen much if not any leading please change my comment to a +1 by coming into CG Ts and showing me you can lead 
with people saying you have just reached the two weeks mark i cant comment on i applied right at 2 weeks

The roles and responsibilities of  Battalion is to to be a role model to clones to follow. Battalions are to be with their assigned regiment that they are supervising unless (Leading an event) leading an event would mean leading all regiments during base attacks our planetary. As a battalion role you must be disciplined and treat it with respect as it is one of the highest roles on base.
 
Responsibilities of a Battalion is to ensure  that  the base is running smoothly and efficiently by once again leading by example and abiding by the rules that have  been set out. There may be situations that  clones are acting out of line by disrespecting the chain of command or disobeying the orders set out to them, There can also be scenarios in which  the base can be under attack or being infiltrated, This responsibility falls on battalion to ensure that anything that can be done to prevent these situations are done and also that if it were to happen they  are capable of dealing with it. Battalions also must hold trainings for regiments that they are overseeing to sharpen their skills for when they are on the field as well as assisting them when battles are happening.
 

Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum):
The reason I believe I should be picked for battalion is because throughout my time in 104th I have gained a lot of knowledge with how to deal with situations on and off the battlefield. I have learned how to deal with  different individuals and how to provide meaningful trainings and guidance, This has made me be able to lead better  when it comes to leading the 104th through base attacks /planetary's, I am able to give clear, quick commands and Along with previously joining the medical team it had taught me also how to be a team player and have better communication skills so my team knew where I was and could come to me when they needed assistance.
 
Due to also playing other strategy games and enjoying learning different ways to outsmart my opposition it has given me a better understanding on how to see what's going on in a battle and giving better directions to get us to victory .
 
Although I have only been in one regiment which is the 104th I have taken the time to get to know each and every other regiment and learn their strengths and weaknesses so I can once again understand how to direct each and every regiment individually to gaining victory.

If a Battalion is not leading the battle then they will help assist any of the other regiments that may require the extra help. During  battles you should focus on the regiment that you are supervising and being aware on what they have planed for  their attack and making sure  that you have a number of suggestions to give them in the event that they are struggling to push or complete their task at hand. Also the when in battle the battalion are there to help support each other by making sure that orders have been carried out by the leading battalion.
