    Can we just make it so ARCs can have all their reg equipment they should have at their ranks, im sure even if there was a SGT able to use MJR+ stuff in the F4 Menu, they would be trusted enough not to use it.

    CE ARC have all of the ships that CE can spawn at all. No reason for any other ARC to not have it.

    Considering how late you gain the 212th RPG during regiment progression receiving the
    repeating blaster at CO+ is fairly reasonable
