Secondly, Loather did actually know why Loran was cuffed so I'm mostly certain that wasn't FailRP.
There's also 2:47, that's blatant fearRP but anyhow both sides are in the wrong, Loran you kept on repeating the n-word and didn't try to de-escalate the situation, the only semblance of that would be you saying "I'm 1% Black" whilst continuing to add fuel to the fire without attempting to call staff when they were targeting you, and Alfred alongside Wayne kept on latching anything just so that they can target him or get him killed or detained.

I will play as a humanoid entity with no face who lives in SCP-3008-1. I will have stronger fists to attack people and will use pac-3 to change my head and increase the length of my limbs as SCP-3008-2 is known to be abnormally tall.The idea of playing as SCP-3008-2 is to be located in an IKEA shop(built by me either in car shop or warehouse on surface) and to act like a normal IKEA shop during the day, but at night I become extremely hostile and attack anyone who enters whilst repeating "Please leave the building, the store is now closed". To cycle day and night I will turn the inside and outside lights off every 10 mins or so to create this effect. I believe that this SCP will hopefully bring an interesting roleplay element to the server where the foundation and GOI's will be researching this SCP whilst keeping civilians away. The goal of this character is quite simple: to keep the shop closed and secure during the night and to patrol IKEA during the daytime, performing various tasks such as restocking shelves or moving various furniture around.

Its almost been an entire year since i got banned feb 20th im pretty sure and i still didnt get let back in when i applied june or april so i am wondering when should i appeal or atleast try to get my time reduced

Well I'm gonna start of by saying yes I'm still alive. And I didn't do anything I just had those thoughts at that moment. Also yeah my mom still uses her sedatives. And I just wanted to vent out again. So my mental situation didn't get any better It got even worse. I tried to talking about my mental health to one of my classmates who ended telling the whole class everything I told him. Which ended up almost getting cps called on my parents, cause one of the classmates ended up telling their parents which obviously they told the principal about all of it. But somehow nothing happened and I don't know why. I think my mom tried to talk my principal out of it cause they were classmates during highschool and she's a pretty good manipulator. But after she came back from work. Instead of talking to me she started screaming at me that I would suffered if I was taking away from her. So after that whole ordeal I began to have trust issues to everyone I talked to about my mental health and my mom decided to get me a psychologist I could talk to. But she didn't helped me at all she just told me to draw stuff and that's it. But one day we were talking about my feelings in one of our sessions I told her about how I was depressed and all of that. So she ended calling my mom telling her that I should def get help. But after that my mom cancelled her sessions and I didn't talk to her ever again. So thanks mom for not getting me any help or even talking about my mental health. So that's it I just wanted to get this of my chest cause I'm feeling pretty depressed at the moment cause I don't have that that many friends.  And I haven't talked to anyone expect mom for a month and I haven't gone outside that much.

This post is mainly being made due to myself and other being unsure on very specific details on a "raid".
For example, at one point i was playing sarkic and my karcist got captured and expressed that fact on comms. I was unsure that if i merely walked from MT being open into the foundation without shooting, lockpicking, or hacking etc with a sole purpose of killing the captured Karcist and no one else, near enough being a suicide mission. I understand that this too could still count as a raid but I just wanted a full clarification  if so, and if that may be the case, then im suggesting a minor tweak to the raiding rules which would state 
"you are initiating an act of raid by shooting foundation staff" rather than just shooting in general

I really don't get the point in discussing this but fuck me I'm going in.
First of all, your arguement is not solid enought, you all said that even in cuffs, you can reach your radio and talk, let me show you a pic:

Here you see a person CUFFED, maybe inside the server the animation or the preview of a cuffed person is with their hands in front of them, that's why your arguement seems "valid", but let me tell ya,  that's not a valid reasoning, you're just all supposing that because of that, every person should be able to throw their hands to their radios like monkeys and say a word.
And let me tell ya something more! Is not only being cuffed, is that you can be under GUNPOINT, remember that classic FearRP? Oh sure, it's optional, oh sure, I can still talk in comms while cuffed, because I can (but you shouldn't). You CAN do many things, the thing is, this is "supposed" to be a RP server, not a 100% RP one, but let's try to at leats, feel fear, do a little of FairRP with the players, and don't do stupid things you would never do in reality.

I know how to handle power in a mature way that would bring benefit to most rather than to few. While I was still in the Council I made a lot of progress from my last few attempts by being more co-operative and friendly with other members while still keeping myself in a position that I found fitting. Of course tough decisions were made by me from time to time, all the way from simple trials to deals with the anomalous and GoIs. I believe I was fair while I was an O5 Council member and that I didn't do wrong by anyone, even if that may be impossible. Lastly I believe that I would be a good addition to the Council due to me already proving myself time and time again to be capable to act in such positions of power.
