From my brief interaction with you durring DarkerBlues mando, I could tell that you were a really  good guy in general. Your application is very detailed (the style of writing is a bit annoying to read but that is fine). Althougt your playtime is low that doesn't mean that you aren't ready for Battalion. Good luck.

In my own opinion I think -1. I think that there's a lot of different factors when considering this unban request. I also want to clarify and mention that I was in his team when this accident happened but that won´t mean I´ll be biased but instead I might bring a different point of view on this conversation. 
 
Firstly when you did the actual ARC sim you were taunting and writing different insults to the other team we were playing against at the same time which shows that you weren't mature at the time even though you were cheating which has led me to believe you can't act mature and be friendly towards other players. 
 
To continue on that point right before your ARC eval you did try to blackmail someone in your regiment which shows what kind of person you were at the time. The fact that you would be willing or consider blackmailing someone in your regiment shows more of your characteristics. Someone can always change which I'm willing to believe you might have done but it's still always a risk of it happening again. 
 
The fact that you don't know that it's your third unban request and that this one was posted relatively close to the other one (3 months). I lalso don't think you put in that much effort into it. You did apologise but you also lied to SMT, your friends and everyone for months after it happened because you cheated in an ARC evaluation. You had the chance to tell them or your friends the truth but you didn't.
 
With the comments that you ruined our chances of getting ARC, I would disagree. Instead you ruined our experience because we never got the chance to actually play and try our best and for the other team as well. They were so confused throughout the entire game on why you could see them behind trees or buildinga as some of them PM:ed me in game. I had multiple people ask me during the ARC evaluation if I was cheating by turning off the trees or anything similiar in game because they felt like someone was cheating due to the unfair circumstances (I wasn´t just to point that out as I barely got any kills during that game and it´s just absurd to want to cheat on GMOD). I barely got the chance to see the enemies before they were killed off by you and even though we won, at least in my point of view I wasn´t having fun which a game should be about. Not cheating because you want a rank inside the game.

To be honest this is the most interesting and ambitious suggestion I have seen so far. Althought it would probably fall to the bottom of SMT "to do" list. None the less a great idea.

When I read through your staff app, it was an great improvement, you not only improved your answers but you actually listened to what I wrote under your previous, what is very good. I will not comment on every answer as there is no point if its simply correct. 
Your first part was very detailed so there is nothing much to add, maybe some smaller things but you will learn those things simply by experience at some point. The second part could be a tiny bit more detailed but the answers are on point so it does not matter that much. I also like the fact that you have included the handbook and rules doc. in your answers as a link what is always a good thing to do. 
I never met you ingame or anywhere else but the improvement of your staff app and the fact that you have listened to my advices tells me you are staff material and have the necessary dedication to become a great staff member. 
Due to my reasoning I will +1 and hopefully we can welcome you in the HLRP staff team.

Ok, first I wouldnt spectate hime for "a bit" as the other guy literally has to wait that time, so just get them both in a sit area first. You can watch him after the sit to see if he behaves.  And please read through your application as the last sentense is not making any sense.

 
First of he needs to apply for the faction IC, as I have written down this information under nearly every Staff application you could've known. But yeah explain them what they are and do. 

 
Depending on the rank of the player ?  So NCO = Warn and CO+ = ban   ?  Please no.  Maybe playtime is the word you were looking for but the IC rank shouldnt be too much an indicator of a punishment.  ( that is just my opinion and can be wrong ) 

 
Yeah punish them accordingly and notify their superior if needed.

 
Maybe freeze the props and make him to delete his spawned props would be kinda good so the server doesent dies.

 
As you have written often  depending on ...  punish accordingly.  Please be more specific like I would punish him for fail RP  or NITRP or stuff like that. Please include this next time if you get denied.

Trying to get another staff is always a reasonable answer but try to explain what you would do if no one could help you so you need to make a decesion.    Using loopholes in server rules is a big no no.  And as staff you have the ability to think for you own so if you truely think he was commiting failRP than warn / ban him for it.

 
Telling SMT about it is a good point, however I still would like more detail in you answers.

Well, like I said earlier PLEASE read through your staff app after you have written it to avoid any spelling mistakes. 

OK,  your answers were correct in the gist but for me they are not written in enough detail as I have mentioned before. 
Also I have seen many spelling or grammar mistakes and they just look bad on a staff app. 
Another point is, that in the last past you have written most of your server experience and not about you as a person. The last part is why you should be accepted into staff and if I am honest I am not really convinced as there are not really key arguments. 

I wish you good luck but due to my reasoning I wil -1 it as I think you are not ready to be staff yet, or at least it didnt really show in your staff app.

Like no. When you were in jedi your behavior was weird to say the least before the demotion. Also I saw you multiple times durring the off hours in the meditation room as a scav, just being an annoyance to say the least. The fact that you steal lightsabers from meditating jedi is really a dick move.
Also just because it is in OOC doesn´t mean that you can post everything in there with no consequences. In this case it is pretty clear evidence that you were indeed out for "revenge" after your demotion, even if you said it as a joke. The staff members will take this as clear evidence.

Come back when you acually what to be a part of the community and not just an annoyance to everyone.

Yes you are a minge really you are, stealing lightsabers (which is now banned because of you according to another staff member, thanks for that)  is fine however stealing it from people meditating at times were they will leave their PC open for a while, canceling their   AFK meditating is a dick move mate.
Your behavior is rather strange, i am surprised you have been banned for 3 days and not more than that considering that you disrespected many people including me, although it's not important if it's just me, you have disrespected other people and were starting a conflict in thd OOC chat.
If you ask me, going scav and stealing sabers from afk jedi whom are meditating simple because you got demoted from jedi ( which proves your NH2RP) is indeed minging as you clearly said to someone i assume was a staff member that you will take revenge because you got demoted? 
Anyways i am 100% sure i am not the only person who had very bad interactions with you.

In this server NH2RP is similar to NITRP ( no intentions to role play). If i am correct, a scavenger won't go to a jedi temple, steal sabsrs from afk jedi meditating for "revenge for demotion" on a second life
