You should pick me as I am a reliable, creative and organized individual ready to give out a fun and player encouraging event. I love creating events and my experience of comes from Arma 3 where I usually create missions for my unit which expand on many themes and scenarios. I'm reliable when it comes to making and organizing events for a group of friends, a larger community or for the fun of it. When it comes to creativity I expand on many different themes involving differnet types of characters and problems that the player or players must face to reach a positive ending to a situation.
Organization is key to a good event, where myself or a different event planner may take hours, days or weeks to plan an event and to "fill in any holes" that an event may have, these could include little bumps such as a SWEP or command not working and then finding a substitute to give the same effect and continue on with the event without further troubles.
With that being said I think that I would be a great candidate for the position of an event planner, I have many great plans coming for the server and I would happily commit myself to bring fun and roleplay into the server.
Your event plan: 
I have two events, both of them will be one day events which will have a small possibility of developing and turning into multi-day events if the storyline or event has been left at a cliff hanger. 
Event one - "A prankster by the name of Johnny"
A small scale event, that could possibly have a span of mutliple days until an appropiate ending can be made for the characters involved. Revolves around the person with the name of "Johnny Doe Smith", who is a notorious jokester with a history of causing large, devastating incidents simply for the reason of "comedy". Johnny has been witnessed at mutiple scenes were tragedy struck, such as merchandise and clothing at a superstore being replaced with cheap, infected copies that caused an individual to swell to the size of a balloon and deflate after a week of experiencing pain throughout their body.
Johnny has been reported by Foundation field agents and intel & reconnaisance specialists from other groups of interests to enjoy the suffering of others. An incident that is most commonly reported and repeated by Johnny over the continent of North America, is the replacement of animals present in circuses with ungodly abominations, similar to ones reported by reconnaissance agents when Sarkic Cults were present in the mountains of Taos, New Mexico. These abominations however proved to be harmless, as the main goal of Johnny at that time was to scare the attendees of the circus and cause psychological harm to anyone present.
News has surfaced of the same individual planning an attack on the Foundation, where a large number of items such as briefcases would appear in the site and contain anomalous properties, that could potentially harm or enrich a personnel's life. All of these reports have started as rumours, that were overheard by field agents being tasked with the infiltration of civilian social areas, such as bars. Any civilian individual that was spreading the rumours was taken into a Foundation safehouse, interrogated and then safely amnesticated or given an NDA to sign.
 
The plan
The event will partake in the main areas where the most traffic is seen, such as EZ big or LCZ big. Multiple suitcases or other similar props will be spawned in areas that are somewhat hidden in areas that aren't populated, such as the SCP-173 control room or one of the entity SCP chambers. Other areas will also be considered that are occasionally given a look.
The majority of the event will be entrusted to the playerbase filling the spots of security, MTF and site administration. Actions taken to defuse the situation regarding the suit cases and the anomaly will also be handled by relevant site administration such as head of external affairs and site directors, since I want the event to be player led and not have me hold the hand's of the players involved to get a good outcome. If the players involved act like idiots and "chimp out" then the event will have a poor ending, resulting in the explosion of multiple people that shouldn't hold the positions that they did in the event.
Additionally, I may also request the help of other event planners or the event staff managers to ensure that all actions done by players are seen and not ignored, leading to a RP scenario being played out and not ignored.
 
Event two - "SCP-387 Living Lego"
Description: SCP-387 is a tub of commercially available Lego, normal in design. Irregular shapes not featured in normal sets, such as circular “wheels,” and prisms, are also available. It has no brand name, and every company interviewed by undercover Agents thus far has denied ever making irregular Lego. When the tub is not full (i.e. when it is partially or almost-fully emptied) the Lego will slowly duplicate themselves, stopping when the container is full. . .

A small research RP event based around a safe class SCP that has not been seen on the server before. The event will consist of a prop similar to a tub being placed in lab A, and will allow new and current research players to do assesments and tests of their own, each showing different results depending on what actions they take. There will be multiple players taking part as the lego pieces, all of those players will require to have Pac3 however. Another event planner, most likely me, will stay in noclip and supervise the event, and will every now and then spawn appropiate props and items that the players acting as lego pieces will create.
Players taking part in the event as the even characters will have the option of choosing which characters they want to be, and they will be given the opportunity to act as those characters. Players acting as researchers or guards will (hopefully) act appropiately and work alongside the event characters. 
 
The plan
As mentioned before, players that aren't event staff and have pac3 access will play out as event characters and roleplay as lego pieces that come from the tub that the scp logs are based around. Anyone else involved will act as they would want to, with little to no restrictions given to them. 
 
Event three
This will be a large-scale event, that will take part over a span of a few days. I was planning on doing this event before my (unfortunate) demotion from EP last year, and unless you were in the event as a character not much information will be given out.

I'll be using pac3 for most things detail wise, and will rely on mine and others words to create a story. I'll be using weapons appropiate for my character, such as old-fashioned fists and the good old thompson. I've created a TCS character simply because of my liking towards the group itself, the fashion that comes with the characters and theme, and roleplay that comes with it. 
As stated in the (rp) document, friends will mostly consist of other criminals and MC&D, whilst enemies will be government organisations like the local police department and UIU.
I am still waiting for peaky blinders season 6

How will this help RP?:
The Janitor acts as a deterrent for small time extradimensional threats from attacking the Foundation through the use of visually generic cleaning equipment. They appear within the Foundation in seemingly random areas, making conversation whilst they work and giving odd tasks to those that pass by.
As such, they will interact with all sorts of people from the LCZ to the EZ, simply as the Site's Janitor. Conversing with researchers, security personnel and administration allows for alternative, creative solutions to mundane, site related problems such as spilt milk. Or, for instance, how to formulate protection against paranatural threats to the site and its people.
I will encourage speaking with administration and/or others to form more sensible solutions, or to simply encourage a sense of roleplay amongst the hierarchy. The odd tasks I mention may be mundane, such as finding a new mop.

RP help/improvement: With this Strike Team being added, it poses more options for GOC and also allows there to be the start to potential RP situations involving BOC. There is the added potential for more RP a characters for BOC being added like an ambassador, research division and also normal agents.  With its addition it gives GOC also more options in what to do and also it gives surface RP more of a positive impact. Yes adding a task force could lead to constant combat but what’s unique about this is that it can go anywhere; it holds the capability of having one operative specialising in something in particular. Like one being specialising in ParaThreat Analysis, another can specialise in Negotiations and Logistics. Due to nothing like this ever being tried before it allows an entire new branch of potential to grow out and with time it could lead to something great.
Equipment and Weaponry will be discussed if I am accepted.

During my time on the server today I wasn't even on for a time of over 20 minutes when I was already end buy a random Foundation personnel so I said an out-of-character I got to love when there's no are pecan text we just kill people

Not even 2 minutes later I was pulled into a forced to change my name not told any of the rules that I've been breaking just been told I'm fail role playing the admin kept repeating themselves told me they didn't care about the situation was rude the entire time did not have any back-and-forth conversation did not want to answer any of my questions

because that name is perfectly valid but upon doing this I was told I'm getting banned and I said if you're going to ban me it's only going to be for a day because I'm not breaking any rules but instead of only getting a day ban as a new player with 3 hours
