This thread is currently going be a collection of collected information on the oncoming development of our V7 Version of SCP-RP, as this will help returning players who are not connected to the relevant discords or bring along some new players admist the community or newcomers all together. The video for SCP Map Walkaround will be released next week, I will post some screenshots tomorrow at the very least for the map. Crossfire has made more progress in some areas so I waited to get these last new introductions into the build before publishing the update video to the public.)

SCP V7 Map September Map Update - New areas - Bug Fixes - Some Surface discussion  
Harland:
Hello everyone, here is a video of the new parts of the foundation. At this stage, the foundation is anciently complete from a layout point of view. We are moving on now finishing the lighting, scripting & bug testing phase.
Additionally, the surface is now under construction, some pictures will follow shortly from our mapper about this. I've mentioned briefly at the end of the video what will be included on the surface in relation to CI.

 SCP Surface Update
Hello guys,
We have been busy working nearing the map to its completion. Here are some screenshots from the current surface progress, these have been taken WITHOUT any lighting compiled but I want to show the scale/layout of the surface in these images in the snowy valleys surrounding the facility.
I will make a proper video as soon as Crossfire has completed the cave system in the map & lighting touches, I will then be able to do a walkaround to show the map in some more detail including some play tests for map testing.
Also, a warm welcome to @Jorhan Stahl we have brought him onto our Models & Dev Team to start working on more custom models & items for our SCP servers!

That is all we have for the time being but you can be ensured to feel that we are trying hard to push this for the community so that everyone can enjoy some good old SCP with ramped up features and RP capabilty's.!!

Been a while since we've all had any real news on v7
I think its safe to say that there will be no more SCP RP unless you stay inside all day which by all means go play the civil gamers shithole server.
We have all been lied to by Harland, V7 is not going to come, there is no point in waiting any longer, it is all for nothing. The thousands of £s used to buy VIP and all the other shite was wasted. The tens of thousands of collective hours spent on the server have been wasted. We have all been betrayed and there is no hope in the darkness. 
SCP is a dying fandom on top of this so the chance of V7 releasing are getting slimmer by the day as there is little financial incentive to publish the server when the only people who will play are the old players who have already broken out mommy's credit car (like i did) to buy themselves vip. 
There is no reason to wait, no reason to hope, at the end of it all we will be left in the dark while Harland rakes in cash from his P2W rust servers with all the 7 year olds running to give Harland their parents credit card details. As I am writing this I am currently banned from all werwolfgaming Gmod servers on my main account, so for being banned for minging without any proper reasoning from staff I can assume I was assassinated for the now husk of sneed.
So enjoy the yearly updates of how V7 is coming along (The map hasn't developed since the beginning when V7 got announced) while Harland continues rejects the communities that built his brand in the first place. Enjoy all those that still remain in the shambles of WG where the only active servers are the star wars ones (which aren't terrible) and the Nazi larp server for Harland to steal from the edgiest of social rejects.

Why do you want him banned?: PME, FailRP, Lying to staff (specifically SMT), RDM x4? and powergaming to avoid roleplay.

Evidence(It's a must. If not provided, request is denied.): This situation requires a heavy deal of context so bear with me. During the whole event saga with Rachel Fischer and Blackwood, when  it is close to the end, Drakan loses Commander Nemesis to a PK because he decides to go rogue as A-1 High Command, seen here:

 He then comes back as Commander Zeus.
 
Drakan then gets into a situation where there is an ISD information leak and A-1 has to secure and rope off EZ Cells to deal with it. He has to kill an E-11 Commander in this process and his men accidentally kill a Nu-7 during this process. Should additional evidence be required to back this point up, I can later provide evidence from Benjamin Berg, who was the CO at that time. 
 
Long story short, Nu-7 moves to arrest Commander Zeus peacefully and take him to EZ Cells on the authority of ECM Bernie Clancy. Drakan then proceeds to pull his gun out and gun down all of Nu-7 for no reason to resist arrest. I had to come onsite shortly after to clean this shit up. 
 
To address the RDM part of this request, Drakan's defense at this time was that he knew Chaos Insurgency arsenal was Glock-18s (a questionable defense and potentially metagame) and that the Nu-7 in front of him were all holding these weapons, seen here:

However, a video recorded by Berg himself contradicts this entirely: 
 
 
There is only one Nu-7 found holding a gun and it is never pointed to Drakan, thus he is using metagame information in the first place to assume the Nu-7s are CI as his defense, then he proceeds to RDM them all in the process of resisting arrest when an ECM gave a valid order for his arrest.
 
