Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I believe my dedication is my best quality. Time and time again I have been knocked down from the very top to the very bottom and I still managed to climb right back up and start again. From my very first days in administrative positions such as an HoEA, SD, ECM and O5 I have found great amount of enjoymnent from being able to participate in such roles and to make changes that affect people around me in a positive way. I know how to handle power in a mature way that would bring benefit to most rather than to few. While I was still in the Council I made a lot of progress from my last few attempts by being more co-operative and friendly with other members while still keeping myself in a position that I found fitting. Of course tough decisions were made by me from time to time, all the way from simple trials to deals with the anomalous and GoIs. I believe I was fair while I was an O5 Council member and that I didn't do wrong by anyone, even if that may be impossible. Lastly I believe that I would be a good addition to the Council due to me already proving myself time and time again to be capable to act in such positions of power.
Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Adminstration?:An O5 council member differs from almost every site administration because of his way of thinking and information given or found out by him.He knows the real extent of things around himself and he knows almost everything about anyone he wants,even the least useful personnel to the SD.He understands the power he holds above everyone in the Foundation and the site itself.Furthermore he himself knows that he alone can't do much so he always makes sure to be strict but as honest and good to site administration that run all of his sites around the world.He also understands how big of a target he is for other GOI and why if he was to fall into their hands there would be high threats to the entire Foundation unlike a SD or HoEA that are also important but not as an O5.He also differs from a normal site administration because of as said knowledge and information,he alongside other O5s find things out and everything about them sooner than an SD or HoEA and make a decision that he or other members filter down to the personnel that need to know.What is special about O5 is that they are a council they all decide on 1 thing unlike other site administration that only discuss multiple outcomes to situations in a meeting with other commanders and so on.An O5 is there to oversee and not to micro manage everything such as MTFs,departments and so on,some may want to take part in a project or a test for self amusement unlike an SD that would want to supervise them as much as he can.When it comes to GoI O5s are also special and different because they use DoEA to make deals but rarely do they ever come into contact with a GOI member unless a leader with useful information.
What is the O5 Council?:
The O5 council is the highest known body of power in the Foundation. It consists of 12 members and sometimes an additional member to break up ties in votes. The members of the council have to work together to make the right decision at the right time. Everything from world ending scenarios to budget cuts on certain project, they oversee it all. Most members don't do the everyday dirty work, of course they give orders down the Chain of Command to the simple researcher and security guard. They too have limits though from a higher power that they and a spare few others know of.

I can explain the reasons why I decided to pick up the particulair person.

This started at the point where player "Andrey Lockwood" made a sit about something I sadly do not remember.
I teleported to Lockwood and was about talk to him on what he wanted to say, when all of a sudden this PD decides to RDM in a sit.
From the small looks of this player I could tell he was a bit mingey.

What I should have done is Freeze him, and not this. It was getting on my nerves and I was afraid he was going to RDM more people, and my brain told me to quickly act and that was all I could think of at the moment.
This looks like Im being an idiot and you can tell me that all you want, I regret that I did that.

Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): Hello, my name is Logan I am 14 and would love to apply for staff here at  Werwolf Gaming SCP RP. I am very responsible and kind to others, and I have had many jobs as staff in other games/places before. I have a lot of experience on dealing with issues, hackers and answering any questions I possibly can. I have carefully analysed how admins work and deal with certain situations to the point where I feel comfortable taking on such an important role. Although I have said all of this above I am still in secondary and studying really hard for exams so during the 4th week of July every year I will be unable to play on SCP RP as frequently as I would be able to in lets say any other months/weeks. I hope this is understandable and doesn't change your opinion on me as we all have to/went through school, I've always kept a good mindset to work and responsibilities and that right there is why I like to think I would have a chance to work as a STAFF Member on this brilliant, fun and creative Roleplay server. There is a lot of information here and i'm hoping this is enough to prove I should be chosen as a STAFF Member. I do not have any other reasons as to why you should choose me, all I can say is that you should never give up and keep a good mentality and that's why I am even writing this forum. It puts me out of my comfort zone and gives me the confidence to socialise and help others.

How long will you be able to play per day?: It ranges between 8 to 12 hours per day.

Any previous warns/bans? If so why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): I have only ever had 1 warn and that's because when I bought PAC3 I didn't understand it and made my character really strange and couldn't clear it, (PAC3 abuse).

The builder is a job who has acces to all props and all building tools. Its only for Platinum vip so they need to pay money and the chance is lower that someone is abusing the permissions. The builder is there to make the scp foundation and the surface temporarily more beautiful or to build houses or shops, or just for decoration

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Well mainly because I've been dying looking for a new server to play daily and I just miss Werewolf gaming and all the fun times I've had on it. I spent so much time on the server and I deeply regret my actions a couple months ago and want to improve myself enough to be accepted back into this community. I've waited a while to make another Unban Request and overall I just want to get back on the server and have fun. I know some people reading this (probably most) think I don't deserve a second chance but I know I can change to be able to get back onto the server and RP.

Anything else?: No, all I ask is that you take this Unban Request to heart and understand that I believe I have changed enough to be accepted back into Werewolf gaming. While I know most of you probably don't give a shit about this and that I should never ever be allowed back into this server, I just want you to know that you can trust me that I won't do this EVER again. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: i think i should be unbanned the "reason" for being banned was that i didnt listen to SMT which i did as i was warned if i started another surface vs foundation war i would be banned which i complied with and started playing 035 to which i breached during an event and accidentally found plague and kevin doing the event peace talks in Electrical Centre at this point i took over the A-1 and left as plague tried killing me and then got auto recontained after that kevin was complaining in OOC about how i dont RP this resulted in me getting permanently banned today.

Yes. We all know what it is, but if you’re a freshie, basically it’s a Gmod RP server that is based off of the SCP wiki, in which you RP the characters/groups/lore from it.

Yes, I’ve read the V5 & V6 ruleset thoroughly and the punishment list, aswell as Maurice is pretty good at teaching them.

Two things,
The app, I know it’s way too short, but unless I fill it up with clutter, explaining all the rules, explaining the entirety of the wiki, and attempt to boost my ego in the “Why should we pick you” section, this is about all of the actually important information that I assume most people will read. 
Second, about my activity; I’ve fallen in and out of the server because of my lack of time, but since my break is coming up, I can say that I’ll have a reliable amount of time to play daily as soon as my finals are over.

In the vague and not totally accurate but you get the point of what im saying words of someone from SMT (i think xunt).

as much as this feature would be useful this statement is right. 90 percent of its use was for metagame and communicating OOC info IC. Not sure how you would enable and disable it too. Perhaps suggest a TeamSpeak channel for try-outs and people involved in an event, such as those needing to be TP'd and prepared.