Onto the PME, FailRP and Powergaming section.
 
After this, Commander Zeus is ordered to stand down and report for interrogation by Walter, who was O5-6:

And he is informed by me as the acting ECM that he will be placed on Trial for the charges he faced. 
 
Unfortunately, there is now an absence of evidence, because Drakan deleted all pictures of what he did specifically in A-1 #announcements, however I have multiple text logs along with context to explain:
 
What Drakan did here is he asked me if his CMDR was going to be placed on Trial and found Guilty:
To which I said it was most likely because he had evidence against him. What happened in A-1 announcements next is that he declared that Commander Zeus was in an armed A-1 convoy that had been attacked by Chaos Insurgency and it was thus impossible for us to bring him to Trial, seen by all of these screenshots:


Drakan then proceeded to use A-1 #announcements to say that Commander Zeus had died in the attack on this convoy and thus it was impossible for us to stand Trial for him. Now, this happened the day after. I would like to make sure Norra sees this section, as he should be aware that I was on the server at midnight with Walter and Yokishi and I informed them that Drakan was saying ominous shit like this as if he was crafting a PME. The next day, I wake up to his name changed to Commander Drakan, cementing that he had avoided the Trial through an off-server roleplay event.
 
This is where it gets fucky. I immediately complained to Drakan about this and asked how the hell he managed this, and he said that Xunt and Norra gave them permission. However, this is where the lying to staff part gets proven: 
From what I understand, Drakan didn't tell anyone that Commander Zeus was being held pending Trial and it would be impossible for his bullshit armed convoy excuse to hold up, meaning that he managed to sneak this PK in unfairly. This is where I complained to Norra and Yokishi and forced him to revert to Commander Zeus, where he was then placed on RP Trial and executed  fairly because he decided to plead Guilty out of nowhere.
 
In short, Drakan RDM'd possibly 4 Nu-7 in complete FailRP and RDM by resisting fair arrest and ECM's orders, lied to SMT to powergame his way out of the situation and abused his position as A-1 High Command to make a PME excuse to do so.
 
The reason that this report is so late is because I learned today that Houston got banned for pretty much the exact same thing, whereas Drakan only received a slap on the wrist from what I know from Norra and Yokishi. As such, I believe this report is only fair.

I will say i have seen the shenanigans Puggo n co have participated in, and i dont support the recent fiasco they caused, to be quite honest they could've chosen a better target than a gay furry who manages to abuse his Alpha-1 whitelist, but hey if it was my choice i would've never let it happen.
They kept trying to get me involved but i declined every time, as i do still care about the server, believe it or not.

I have been playing the server for months now. I didn't want to be recognized as "Blizzard" or the old O5 Manager or whatever people know me as so i chose an alias, i kept changing it from time to time, to keep things fresh. I wanted to know what the server is like to people who were fairly new, And btw, I stood right next to you on multiple occasions.

I was busy with university, so i wasn't always able to play from time to time, so i will say i wasn't 100% active and on the server 24/7

And for the "way i talked behind your back", How are you important to this current application? Last i checked this is a O5 application and you're just Alpha-1 High command at best, even though you defected multiple times but hey, the server is different now i guess?
The last time i mentioned your name was when i made my unban appeal, and it wasn't even in vain.

All in all, I will still respect your opinion on me and my application, I will attempt to "better" myself so that your hate boner settles down and i hope you can manage to change your opinion on me.

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: Cause I can make reasonable decisions that make sense when it comes to Foundation and It's operations regarding site and actually care for Site's integrity For example: I actually would treat Gate A as part of Site, I know insane.
What role does the Site Director have on the site? Making decisions that regard Site and It's integrity. Along with Site Advisors and EC evaluate Staff performance ( Nu-7 response means, E-11 containment efficiency etc ). Generally have a saying when it comes to majority of departments ( such as monitoring and giving tasks to researchers. )
What is the O5 Council?: O5 Council usually are highest authority when it comes to Foundations procedures, majority of O5 Council only interacts with important matters, such as GOI/POI incidents.
